How To Survive Your Giant Marefriend

Morning broke in the Crystal Castle. Shining Armor awoke to find himself buried under the covers of his bed. He figured he must've unconsciously pulled them over his head last night, but that didn't explain why he couldn't find his pillow. Come to think of it, the whole bed seemed to have grown quite a bit. The blankets felt a lot heavier and he couldn't even find the opening of it. And where was Cadence? She had been right next to him when he'd fallen asleep and now he didn't know where she was.

He decided to calm down before he gave himself a heart attack. Shining Armor had no idea where he was or what had happened to him, but if Cadence was here, too, then he had to find her. The prince started pushing his way through the folds of the blanket. If he couldn't find his wife, then maybe at least he could find the way out. He kept pushing forward until he finally heard the sound of heavy breathing coming from up ahead. He stopped when he came across a giant wall of pink fur.

It was Cadence alright, but the bad news was that she was still full sized compared to the bed, which meant that Shining Armor had somehow been shrunken in his sleep and that getting Cadence to notice him might be a bit of a challenge. He had one idea. It was pretty risky, but it had to be done. He decided to give Cadence a little tickle to wake her up. He walked up to her and started twiddling his fingers all over her belly.

After a few seconds, it seemed to work. Shining could hear Cadence's laughter coming from up ahead. She had to be awake now. He stopped tickling, thinking that any second now, she would lift up the covers and find him there. But she never did. All she did was squirm a little and then fall right back to sleep.

"Okay. That didn't work," he said to himself. "Guess I'll have to go up and find her face."

Shining Armor started walking along the length of Cadence's body to get to her face. It was funny. Despite his predicament, he had never imagined Cadence as a giant before, but he had to admit, it was kind of.... amazing. After all, she was the Princess of Love and now there was so much more of her to love. If she was this size all the time, she would have no problem spreading love far beyond the reaches of Equestria.

Without warning, the shrunken unicorn stallion bumped into something big, soft and very red that made him stumble backwards. It must've been Cadence's bra, which meant he'd just collided with her giant, oversized pink breasts. He knew she'd probably be pretty mad if she found out about that since he didn't have immediate permission. He began walking around them so he could continue his trek.

Suddenly, the giant alicorn's body began to shift as she was about to lie on her stomach. Shining Armor tried to get out of the way, but he wasn't quick enough and ended up pinned under his wife's massive breasts. Luckily, he managed to get stuck just under the cleavage, so it wasn't quite as heavy as it could've been. At least he wasn't being crushed to death. Struggling under the immense weight, he tried calling up to her, but it was hard for him to speak very loudly, so it was no use.

Cadence shifted a little onto her side again. Just enough so that the tiny stallion could squeeze out from underneath her. After regaining his composure, he was finally out from under the blanket. He climbed up onto the pillow and reached the mare's face at last. Now more than ever, he knew that he needed to wake her up before something else happened to him.

Of course, something did happen. Before Shining Armor had a chance to try and awake the sleeping princess again, she unconsciously took a deep inhale and sucked a lot of air in through her nose along with her miniature husband.

Shining Armor cursed from inside the giant mare's nose. It would be very nice if something could just go his way for a change. But nope. Now he was stuck at only one inch high, unable to get his wife's attention, and trapped inside her nostril getting completely covered in snot. Lucky for him, he wouldn't be stuck in there for much longer. The wind that Cadence inhaled blew Shining Armor's hair back and forth, which tickled her sinus. Seeing his chance to break free, the prince braced himself for the impending launch.

"Hachoo!" the princess sneezed on her pillow, allowing the prince a nice soft landing. Cadence was finally awake and when she looked down, she couldn't believe her eyes. "Shining Armor?!" she exclaimed.

"Morning, honey," the little pony said with a chuckle, more for himself than for her.

"What..... What in Equestria happened to you?!"

"I have no idea. I just woke up like this. I've been trying to wake you up all morning to get your help. You wouldn't believe what I've been through in the last half hour."

Shining noticed the stunned expression still on her face, like she was still trying to process what was going on. He wondered if she had even heard what he just said. "Uh... Cadence? Are you still with me?" he asked. Just then, Cadence began to fall straight towards him. He jumped out of the way as quick as he could. Her head landed on the pillow, causing him to bounce briefly.

He asked if she was okay, but got no answer. It seemed that the shock had been too much for her and she fainted. Shining groaned. Now he had to wake her up all over again.
