Princess Celestia requests the help of Big Macintosh to help teach her nephew the meaning of kindness. The eldest of the Apple family heads off to Canterlot with a determination to help the other stallion understand why he needs to treat others with respect be them royalty or commoners before it's too late. In the end he also enlists the aid of Fluttershy to help show the prince the error of his ways with the hopes of warming up his cold heart.
