Everything Happens For a Reason Part One- The Return

I am sorry sister... Those words echoed in Luna's subconscious as she struggled to open eyes that were still heavy with sleep. What was her sister apologising about? She had done nothing wrong... But the nagging doubt that she was missing something obvious was what finally made Luna open her heavy eyelids. Luna sat up and exclaimed as she realised was inside a binding circle! A circle used to strip or transfer a pony's magic... The sudden pain that hit her as her sister lit the last candle was unbearable! She arched her back as the pain forced her on to the now almost burning ground. *"No! Stop it! As princess of the night I command thee! Thou shalt release us immediately!" A loud regal-sounding voice rang out. Luna was surprised. That voice couldn't have come from her... that was the voice of... no, it couldn't be... for that was the voice of Nightmare Moon!*

Celestia flinched as her younger sister arched her back in pain. She couldn't bear to watch her sister be hurt like this.. but she must! The pain that Luna would feel when the nightmare took over would at very least ten-times worse!
