Chapter 1: A letter to Princess Luna
Dear Princess Luna,
How is Celestia doing at the castle? Has she woken up yet? How's your job doing controlling both the moon and the sun? It must be difficult. I had to do it when you gave your magic to me so that Tirek wouldn't take it. But you knew that already. Things have been doing pretty fine over in ponyville. Mayor Mare assigned a new pony, Blast, to be the ponyville police officer. He's also been reporting to me everything that's been happening so far, And he's been giving excellent results. No bad things are happening and ponyville is safe again. But, Fluttershy and Rarity are acting awfully strange. I think it may be due to the fusion effects. Don't worry though, I've got a close eye on them at my castle. Applejack and Rainbow dash have woke up but they're furious about their defeat from Xero, so they decided to train to become stronger. Anyway, I hope Celestia feels better and we have another peaceful day in Equestria.

Twilight rolled up the letter and levitated it to spike. Spike blew his fire on the letter and it burned to a crisp. The smoke traveled out the window and to its designed reader.
"Ok spike, I'm gonna study up on this fusion spell book and see what else I can learn." Twilight said. "Don't let anyone bother me while I read." As spike was about to exit Twilights room, the door slammed open and hit Spike in the face.
"Princess Twilight!" A white furred blue maned Pegasus wearing a police uniform bursts into the room.
"Ah Blast! Any new reports from ponyville? Is it as fine and dandy as I predicted?" Twilight admired.
" Uhhh, not exactly your highness. You see..." Blast stammered.
Twilight became hysterical. "What's wrong?! Are the bushes not trimmed enough? Has spike been eating the castle? HAVE THE SIGN NOT BEEN USEFUL?!!!"
"Calm down your highness, it's not that. It's just been some... Difficulties I've been facing as a cop." Blast reassured.
"Oh, Whew! That's a relief..." Twilight sighed.
"Well, I did make one arrest today." Blast said reading from his notebook.
"Oh, who is it?! Would it happen to be a manticore? Or maybe a thieving crook?" Twilight wondered.
"It's reported that a pink pony with a balloons cutie mark is currently in custody..." Blast reads from his notes.
Twilight gasps. Pinkie pie, she says to herself.
