As long as he could remember, Flame tempest has been an outcast. Left on the steps of a Manehattan Orphanage, Ignored by his caretakers and despised by his peers, only furthering his talents in the Arcane, and his only companion, Another young Unicorn, Shayde. But after an accident involving a strange burst of magic, the Two are shipped off Far from the only home they had ever known, to some distant place known as "The Academy", a testing ground for Young Mages, Unicorn or otherwise.
