Twilight says that she never has seen this city before and NightMoon tells her that it's still new. NightMoon explains that the city was just recently built and is called Mareland. Twilight says that she is ready to see the town as they head in. Pinkie asks if she can throw a party and Red Bell says that it could happen but he suggests that they get rid of the Darkness first and Pinkie nods. Twilight and the other ponies finally arrive in Mareland when..... Chapter 4The Darkness begins growing farther into the city and starts telling the ponies to leave before everything gets worse. Twilight and the other ponies ignore it and enter as Spike and Alex begin to shake when they enter the city. Twilight sees the Mayor's house and knocks on his door. The Mayor slowly opens the door and tells them that they should go see the Prince instead as he knows more than I do. Twilight and the other ponies head to the castle and go inside. Twilight starts asking to see the Prince and the guards send them to the Prince. The Prince announces that his name is Terra. He tells them that they have had this problem for ten days and it just continues to grow. It is a sign of a war coming and they don't know when it will arrive. The ponies gasp as we fade away. Chapter 5Twilight says that if there is a war coming that they will be ready. The rest of the ponies nod. Alex and Spike shake their heads scared. Terra asks why the Dragon and the little filly is shaking their heads and Twilight says I think they are scared but we will be ready. Terra says that they can leave Spike and Alex there and Twilight accepts as the rest of the ponies leave expect for Spike and Alex. Twilight says that if they are going to end the war they need to get prepared. Pinkie Pie says then a party? Twilight nods. The ponies get ready as the darkness finally arrives with an army. Chapter 6The army looks like nothing the ponies have ever seen before with long narrow bodies and horns on their heads. The army is multicolored with black horns. Twilight asks if Everypony is ready and the rest of the ponies nod as they head into the battle. NightMoon says as they head close to the army that these creatures apparently can do almost everything we can do. Twilight says that they need to find a way to get them to lose that ability then. The battle begins as the creatures start forming into different types of Ponies as Twilight tries to throw some of the creatures together. One of the leaders of the army tackles Twilight and tries to keep her still but Twilight fights out of it and throws the creature back into the Darkness where it disappears. Twilight says that she thinks that's how the Creatures can be taken away from the city and everything can go back to normal for Mareland. Chapter 7The ponies start to throw the Creatures back in but the Darkness starts getting mad. MoonNight says that it's not happy but Twilight nods but they continue to throw them in. The Creatures main leader finally attacks the Ponies one by one and then tries to enter Twilight. Twilight pushes him away and throws him in. Pinkie says that it looked like they were trying to take us over. Twilight says that they were but at that moment they see The Darkness disappear. Twilight says that the war is over and Alex jumped down from the castle. Alex says that he thinks it's coming back for one more try. Twilight says it can't but The Darkness arrives once again with more Creatures as we fade out once again Chapter 8Twilight says that she can't believe it as Rarity freaks out again. Pinkie says that they must fight again. Fluttershy says not again. The creatures go after them again. The Darkness tells them that it could all end if you make a sacrifice. Twilight says Never. Alex then runs through the Creatures. Twilight asks what he is doing. NightMoon says that she doesn't know as the ponies start throwing the creatures in again. Fluttershy tackles one and starts moving it's leg away from it's body and tosses it in. NightMoon throws the last Creature in. Chapter 10: The PartyThe Ponies all hop up and down in happiness as Red Bell rushes over to NightMoon and Alex and hugs them. Pinkie says Party? The other Ponies reply that Yes Party time Pinkie. Pinkie rushes over to get the Party set up. An hour later, The Party is all set up as Everypony from the city and the whole group from the battle is there. Pinkie has the Party Cannon set off. Everypony cheers. The Prince brings the Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, AppleJack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Red Bell, NightMoon, and Alex up to the stage and gives them a big speech thanking them for saying their city and gives them medals. They all break into song and sing "It's been a long day after all we been through. We had to deal with all of this to get to this moment right here. The Day has came to this new town to finally enjoy it's once great city and have itself a great town party. We all saved what a lovely town." They all walk outside as the Mayor and The Prince tear down the last remains of the once Darkness. "It can finally be a New Day for this great new town." Twilight and the rest of the Mane Six head back to Ponyville as we fade out. Epilogue: The Future of MarelandWe then go straight to NightMoon who explains to us that Mareland has been doing great. The Mayor finally gets to have a great power of the Prince even found himself a Princess. Terra is seen with his new Princess as they look at the town in happiness. NightMoon says that everything has been doing great for Red Bell and Alex as well as Alex is still overwhelmed that he got his Cutie Mark. As for me NightMoon Says, I'm still dealing with the aftermath but am much happier that this city has finally got better. NightMoon says that she finally gets the opportunity to raise the Moon with Luna every night and Luna has even promised her that she will be the next raiser of the Moon if it ever comes to Luna leaving forever. We get a finally glance at Mareland as it fades. Chapter 9: The Darkness endsAlex looks at the Darkness and tells it to stop. The Darkness laughs Evily. NightMoon tells Alex to get away from it. Alex ignores and jumps in. The ponies are gasp as The Darkness finally disappears. NightMoon cries as she said that Alex was her Sister and that she was so young. The Darkness leaves and disappears forever. Twilight tells NightMoon that Alex saved all of them, and they even though he is gone that he got his Cutie Mark. NightMoon says that he finally got what he wanted all along. Then suddenly a little Red dot is coming close. NightMoon tries to look at it and then suddenly that red dot jumps on NightMoon. The red dot is revealed to be.... Alex who somehow survived the Darkness. NightMoon hugs Alex and Alex hugs back. NightMoon says that she thought Alex was gone and Alex replies saying how could I leave my sister behind. The Darkness is gone NightMoon and I am still here replies Alex. Introduction/Chapter 1One Day in Ponyville, We see Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy talking. Pinkie tells Fluttershy that she learned a new trick today. Fluttershy asks Pinkie what the trick is. Pinkie then goes to the camera and says Hello Everypony glad to see that everyone is here and then does three cartwheels followed by a jumping jack. Then suddenly, a big boom happens. Twilight rushes over to the two and asks what happened. Fluttershy and Pinkie say at the same time that they don't know. Another big boom happens as they see darkness in the far west side of Equestria. Chapter 2: The Darkness GrowsTwilight rushes to get her friends together and heads to her house. They all say that they say the darkness as well, AppleJack was busy working on getting the apples from the trees when she saw a dark area and wondered what it could be. Rainbow Dash was flying right above it but all she saw was black smoke. Rarity was just walking back from Canterlot and she was scared it was gonna eat her as she says that could've been the worse thing ever and flops onto her couch. Then we hear a knock on the door and we see three newcomers who introduce themselves as Alex, Night moon, and Red Bell. Red Bell has a Red Bell Cutie Mark as he explains that he got it after making music with bells. Red Bell is also shown as the second tallest at 5'7 NightMoon explains that her Cutie Mark was gotten after she helped Luna raise the moon and is shown as the tallest at 6'0, and Alex has no cutie mark yet as he is still a filly. They are invited inside and asked what they say. They explain that it was black smoke by something over the hills all they know for sure is it said BEWARE. NightMoon says these two were frightened as most of the city was too. I told them that we had to get to you guys and we did. Twilight responds "At least you are here and giving us information now. We need to find more information. Let's go check it out Everypony." Spike and Alex are scared as they hug each other. Alex responds "Where the Smoke is?" Spike says "Didn't you hear it say Beware?" Twilight says "Yes but more information is needed besides we will be fine." and packs up ready to go.
