Twilight was going through a stroll through town immediately she ran into Rarity who was talking to Rainbow Dash. Rarity made eye contact with her and gave her a stern glare. Twilight got extremely nervous. Rarity looked angry. She walked over to Twilight.
"Twilight we need to talk." Rarity said.
"Okay I'll be over later and we can talk." Twilight said trying to get out of talking knowing something wasn't good.
"No Twilight we are going to have a talk. I'm so upset right now Twilight and I warn against refusing this. You have no idea how angry I am." Rarity said in calm but angry tone. Twilight heard this and her heart raced.
"Are you going to scream?" Twilight asked stuttering.
"No but I'm not happy." Rarity said. They soon walked to Twilights place and Twilight locked her beretta away and hung her holster up as Rarity sat Twilight down and spoke.
"We need to talk about your smoking habit. I'm worried about you and so are my friends!" Rarity said sternly. Twilight became mad.
"It's none of your fucking business. Stop critizing me!" Twilight spat. Rarity recoiled from the accusation. She couldent believe Twilight said that.
"I'm not critizing you! I'm worried about you and I just want to talk to you!" Rarity said trying to reason.
"What are you going to do force me to stop!" Twilight yelled. Rarity started to get upset at Twilights tone and accusations.
"No of coarse not! I'm just warning you!" Rarity exclaimed. Rarity toned herself down and spoke to Twilight in a stern manner.
"I'm not going to force you to stop smoking but I am warning you that smoking is very dangerous and hazardous to people's health. It's linked to lung cancer. And you are so young Twilight. I was disappointed when I heard that you were smoking. But I still love you though. This has in no way stopped me from caring about you! That's the main reason why Im talking about this to you! I'm worried about you Twilight. Extremely worried. I care about you! Your my best friend! When Rainbow Dash revealed this to me it frightened me! It literally made me sick from fright! I love you Twilight. I don't want you to die! I wasn't going to yell at you tonight! I wish you wouldent have thought that! I would never yell at you! Sure we have arguments and disagreements but I never scream if I do. That wouldent make me so kind which I am. And I warn you that I am angry not so angry that I'm going to scream but angry enough to warn you about smoking. Smoking causes thousands of deaths per year according to the Equestrian Heatlh Administration. Second hand smoke can harm people of they are nearby someone smoking and smoking causes birth defects and it is linked to lung cancer. It's very addictive due to a drug called nicotine which is a very harmful ingrediant used in tobacco and cigarettes. The tobacco industry makes a million dollars each year off of people who don't know any better. If I ever caught Sweetie Belle smoking my whole heart would shatter in hopelessness and despair and it's cracking because you are smoking. And the tobacco industry lies about smoking. It doesn't matter if they put warning labels on their packages. They still lie by having beautiful people in their commercials smoking and those commercials make false claims about smoking! People throw their lives away by smoking. Some people smoke four packs a day!! Four!! Those people don't live till their old either. Lung cancer kills them by their thirties or forties or fifties if they are lucky. And the worst thing about it is that the tobacco industry likes to lie to impressionable youth and they say that smoking makes you look cooler or other people like to lie and they say that it makes you look cool! It doesn't make you look cool!! It makes you look terrible! I don't know how that lie is possibly believed! And my main opinion I have about smoking is that it's awful! Absolutely awful! Why would someone want to stick something that horrible into their mouths. And they bring fire up to their faces to light it! That's so hazardous and dangerous! Their have been incidents were people were set on fire by accident due to lighting near gas or are near flammables when they smoke! I'm not saying this to be mean Twilight but I hope you take all of this into consideration! I'm not going to stop you from smoking but I hope you think about this! I'm not going to force you to get help and I'm not going to blab about your habit but you have to realize that you have an addiction and how you decide on how to go about it is your decision! Not mine or anybody else's! If you want to continue smoking by all means go ahead but whenever you go for a light I hope these words come to you!" Rarity ranted finishing with a huff.
Twilight listened to her entire speech but didn't decide to agree or disagree but she did decide Rarity had some good points. She decided to keep smoking but every time she smoked she might be reminded of Raritys words for her sake. They both hugged and then they both broke away from the hug and looked at eachother.
"I'm sorry for ranting I'm not trying to force you to stop!" Rarity said. Twilight smiled and nodded.
"No don't apologize you do have some good points I'll be thinking about it. Your not?" Twilight said.
"No. That decision is yours." Rarity said.
"Are you still mad at me?" Twilight asked.
"Not mad I'm just sad now that your smoking but I won't let my emotion affect me!" Rarity said.
"Your not going to force me to quit are you? I will cut down though." Twilight asked Rarity.
"No it's not my decision it's yours. Im not going to force you to quit smoking. It's your decision I was just warning you and you can cut down if you want to that's your decision. That would be good." Rarity said. Twilight smiled. Soon they both switched to happier topics to get their minds off of it as they both decided that Twilight will cut down and quit when she wanted. Twilight would never forget Rarities rant as well either.
Twilight would also continue to make sure to use her handgun properly and will never forget that day she was confronted by Pinkie as it enlightened her as she got trained in gun safety and owns one while being responsible and when Rarity found out about her learning gun safety she was shocked but then was happy for Twilight and right now Rarity just enlightened her on smoking and that she would cut down on smoking. Twilight was really great full for Pinkie and Rarity.
