Ice and Fire
The Ice demon- Prolouge, and Part 1
Load Full StoryA man or teen with Ice blue hair fired his Amulet power at the falling building, protecting a young one, his eyes turned dark blue and his eyes shut close. His Amulet was doing something overpowering to him. He could hear words that made the power stronger and more...deadly to him. He couldn't even hear others that were shouting to him. He could only hear the voice in the stone, telling him to unleash his power. He finally heard one voice that got to him, his friend's voice.
"No." He said as he put his hand over the stone, "I-I can't stop it!" He looked at his friend and knew what to say, "Roy! Find the others and bring me back!"
That was the last thing he said before the Amulet's power went around him, Ice. Ice was around him. He looked at his hand and saw it going away, turning into something different. A paw. He lost control and lowered his head. His eyes shot open as they were no longer blue, but ice blue, dark ice blue. He was turning into a demon. A ice Dragon. Suddenly, the dragon that was forming had frost coming out of it. Wings shooting out and the stonekeeper was lost to the stone.
Roy, the fire Amulet keeper, was watching his friend turn into a demon. He looked over to the shocked Discord, and aimed his Amulet at him. Power started to form and he didn't do anything about his friend, Neil. It was Discord's fault wasn't it? That's what Roy was believing right now. He didn't care about anyone else.
"You!" Roy shouted at Discord, "Your the reason for this! Your a monster!" Roy fired his Amulet at Discord but the Ice Dragon hit him and Roy fell to the ground. He looked at his once friend, "Neil...Please."
"Um...Roy call your friend off." Discord said as he slowly backed away, not used to seeing this type of thing. "I mean right now."
"I can't!" Roy shouted, tears falling down his face, "He's not in control! I can't do anything about it!"
"Then at least try to!" Discord said crossing his arms, but Roy couldn't. "Oh come on!"
Ice was fired at Discord, knocking him back a bit. The Ice Dragon was powerful and more dangerous than ever before. It was useless to fight it when it had Neil with it.
'Neil, please....Don't give into it like the others before.... Roy thought to himself and watched as Neil was being to hurt everyone, until it finally got to him, "Neil! Don't hurt them! Hurt me!"
The Ice Dragon turned to Roy and fired ice at him, lucky for Roy, he barely got out of way of the ice. His body was being to hurt and he wanted to have some rest. But the Ice Dragon wasn't having it one bit.
"Neil! I know your in there!" Roy shouted his own amulet lighting up, "Just try to fight it! Your stronger than the stone!"
"It won't work." Roy turned his head and saw Discord once more, frowning at him, Roy was about to say something when Discord beat him to it, "He's too far gone."
"You don't know anything!"
Roy raced towards Neil and fired his Amulet, with a scream from the Ice Dragon and tears falling down Roy's face, everyone watched as the Ice Dragon began to form into something else.
"Neil!" Roy shouted, some fear and more worried about his friend in his voice, "Your okay!"
"I...." Neil could barely speak, but his head was turning in for the worst. "What happened?"
"Something had an Ice Dragon."
Discord watched as the two friends hugged each other, and as Roy helped Neil walk. Neil turned his head to Discord and frowned, his amulet glowing.
"Anywhere near this town and you will die. Got it?" He asked, a simple nod from Discord. "Good."
As Roy helped Neil walk to Twilight's to rest, ponies started to cheer for Roy, but some felt bad for Neil. Some even gave some stuff for Neil.
"Roy," Neil started, "Don't let me get anywhere near him again."
"It's a promise Neil."
Nothing To Turn To-Part One
A ice blue Amulet sat waiting for it's next master and soon found it. A teen with ice blue hair and blue eyes came and got it. Soon it went through everything with him, now it was partners with another Amulet, but it was red. Neil and Roy. Neil was the one with Ice blue hair and Blue eyes, while Roy had red hair and brown eyes.
"It's the wrong path!" The red stonekeeper said, the blue one rolled his eyes.
"No it's not."
"But it's the wrong one!" Roy tried to reason with Neil, "It's not the same color we went through!"
"Just because the portals are different colors, doesn't mean it's the wrong one." Neil said, walking towards the green portal.
"You don't know what's behind there Neil!" Roy said, walking towards Neil. "For all we know, something could be there waiting to kill us!"
"And that's why we have our Amulets." Neil explained, holding up his Amulet. "They're more powerful than anything."
"To you!" Roy shouted, "To others, they might not even know what an Amulet is!"
"So?"
Before Roy could answer, Neil went through the portal and Roy followed after him.
When Roy opened his eyes, he was in another world. He saw Neil with his Amulet glowing, he got up and went to him, before he could speak, Neil put his hand over Roy's mouth.
"Don't speak. Just watch." Neil said as he gave Roy a look. "We're not in Earth anymore."
"Then where are we? And what were those things!?" Roy asked, his Amulet lighting up.
"Somewhere that little horses can talk and...Get tattoos on...Their flanks." Neil said, trying to figure out where they were. "We need to be careful Roy."
