Megatron started to grin evilly. "You'll need a lot of luck Optimus", he said. The Decepticons flew through space toward the shuttle as Megatron blasted a hole in the side of the shuttle. Brawn stood up and ran at the Decepticons as he said"Megatron, Decepticons!!" Megatron said"DIE AUTOBOTS!!" as he transformed to gun mode as Starscream caught him and shot Brawn to death who fell to the ground. Starscream pointed the gun menacingly at the other Autobots. Prowl stood up and started firing with his gun as the Decepticons took cover. Scavenger got his gun out and shot Prowl in the chest, killing him as orange smoke poured out of his moth and his eyes glowed orange. Prowl collapsed on the ground. Ironhide and Ratchet jumped up with the guns in hand firing at the Decepticons. All the Decepticons returned fire as Starsc ream shot the two Autobots repeatedly, killing Ratchet. Megarron jumped out of Starscream's hand and transformed. "This was almost too easy,Starscream", Megatron said as he walked forward, watching the other Decepticons getting at the controls. "Much easier, Almighty Megatron then attacking the real threat. The Autobots moon bases!!" Starscream replied to his leader. "Your an idiot,Starscream, once we slip through their early warning systems in their own shuttle and destroy Autobot City, the Autobots will be vanquished forever!" Megatron said."No..."Ironhide said as he grabbed Megatron's leg. Megatron glared down at the injured Autobot. Megatron growled,"Such heroic nonsense", as he shot Ironhide in the head. On Earth, Hot Rod was fishing with, Pinkie Pie,Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Spike and Daniel. Hot Rod said to Daniel,"Fish sure are jumping today,huh Daniel?" "I guess Hot Rod",Daniel said sadly. Megatron pointed his fusion cannon to where Hot Rod the ponies, spike and Daniel were at and fired, destroying what they were standing on. "Guys!" Hot Rod shouted, catching them all. Blitzwing flew over to the Autobot and his friends. "Come on down, Auto-brat",Blitzwing said as he transformed to tank mode and lined his turret up to Hot Rod. Kup came speeding up and transformed, jumping onto Blitzwing's turret, turning it. Blitzwing fired,accidentally hitting Sharpnel making the Insection to crash into him, knocking him off the cliff. "Huh...not bad for an old timer",Hot Rod said as he slid down the mountain with Pinkie, Applejack Rainbow Dash, Spike and Daniel."Old timer? Beachcomber and Fluttershy were driving in the forest near Autobot City. A bird landed on the girls arm. "So pretty", Fluttershy said as she hopped out of Beachcomber. They started walking. The object turned out to be a ship as it crashed, setting tree's on fire. Fluttershy and Beachcomber got up as Beachcomber pulled his gun out and put a flashlight on it so he could see. Fluttershy was hiding behind Beachcomber as they walked into the Autobot ship. "What happened?" Fluttershy asked Beachcomber. "I don't know, but we're gonna find out!" Beachcomber said as he continued walking. Eventually the two made their way to the bridge. Beachcomber saw something on the ground. He made his way to the light switch and as he turned it on, what he and Fluttershy saw made him stare in shock and Fluttershy scream in terror. They saw four dead Autobots lying on the ground. "W-W-What happened?" Fluttershy asked in fear. "They were attacked", Beachcomber said. "By what?" Fluttershy asked. "Decepticons", Beachcomber replied. Beachcomber holstered his gun after he shut his flashlight off. They walked past a dead brown and orange Autobot. "Who's this?" Fluttershy asked. "That's Brawn", Beachcomber replied sadly. "And who are the others?" Fluttershy asked. "The red one is Ironhide." Beaxchcomber said. Fluttershy gasped as she remembered Ironhide and Applejack being great friends when they meet in Equestria. "The white one is Ratchet" Beachcomber continued. Fluttershy remember Ratchet and Pinkie being friends too when they also met in Equestria. "The other white one is Prowl." Megatron turned to his forces and said,"Breach their defenses!" Two Insections flew towards the doors and started eating the doors. Kickback asked his partner,"Delicious, eh, Shrapnel?" Shrapnel replied to Kickback,"A little heavy on the electrons-electrons." Kup and Hot Rod and the ponies, Spike and Danuiel looked in front of them and gasped in shock and fear. Kup said to Hot Rod,"The Insecticons are in our way!" Hot Rod replied to Kup,"Wrong! They're our way in!" Rarity was with Tracks,talking about clothes and polishing Tracks after the battle. Tracks pointed his gun at the oncoming Decepticons, as he told Rarity to get into the city. "But Tracks, i don't want to! I want to stay here and watch you het rid of those awful Decepticons!" "I'm sorry Rarity, but's it far too dangereous. Now get out of here!" Rarity said"Yes Tracks as she turned around and ran into the city gates but turned and yelled,"TRACKS!" Tracks turned around and asked,"Yes Lady Rarity?' Rarity replied," Promise me you'll return after the battle. "I promise." Tracks said. Rarity nodded and ran into the city as Tracks turned and noticed three Deceptiocons on top of him. the four Decepticons or otherwise known as Thrust,Dirge, Vortex and Blastoff started firing into Tracks. Tracks screamed in pain and fell to the ground. Blastoff laughed as he and the other Decepticons walked up as Blastoff lowered his gun to Tracks face. Tracks thought, I'm sorry I couldn't keep my promise Rarity as Blastoff and Vortex fired into Tracks face, killing him. Meanwhile Blaster said in his gun tower," Look out and shout! OW! Hey, Perceptor! What's shakin', other than this fortress?"Perceptor said to his Autobot partner,"Blaster! Ultra Magnus sends orders to contact Optimus Prime on Moonbase One!" Blaster transformed to radio mode as he said," All right! Cover your receptors, Perceptor! Optimus Prime, do you read me? The Decepticons are blitzing Autobot City! We're really takin' a pounding! Dont' know how much longer we can hold out!" Megatron heard the transmission and said to Soundwave in a hurry,"Soundwave! Jam that transmission!" Soundwave ran over there and said,"Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage, Ratbat. Eject. Operation: interference. Blaster said again,"Optimus Prime, do you read me? The Decepticons are blitzing Autobot City! We're really takin'-- " Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage, Ratbat ripped off the satellite, stopping Blaster's tranmission to Optimus Prime. Rumble said with an evil smirk on his face,"First we crack the shell, then we crack the nuts inside!" He then transfomed his arms into piledrivers and broke the glass and the mini Decepticons flew in, Jumping on Perceptor who punched Ravage away. Perceptor said to Blaster,"Hey, run, Blaster! Save yourself!" Blaster,kicking Frenzy back, replied," No way, two can play! Sic 'em!" as he sent out Stripes,Rewind, Eject and Ramhorn to fight. Blaster stood with Perceptor, watching the mini robots fight each other. Perceptor said to Blaster,"Do you think we got through to Prime?" Blaster replied,"Let's hope so, 'cause if we didn't we're all gonna look like burnt-out toaster ovens!Blurr ran through some windows in Autobot City, firing his gun as he said,"We've got Decepticons at the gate, Decepticons in the air, Decepticons inside the walls, Decepticons, Decepticons, Decepticons! If we beat 'em off the walls, then they're still in the air. If we shoot 'em out of the air, then they're still at the gate, so where does that leave us? Nowhere, that's where!" Pinkie ran with Blurr trying to catch up as she panted, asking" What can i do to help, Blurr?" Blurr stopped firing for a minute and looked down at Pinkie and said," Right now just stay low and out of the way-ARRGH!" Blurr got shot in the shoulder and resumed shooting.Arcee and Springer ran into a launcer room and Arcee saw Wheeljack and Bluestreak's dead bodies on the floor and covered her mouth in sadness s Springer ran to the launcher and started pushing it. Springer said to Arcee,"Come on, Arcee! We gotta get this launcher into place! Megatron's makin' his big push, and we gotta push back!" Kup and Hot Rod ran into the room with Applejack,Rainbow Dash, Spike and Daniel. Kup said to Springer,"Keep at it, Springer, my boy! Help's at hand! Together now!" Arcee said to Hot Rod, who was next to her pushing the launcher,"I was afraid you'd be trapped outside the city!" Hot Rod replied with a cocky grin,"Hey, I wasn't worried for a microsecond!" Arcee said in slight anger at Hot Rod,"Then... you probably didn't understand the situation!' Kup said as the launcher slid into place,"Hhh, that did it." Daniel climbed the ladder in the room as Applejack said,"Daniel! Get down now!" "Hot Rod,Kup look!" Daniel exclaimed. The two Autobots walked over to Daniel and looked out the window.Megatron said,"Constructicons! Merge for the kill!" Kup said as he,Daniel and Hot Rod watched the Constructions combine,"Devastator!" Devastator said,"Prepare for extermination!" Springer loaded the launcher as everyone in the room watched him as he said,"I've got better things to do tonight than die!" as he fired the gun, Hitting Devastator and the massed Decepticons. Two more missiles came flying towards the Decepticons. Devastator ripped part of the wall off and threw it towards the Autobots, who ran from the room. Megatron said,"Their defenses are broken! Let the slaughter begin!" as he pointed his fusion cannon at the door but lowered it as he looked and saw a shuttle flying into the city. Megatron said in anger and hatred," Prime!" Prime looked back at the shuttles occupants as he said,"Dinobots! Destroy Devastator!" Grimlock pounded his chest and said," Me Grimlock love challenge! Dinobots, transform!"
Optimus,Hound and Sunstreaker landed the shuttle as Optimus stepped and said,"Megatron must be stopped, no matter the cost." He transformed as two Decepticons flew over and blew up the shuttle, killing Hound and Sunstreaker. Decepticons ran over the injured Swoop after Devastator smashed his wing. Megatron walked into a room, shooting Trailbreaker, killing him. Prime ran after Megatron. Prime stood behind him, rifle in hand. Megatron turned slightly and said, "Prime!" "One shall stand, one shall fall",Prime said. Megatron asked Prime,"Why throw away your life so recklessly?" "That's a question you should ask yourself,Megatron",Prime said. Megatron reached for his cannon, then dropped his hand as he said,"NO! I'll crush you with my bare hands!" Megatron jumped at Prime,knocking him outside. Twilight and Sunset watched in fear. Megatron said, sneering,"I'll rip out your optics!" Prime grabbed Megatron by the throat, forcing him back. Megatron punched Prime, sending him flying. Prime stood up and ran at megatron, who shot at him. Prime dodged the energy blast. Prime reached Megatron and Prime punched Megatron, sending him flying into a wall. Megatron noticed a part of the wall lying bvroke next to him. He threw it at Prime, which pierced him in the stomach. Prime stopped in his tracks, yanking it out Energon spilling out of the wound. "I gotta help Prime!" Hot Rod said, running up to Prime and Megatron as Kup said,"Stay away,lad! That's Prime's fight!" "Finish him off,Prime!" Kup yelled to Optimus. Megatron layed on the ground injured as he noticed his pistol lying a few feet away from him. "No more Optimus Prime! Grant me mercy! I beg of you!" Megatron started inching to his gun as Prime pointed his gun at Megatron's head and he said coldly,"You, who are without mercy, now plead for it? I thought you were made of sterner stuff!" Megatron grabbed his gun as Hot Rod jumped on Megatron and said,"No, you don't, Megatron!" He and Megatron wrestled for a couple of miutes until Megatron got Hot Rod until his arm. Optimus pointed his rifle, unable to take the shot with Hot Rod in the way. Optimus said,"Out of the way, Hot Rod!" Megatron pointed his gun at Prime, pulling the trigger. The enegry hit Optimus in the stomach, the chest and chest again, knocking him down as Megatron said,"Fall! Fall!". Megatron threw Hot Rod aside and walked to Optimus. Megatron said,"Huhh, I would have waited an eternity for this. It's over, Prime." Optimus looked up at Megatron, clenching his fist together and said,"NEVER!" s he punched Megatron, sending him flying and Megatron smashed into the ground, leaving a dent in the ground.. Hot Rod ran over to optimus a she collapsed ont he ground, as he said,"Optimus... forgive me..." Starscream, Soundwave and someother Decepticons ran over to where their leader lay. "How do you fell,Mighty Megatron? Astrotrain! Transform and get us out of here!" Starscream said as he kicked Megatron in the side. Astrotrain came running over, transforming into train mode as Decepticons ran after him. Megatron reached a hanfd up weakly, saying to Soundwave,"Erh, don't leave me, Soundwave..." Soundwave replied,"As you command, Megatron." Arcee was with Kup shooting at the retreating Decepticons and said to Kup,"The Decepticons are retreating!" Kup said in happiness,"Prime did it! He turned the tide!" Starscream shouted at Astrotrain,"Astrotrain! Take off!" Astrotrain drove forward and drove off the edge, transforming into shuttle mode.

Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack,Pinkie,Spike,Sunset,Celestia and Rarity were all in the room as were Ultra Magnus, Kup, Blurr, Arcee, Springer, Daniel and Hot Rod. "Prime you can't die", Daniel said. I shall pass the Matrix of Leadership, as it was passed to me", Prime said to his comrade. The ponies and Spike were watching quietly not saying anything to disrupt this. Ultra Magnus held his hands up and backed up slightly and said,"But, Prime, I'm... I'm just a soldier. I'm not worthy." Prime replied weakly,"Nor was I... but one day an Autobot will rise from our ranks, and use the power of the Matrix to light our darkest hour." Prime oped his chest, revealing the Matrix the the ponies,Spike and the Autobots all who looked upon it in awe as Optimus removes it from his chest. Optimus said,"Until the day... till all are one..." Prime dropped the Matrix and Hot Rod reaches to catch it, then hands it to Ultra Magnus, who places it into his own chest. Optimus Prime's body turns a charcoal gray and, laying his head to one side, he dies. The Autobots and the ponies and Spike mourn , and Daniel cries heavily on Optimus' hand. Astrotrain was flying in space. He said to the Decepticons in the back of him,"Jettison some weight or I'll never make it to Cybertron." Starscream stood up and said to the Decepticons,"Fellow Decepticons, Astrotrain has requested that we lighten our burden." Bonecrusher, a Construction, replied to that,"In that case I say it is survival of the fittest."Starscream said, "Do I hear a second on that?" the healthy Decepticons replied," AYE!" Starscream said," And against?" The injured Decepticons which were Thundercracker,Skywarp,Shrapnel,Kickback and Bombshell said,"Nay!!" Starscream announced,"The ayes have it!" Ramjet said as the Decepticons began advancing on their injured comrades,"Get! Make room for others!"The injured Decepticons begged and pleaded,"No please don't brothers!" The healthy Decepticons moved aside as Starscream walked up with Megatron in his arms and he said," Oh, how it pains me to do this!" Megatron said weakly,"Wait, I still function!" Starscream said with a evil smirk on his face,"Wanna bet?" He then threw Megatron out of Astrotrain. Megatron yelled as he flew under Astrotrain's wing,"Staarscreeeeeeeeaaam...!" Starscream said,"Well, as Megatron has--how shall we say---departed, I nominate myself as the new leader!" Scrapper, the Construction leader, said,"Wait! The Constructicons form Devastator, the most powerful robot! We should rule!"Soundwave stepped forward and he said,"Soundwave superior, Constructicons inferior." Bonecrusher pushed his way forward and raised his fist,"Who are you calling inferior?!" Hook said,"Nobody would follow an uncharismatic bore like you!" Soundwave pushed a button on his shoulder. Out popped Rumble,Frenzy , Ravage and Ratbat. Rumble said to the bigger Decepticons,"Hey, nobody calls Soundwave uncrausimatic!" Frenzy replied to his brother,"Yeah, let's kick tailgate!" Scrapper shouted,"Constructicons, unite!" They started to combine into Devastator. Rumble and Frenzy shouted at the same time,"No way!!" as their arms turned into piledrivers. The Decepticons all began fighting with each other. Megatron and his dead comrades floated into a planet. The planet spoke," Megatron...Megatron...Welcome, Megatron!" Megatron floated back and said,"Who said that?" The planet spoke again,"I... am Unicron." Megatron said,"Show yourself." Unicron said,"I have summoned you here for a purpose." Megatron said angrily,"Nobody summons Megatron!" Unicron said,"Then it pleases me to be the first." Megatron said,"State your business!"Unicron said,"This is my command: You are to destroy the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. It is the one thing, the only thing that can stand in my way."Megatron said,"You have nothing to fear. I have already crushed Optimus Prime with my bare hands!" Unicron said,"You exaggerate." Megatron said,"The point is he's dead, and the Matrix died with him!" Unicron replied, irritated,"No, the point is you're a fool! The Matrix has been passed to their new leader, Ultra Magnus. Destroy it for me." Megatron replied,"Why should I? What's in it for me?" Unicron said,"Your bargaining posture is highly dubious, but very well. I will provide you with a new body, and new troops to command." Megatron said,"And?" Unicron shouted,"And nothing! You belong to me now." Megatron said,"I belong to nobody!" Unicron said as he transformed Megatron and his dead allies behind him," Excellent. Behold: Galvatron. And these shall be your minions. Scourge, the tracker, and his huntsmen, the Sweeps. Galvatron said," I will rip open Ultra Magnus and every other Autobot until the Matrix has been destroyed! To Cybertron!" Unicron shouted after them,"Destroy the Matrix!" Starscream was getting coronated to leader. The Constructions kept blowing on their trumpets, pissing Starscream off and he said,"Get on with the ceremony!". He shot the trumpets, startling the Constructions. Ramjet and Dirge pointed their null rays at the Constructions as Astrotrain placed a crown on Starscream's head. Starscream started to address the Decepticons as a ship landed on Cybertron in Front of him," Get on with the ceremony! My fellow Decepticons! As your new leader, I--(Gasps) Who disrupts my coronation?!" "Coronation, Starscream? This is bad comedy." Galvatron said as he transformed to cannon mode. Starscream said in shock and fear,"Megatron? Is that you?" Galvatron shouted,"Here's a hint!" as he shot starscream. Starscream turned black as the energy was going through his body. Starscream turned to dust and Galvatron transformed and walked up to Starscream's crown, stomping on it, crushing it under his feet. Galvatron said threatingly,"Will anyone else attempt to fill his shoes?" Rumble asked, looking around,"What'd he say his name was?" Galvatron lifted his fists in the air and replied,"Galvatron!" All the Decepticons started chanting,"Long live Galvatron! Galvatron!"
