It was a regular night in Gotham or so it seems, police commissioner Gordon was waiting near the the bat signal as it shined into the night sky. "Commissioner" came a deep voice. Turning around with a start Gordon saw the person he was calling, the batman. Standing 6'2" he was build like an Olympic athlete, he wore a grey body armored suit, around his waist was a yellow utility belt. Concealing most of his face was a black mask, where the eyes are were white slits, and on his head were long pointy ears giving him a rather frightening look. He wore black gauntlets that reached just below the elbows and had three bladed fins on the sides, on his feet he wore black steel toed boots. Cloaking him in the dark sky was his long black leather cape that dragged behind him, it also doubled as a glider. And in the center of his chest was a bat symbol. ( a cartoon style of the arkham knight suit.) "Is there anyway you can show up without raising my blood pressure?" Gordon asked as Batman appeared form the shadows "What's the problem?" "Catwoman is loose and Deathstroke is back in town. He was last seen near the east docks" "Selena won't be a problem I'll handel Slade first." "Good luck." With that Batman pulled out his grapple gun and took off, heading east. Arriving at the docks Batman landed on on of the crates and saw Slade and he wasn't alone. Bronze tiger was beside him, scowling at this, Batman now had to face two seasoned mercenary that wasn't going to be easy. Before he could think of a plan of attack a portal opened and sucked him in within seconds. The batcave 2043 Sitting there the batcomputer was an elderly Bruce Wayne and laying beside was his dog Ace. "How's the evening going?" Flying in the batmobile, Terry the new Batman was enjoying the quiet evening, no jokers, no super villians no nothing. "Great except that I'm missing mine and Dana's fourth anniversary today." "She'll get over it" "Right. Oh and I've been meaning to ask what's with the purple feather?" Turning to face his trophie cases, one of them held a purple feather in it and the engraving read TWILIGHT_SPARKLE. Smiling at the memories he had with her and her friends and family. "It's quite the story." "Oh?" Before Terry could say anything else a portal was sucking him in. "Bruce we got a problem." "Eject now" Bruce shouted. Listening to his mentor Terry pulled on the top leavers and he dropped out of the car but he and the car went through the the portal. " TERRY!!!" Bruce shouted but he only received static on the other end. Ponyville modern days. Two months has past since Tireks reign and today was Nyx's birthday and nearly all of Ponyville was at Twilight's castle. The CMC where on their way when they heard two loud booms that caught their attention, turning to face where the booms where and they saw two giant bats coming through and going into the everfree forest. The three fillies screamed and ran towards the castle and continued to scream once they went inside. Hearing the screaming from the ballroom, Twilight,Rainbow dash, Applejack, and Rarity went to go intersect with the filllies and once they were found Twilight used her magic to leviate them. "What's wrong?" Twilight asked with concern in her voice. "Two giant bats coming through portals and going into the everfree forest." Sweetybell answered The four mares looked at each other then back to the fillies. " Ya Sure ya weren't just seeing things?" Applejack asked " No We actually saw two giant bats." Applebloom replied. " OK Rainbow dash after the party I want you and the wonderbolts looking for these bats. If you spot them do not engage them we don't know what they are capable of doing." Rainbow dash saluted Twilight then they headed back to the party. Over in the everfree forest Batman was slowly getting up, his suit sustained minor cuts and so did he. Looking around his surroundings there was nothing but trees, scary looking trees. Picking a direction, Batman  started walking hoping to find any signs of life and within a few moments he heard a voice, it was a males voice and it sounded like a teenager and it was calling out his real name. " Bruce can you read me?" "I don't you know who you are but I suggest you quiet calling my name." Turning around with a start Terry saw his mentor standing before him. "My name is Terry McGinnis the batman of the future and you will an older version of you is my mentor." "Alright fly over the treelines and call out what you see." Nodding Terry used his thrusters and took to the sky and turned in every direction and facing Northwest something was shining in the sunlight. "We got something Northwest from our location." Terry shouted. Bruce nodded and started walking in that general direction while Terry spread his wings and glided over him. After an hour walk and flight the bats came to the outskirts of the forest and they saw a brightly colored village, using the zoom in his cowl and pulling out binoculars from his belt the two bats saw colorful ponies and it looked like the we're....talking? "So what now since there are no humans around?" Terry asked Bruce was quite for a moment before answering. "We go to the castle and tell them that we mean no harm." "Agreed." Inside the castle no pony heard the gasping and screaming outside but Pinkie Pies "pinkie sense" was off the wall, literally she was vibrating and bouncing off every wall and it took Twilight and Nyx to get a hold of the pink earth pony. "Oh we got some out of this world guests." And she some how got through the two princesses magic bubble and took off in the direction towards the front doors. Looking at each other then back in the direction of Pinkie then followed her to the front doors. Hoping it's nothing serious Twilight used her magic to open the doors only for her jaw to hit the floor as 2 bats stood before her. While Twilight was in complete shock Pinkie and Nyx were in awe at the sight. "Um...hi could we talk to who ever owns this castle?" Terry asked "I'm princess Nyx but you can call me Nyx this is Pinkie Pie and this is my mom Princess Twilight and you two are...?" "Our real names are classified but you can call us batman and batman beyond." Bruce answered. "Um OK then.... We are celebrating my 9th birthday so if you want to join us you are welcome to." Terry looked at Bruce who nodded. "OK thank you." Snapping her mom out of her shocked state the group headed back to the party.  Once back at the party Twilight announced that their new guests aren't going to Harm anyone. It took some time to warm up to their new guests  but eventually the did and even got Terry to join in on some games. But Bruce was standing near the food table not wanting to be distributed, until Twilight came near him. "What is it?" "How's did you know that...." "I heard you walking near." "Uumm OK how come your not parting?" "I'm not one for parties" Every pony gasped after Batman  said that. "What!? No parties? Only a fillies parents would be mean enough to not let their kids have a party." Pinkie said and when she looked at Batman her mane flattened. Batman's eyes narrowed into white slits, his scowl deepen, his body ready to attack at the slightest movement, Pinkie was now staring at the bat glare. //-------------------------------------------------------// Bad news //-------------------------------------------------------// Bad news On Twilight's balcony Bruce was standing in the wind, not moving, relaxing and trying to forget past events. Six hours ago, Pinkie Pie had brought up parents and that hit some hidden emotions resurface. Before things got ugly Bruce walked out and found his way to the balcony, where he has spent the remaining time of the party. Six hours ago:  After the bat left Terry came up and did what he could to comfort Pinkie. "You will have to forgive him, he has had a rather rough child hood, I'm not going into detail but please try to understand things from his eyes. He's a detective, a  crime fighter, but deep down he's a lost soul." Pinkie looked up at the young bat and nodded, now sensing that this guy isn't one for kid like parties like she is. After awhile Pinkie  was back setting up games and got Terry in some of them, in pin the tail on the donkey his throw was near inches from its mark, even after being spun around by Rainbow dash.  Bobbing for apples he was out matched by Applejack, big time. After sometime it was cake and present time and the cake was massive, even for a crowd this size. The cake was dark blue with purple frosting that read HAPPY 10Tth BIRTHDAY NYX. The cake was by far the best he has ever had, he even got Pinkieshy to save a piece for old Bruce, then it was present time, and Nyx got a variety of presents, ranging from necklaces, books, and a special gift from her "sister" of the night, Luna, it was  moon crystal, it was a crystal that captures the moon light and can be used as a calm nightlight. After the guests left the girls and Terry started cleaning up and it was rather easy, move some tables and chairs back, take down the decorations and what ever was left over was put in containers and was storage in Twilight's fridge. During clean up Terry took off his mask and told the group his name and now the call him Terry unless they were on some kind of adventure. While the group was cleaning up Nyx left the room and was now look, I got for Batman and along the way she bumped into Spike. "Hey have you seen the other Batman?" "Uumm... last I saw him, he was heading for the balcony." "Thanks Spike." With that, the black alicorn went to the balcony and saw Batman standing in the wind, his eyes closed and was slowly breathing, enjoying the cool breeze. "What is it?" Bruce asked without even looking at her, stopping in her tracks Nyx was quiet, stunned that he knew that she was near him. "Can you please come back to the party,  Pinkie is very sorry for offending you." Bruce remained quiet  before answering. "Fine" Bruce growled, smiling Nyx lead him back to the party. Once back he saw that everyone was doing different jobs cleaning, Terry, who took off his mask and gauntlets was with Rainbow dash up high cleaning confetti streamers, Rarity and and Starlight were packing tables, Fluttershy and Applejack were putting away food, Pinkie was helping Spike in the kitchen and Twilight was calling out the shots. "Mom wants us to help with the tables" Nyx said. Nodding, Bruce removed his gauntlets and cape and went to the closest table and with in seconds they packed the table, and with in minutes they packed twelve tables while Rarity and Starlight packed the remaining six. Hours past the castle was clean and now they were heading home, Terry went with Rainbow Dash while Bruce stayed at the castle. They wired their communicators so they can still contact each other when trouble shows up. And before he left, Twilight put a cloud walking spell on the young bat. With Bruce: The old bat was in the library, reading the history of equstria, how it was founded and the evil that plagued it for a few centuries. He took mental notes of the windigos and King Sombra. Hearing the doors open, Bruce glanced up and saw the princess of friendship and she had a nervous look on her face. "What's wrong?" Freezing in her tracks Twilight was now a little sketchy. "Uumm...I was wondering if I can ask you a few questions?" Putting the book down on the table Bruce motioned Twilight to take a seat. "Thanks you" she said as she walked to the couch and sat in front of him. "What would you like to know ?" Twilight smiled at that question  giving Bruce a sense of dread. "Why can't we know your real name like Terry?" "You will have to gain my trust in order to know that. And I don't like exposing my identity." "OK next one. Why a bat?" "It helps strike terror in the hearts of criminals." Twilight shivered at that answer. "Why did you get mad at Pinkies remark?" "Next one" "But...." "Next" Bruce growled. Over with Rainbow Dash: she and Terry were getting along very well they have already beaten each other at different challenges, RD won at arm wrestling despite Terry's suit that enhances his strength, and she won at the speed race while Terry won at stealth and reflexes, now they were chiling in Rainbow's living room. She was curled up with her head down on her hooves and Terry was stretched out on her couch. "I still can't believe that you  stumbled into the cave, stole the suit and know your the new batman that's nuts" "Yeah but it's worth it...most of the time it sucks when I'm on a date though." Rainbow laughted at his last remark. As night fell Dash fell asleep on the couch and Terry put a blanket over her before fling off to the village. Upon arrival Terry noticed that Bruce was bouncing from rooftop to rooftop and before long his communicator came to life. "Terry fly over the north and west of the village, I'll take south and east." "Got it boss" Terry quickly replied and flew north. The night was extremely quiet and the young bat was enjoying it, once every two hours they would meet at town square report anything then they go back on patrol. As the night dragged on and dawn was upon them, they headed back to their new adopted homes, Bruce landed on the balcony and Terry went back to Rainbow's place and she was still zonked out. Over with Princess Cadence was at the cavran of reflection and she has been here for well over two weeks and she was looking for a crystal that heals wounds and after defeating the challenge she needed it. Finding the crystal, she placed her Hoof on it and soon it and her started glowing red and her brusies were gone. Sighing in relief she soon hears a whisping sound behind her, looking around for anything she saw something long thought defeated. "You?....But we defeated you." At the Crystal empire Shining armor was sitting in the throne room with Flurry heart waiting for his wife to come back but as the hours tick by Cadence was a no show and it was unsettling him. Summoning his magic he brought forth paper, ink and a quill and wrote to his sister. Dear Twilight Cadence went to the cavran of reflection and she's  been there for well over two weeks and she hasn't returned. It might be nothing or it's something serious either way I'm sending you to see what's going on. She was searching for a healing gem in the cavran a week ago and she should have been back four days ago. Sincerely Prince Shining Armor. Shinning called for a guard, gave him the letter and he headed straight to the train station, and was now on a two day trip to Ponyville. //-------------------------------------------------------// Return of a Tyrant //-------------------------------------------------------// Return of a Tyrant A couple days past and the citizans have grown use to the two bats hanging around town. Many interacted with Terry and avoid Bruce from time to time. Applejack was waiting at the train station, waiting for a special pony but instead of the regular train she saw the crystal train. "What in the hay is the crystal train doing here?" Asked the farm pony, as the train came to a stop she saw a crystal guard come out and she knew something ain't right. Walking towards the guard he soon recognized the pony and started to walk towards her. "Morning Mrs Applejack I have a letter for Princess Twilight Sparkle can you please take me to her castle?" Debating whether she should take him or wait for her friend, seeing the conductor she flagged I'm down by waving her hat. Catching the movement of the hat he headed over. "Yes?" "When is the Ponyville train coming?" "In about 2 hours do to the delay." "Thank you" Applejack waved the solider saying follow me and she lead him through the peaceful village that is until Terry and Rainbow dash crash land just in front of them and they were covered in brusies. "Told you he'll wipe the floor with use." Terry remarked as the two got up. "Dare I ask what happen." Both looked at each other then back to Applejack "To put it simply we challenged Batman to a two on one spar and he just wiped the floor with use without even breaking a sweat." Rainbow answered and Applejack couldn't hold back and laughted till she hit the floor. After the minute or two Applejack got back up and calmed down and she continued to take the guard to the castle. Arriving at the crystal castle the two were greeted by the cmc running and laughing out the door, smiling Applejack watched as her young sister ran off to help others find their cutie mark. Walking through the duo headed for the library and sure enough she was there as well as Bruce and as soon as the guard saw him he froze. Bruce was sitting crossed leg, candles circled him, he had his mask and suit on, his belt, cape, gauntlets and boots were off. "He doesn't bite." Twilight said seeing the two "Applejack you can go back to the station I'll take care of this." Nodding the earth pony turned and raced back as fast as her hooves could carry her. "What can I do for you?" The guard handed the young alicorn the message. "Letter from Prince Shining Armor." Twilight smiled that her brother has written to her but as soon as she opened and read it her smile faded. "We'll handle it as soon as possible thank you. Tell him that me and the girls will bring her back safely." The guard nodded and he too went back to the station. Bruce opened his eyes and looked at the violet mare. "Something is wrong right." "My sister in-law is in trouble she hasn't returned home from her adventure." This caught the old bats attention, getting up Bruce walked over to support Twilight as she lost the will to stand. He help place her on the couch and he read the letter. "Take your time to recover, call the girls and I'll come up with a plan." "Thank you." After a few minutes Bruce left and came back with fresh tea for his friend and stared scanning for anything on the cavran of reflection. "Self 265 book 897 page 20 to 26." Quickly finding the book in the ancient history section, Bruce read about the cavran and the deadly riddle it held. He then began thought of a plan and if goes right he will be the only one injured and if it doesn't then he is risking their lives as well as his own. The pair slowly made their way to the throne room and Twilight summoned every pony to the castle, Rainbow and Terry were reading Daring do, Dashy was snuggled into Terry when her mark started glowing, Aj was showing her colt friend around the farm until she hand him over to Applebloom, and Aj wasn't too happy by this. Rarity and Fluttershy were doing a new line of fashion and Pinkie was baking for the cakes. "Oh the map." And with that she was gone in a pink blur. One by one they made their way to the throne room and to their respective thrones. "Darling what's the matter?" "Yeah me and Ter were in the middle of..." "Something might have happened to Cadence, she hasn't returned home." Twilight intrupted and every pony went silent. "So what are we waiting for let's go get her." Rainbow blurted out and everyone nodded in agreement. "We need a plan the cavran of reflection has a challenge that can kill you, according to history any way. Terry I want you to stay and get a rescue party ready if we don't return in two days. The rest of use will go to the cavran and find the princess and get her out of her mess." Bruce email stepped in The mares looked at each other and looked at Batman and nodded. "But how are we going to get there?" Rarity  asked. "Nyx went to see her sister of the night to get an airship." Bruce said and no sooner as he said that the youngest alicorn came in with a giant smile on her face. "I got to drive the airship." Pinkie smiled back "Sweet that sounds funwasitfunIwanttodriveitknowcanIcanI." "Pinkie slow down." Rainbow said getting the party pony to smile and blush. "Sorry." After they got an idea as to where the cave is they go to the airship get in and and headed Northwest, the ponies could easily move around but the 6 foot bat had to sit down almost as soon  as he got in. The ride was long and mostly quiet the girls were talking while Bruce sat in silence, preparing for a fight that's coming. Quiet hooves were clicking towards him, "Yes Fluttershy." The shy pegasus stopped but she slowly made her way to his side. "What happen during your child hood?" This caught everyponies attention and the old bat gave a defeated sigh. "I was eight years old and me and my parents were coming from a movie, we went through an alley way, now called crime alley, a mugger came from the shadows and pointed a gun at use, dad did his best to convince the mugger to not harm use but he killed my parents right before my eyes and I made a vow on their Graves to rid the city of crime. Years of school, martial arts I became the feared vigilant in the city and I took the design of a bat to strike fear into the hearts of criminals." Every pony was in complete shock and sadness for him and all six came down and hugged him, deep down he felt more warm inside and he smiled a little. Looking over his shoulder he saw the cavran off in the distance, "Uumm we are approaching our destination." Every pony went back to their stations and Applejack carefully landed the craft. Walking to the cavran the first thing they see were crystals and mirrors and in the center of cave was a pool and right above it was a stone tablet, walking towards it Twilight quietly read before Fluttershy asked what it read. "It says to open this door you must face yourself in battle without friend or help. While some reflection may allure but one for you must be pure." "And what the hay dose that mean?" Applejack asked "It means that we have to find a perfect reflection of ourselves." Rarity answered. Everypony glanced at her with a questioning look. "Oh come on its about mirrors of course I'd know something about it." Will you heard her, let's look for the best reflection." The ponies spread out while Batman sat in front of the pond.Twilight walked in front of a gain the crystal, that turned her into a giant mare. "OK not this one." Twilight called out to the gang backing away slowly. Looking around she noticed that the mirrors and crystals gave an odd reflection back when some pony looked at them, and Batman was meditating by the pond. "I rake it you figured it out?" "It seems he did." Came a voice from the shadows and very pony turned to see who it was and they couldn't believe their eyes. The owner of the voice was a tall dark grey unicorn that was wearing armor, a crown, and a red fur cape. His eyes were green with red iris "Sombra" Twilight snarled. "Hello child." "What have you done to my sister in law?" "She's fine for now but in half hour she'll be mine, now will you save her or face me? And the only way to save her is to win against your own reflection without any help, so what will the princess of friendship choose?" Before any pony could respond they heard water churning and two figures came out of the pond. One was built like Batman, clad in silver and grey and had an "O" on his chest, while the other one was lanky, dressed in purple, had green hair a white face and a smile that sent a chill down your spine. "Joker, Owlman" "Hello Bruce HAHAHAHA" Joker laughted. And as the girls turned their attention to the trio Sombra vanished //-------------------------------------------------------// Who's next //-------------------------------------------------------// Who's next The ponies could not believe what they were seeing. Batman's reflection, called Owlman, was matching him pound for pound. Batman went with a high kick, Owlman ducked and went to sweep the feet. Batman flipped over it and came down with a ground pound. Owlman rolled out of the way and tossed three owlranges which Batman countered with three batarangs. Owlman swung with a left hook, which Batman caught and threw. Owlman turned in the air and kicked himself off the wall  and attempted to hit Batman with a flying side kick. Batman ducked underneath the attack and tried to drive his shoulder into Owlman's ribs, only he braced the attack and used Batman's o2n force for him to clear the attack. It was like watching two master martial artist that knew each other very well and all through out the fight Owlman taunted Batman. "Why bother fight me Batman? I'm the superior fighter, thinker, strategist, I am the better you." Bruce remained silent for the fight and decided to constraint on the fight. "Why keep villians like Joker around, when you know he'll breakout and kill again? Why not kill him and cross the line?" "Every life can be saved, some may not look it but they can be. You however never valued human life and that is why you'll lose to me." "Oh really?"  Owlman asked before lashing out wi5h his cape. Batman yelled out as the sharp edges of Owlman's cape slice through his suit and slash his chest. Batman staggered back clutching his wound as Owlman advanced. "But despite our differences, we are very similar, you and I." "I'm nothing like-" "Actually you are," Owlman cut in, still advancing towards the injured bat. "We have similar training, gadgets, and thoughts. The only real difference is that you choose to be a hero that will never be loved, where as I'm a success that is feared world wide and you could be that same thing." "NEVER!"  Batman roared, tossing a haymaker at Owlman, he sighed and caught the haymaker in his crushing grip, before tossing a kick straight into Batman's side. A sickening CRACK echoed through the the air and Batman's face contorted with pain as one of his ribs cracked in half. He staggered to one knee and held his side. The ponies watching gasped and rushed to his aid only he held a hand to keep them back. "You'll always be the rich boy lashing out at everything in rage,  even when you should  be mad at yourself, never be a true success." "And you'll never have true friends. TWILIGHT NOW!" Owlman spun around to face the young alicorn, prepared for what she had planned.  Only to see confusion on her face and realized it to late, spun around and got a black gauntlet punched through his chest. With a smile Owlman transformed into water and slithered back into the pond but Batman  knew something was up. Looking up he saw the clown prince of crime holding a revolver and was pointing at him. "So this is how it ends no fight to the end, just a point blank gun shot." Joker put his gun down and charged at the injured bat, but his punch was caught and Batman knocked Joker back, making him landed on his face and he pulled out his gun. Without aiming, Joker fired three bullets and each found their mark on Batman. One hit his left deltoid (shoulder muscle), another one hit right below his ribs cage, and the last one  punctured his right chest and broke another rib, that stopped the bullet from reaching his lung. Looking at the bat now on all four and to the ponies, and smiled, "Time to see your friends die." Joker pointed his gun at the girls and they ran off In different directions and his last five bullets hit three of the girls. Twilight got two in her chest, Rainbow dash got two in her left side and the third one ripped through her left wing and grazed Applejack's flank. Laughing, seeing the three kneel from their new injuries, Joker didn't see Batman get up until it was too late and the dark knight punched in Jokers chest. "Congratulation Bruce, you passed the test. Well done. Like Owlman, Joker transformed into water and went back into the pond, and Batman was back on the ground clutching his side as Pinkie and Rarity help the two injured girls, while Fluttershy rushed to Batman's aid.  Getting under one arm she help lift him until she couldn't get him higher up. "We need to get them to a doctors now!" "Aj go check on Cadence....Gah." Batman yelped as he stretched and the pain hit him hard. Nodding Applejack limped to the open door and stopped in her tracks when she saw Cadence crystalized. She approached the princess and heared some light muffling sounds. "Cadence are ya all right sugarcube?" The muffle got more clearer and it sounded like 'touch my cutie mark.' Raising a hoof, she tapped her cutie mark and the spell wore off and the crystal princess fell to the ground. "Princess!" Aj shouted and slowly got her back on her four hooves. "Sombra...new...spell..." Applejack was stunned by the news and got her out and joined the others. The group made their back to the airship and put the injured in the cabin, except Bruce they placed him by the railing. The flight was slow as Fluttershy was removing the clouds and Applejack was behind the wheel, her injury was covered by Rarity.  In the cabin the fashion design unicorn was putting her skills to the test and removing the bullets and clean the wounds until they get home. "There we go Dash." "Thanks Rarity...Um are you going to help Bruce?" Rarity stammered for a bit before answering. "Truthfully i think he might hit me if I hurt him." Rainbow started laughing till she clutched her side whimpering, but still laughing a little. "That's funny. Please don't make laugh again." Rarity giggled. Outside Bruce was meditating best he can, taking slow breaths, slowing his heart rate, slowing his blood flow then h8s communicator came alive. "Terry we got a problem. One that is over our heads, don't do anything stupid." "Ookaaaay...." Seeing motion in the corner in his eye, Bruce looked up and saw Fluttershy signaling for him to 'come here'. "Hold on." Slowly getting on his feet, he made his way to the cabin and Cadence was sitting up. "Tell your partner to head to Canterlot fast." "Did you hear that?" "Loud and clear boss." Taking his fingers off the communicator and headed outside and inside the distance he saw Canterlot and knew there was no way he was making it there, until he remembered that the batmobile was sucked into the portal as well. Pressing the center of his utility belt and made his way outside of Twilight's castle. Within  minutes the car arrived, it sustained minor scraps and dents from its fall. Wasting little time, Terry got in and made a 'b' line for the royal palace. The flight was quick as Terry reached mach 3, the batmobiles limit, but during the flight the young bat noticed that dark crystals popped out of the floor, some even imprisoned ponies in them. Flying over the city Terry also saw frozen ponies, some were trapped in frozen buildings. "OK I think things got more complicated." Seeing the palace coming in veiw Terry pulled on the top leavers and dropped, opened his wings, used his thrusters and headed straight for a window. Inside the palace, throne room Celestia and Luna were on the defensive as Sombra was on the offensive and winning. Being completely unprepared and unarmed they sustained some damage. "How's are you even here? You were defeated years ago." Celestia questioned. "After shadow can never truly be destroyed. But a god can be." Celestia and her sister combined their magic and blasted Sombra, but it just fazed right through him. Summoning his own dark magic he blasted two crystals at the sisters and they each captured the princesses. "Now it's time I finished what I..." SMASH "What?!" Sombra roared, turing around and saw a gaint bat smash through the window and in a blink of an eye the bat landed a punch on him sending him half way across the room. "I suggest you leave or I'll have to hurt you." Terry warned as he walked to the shadow pony. Sombra smiled and fired a crimson blast at him, but Terry evaded the blast and fired two batarangs but like the magic they fazed through him. Thinking he has the upper hand, Sombra readied another blast but with a turn of the center part of his belt Terry turned invisible getting Sombra to stop his magic. "What? How?!" Looking around for his foe but too late. Terry cocked his fist back ready for an upper cut and gave the shadow tyrant a powerful upper cut. Immediately  Terry took to the air and unleashed an air melee ranging from punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and some of his hits were like hammers on the unsuspecting villian and the final hit was an axe kick, sending Sombra slamming into the marble floor, like a comet hitting earth. Still being camouflaged Terry landed by the fallen king. "I warned you now your paying the price."  Getting to one knee Sombra looked at the prizes he captured but he realized with this new foe they will have to wait. "You'll pay for this." With that said Sombra vanished into the shadows, leaving Terry alone, looking at the sisters he whipped out two explosive batarangs and tossed them a few feet below them. The explosion completely shattered the crystals and the sisters fell to the floor unharmed, brusied but not harmed. "We thank  you strange creature of the night we are Luna princess of the night this is our sister Princess Celestia, ruler of the sun and equestria. And what are you?" "I'm a human, you can call me Batman." "Thank you for saving us Batman, but I have to ask are you Terry? Twilight has mentioned something like you in one of her letters." Celestia asked. "Yes your highness I am Terry, my mentor went with the girls to a cavran of some sort and told me that, that shadow thing was going be here." "Can we talked and meet to this mentor of yours?" "I believe he and the girls are heading to the hospital but once they heal I'm sure you can meet him. And he goes by Batman. The sisters nodded and decided to give him a tour of the castle.
