Blood Moon: Night Terrors

Equestria, a dying land, cursed by a plague that threatens to destroy all that call the land home, killing all who it afflicts, and those who do not die, change into hellish blood lusting monstrosities who only care for killing. Most major populated areas such as Canterlot constructed walls to keep the affliction at bay,which resulted in great success, allowing the younger generation to be sheltered from the horrors of the outside world. In the early days of the plague, a church was established with the sole purpose of purging the plague from the world, with the use of hunters, orphans taken in at a young age by the church and trained to combat the ever growing population of the afflicted. Inside Canterlot however lives a young scholar to be, Twilight Sparkle, who has spent her whole life studying the plague and how to cure it, however one day by sheer chance, she runs into a hunter making his way back to the church, it is from there she decides to set out, and find a way to cure the affliction, with the aid of friends, even of the unlikely sort, or die trying.
