You are attending a post in the Authority Prison in the Wasteland. You've been in service of the Authority for years, and all you want is a chance, even a small chance to escape. A chance to get away from all of this carnage and disorder that the Authority has brought to the world, after Apophis made the Earth into the wasteland it is.
