Heart sinks to my hooves...
"And that's when I said... Darling! Where did you get that dress? Now let me tell you... it was NOT from me!" Then there was laughter out of my two best friends. Ah... being popular is SO fun, and the best part is, every pony knows in the whole school could pick me out of the crowd and say my name "Rarity." When I get attention I feel like I'm on cloud nine, I also get attention from stallions... Cute ones! My friends and I usually pick out the best looking ones that we would like to go out with. Twilight choose hers, an orange stallion with a dark blue mane. Rainbow choose hers, a stallion from her gym class with a light blue coat and a dark blue mane. And I choose mine... Thunder lane. I don't know what it is but to me, stallions with a blue mane always strike me as attractive. He had a cyan mane and a dark grey coat. Undeniably handsome.
I have been stalking this guy for weeks now...hey! I'm not thaaaaat creepy... I checked my watch.
"Damn... Only 7:23. Advisory starts at 7:30 right?" I asked the girls.
"Yeah, hey Rarity?" Rainbow dash asked me.
"Hmmmm?"
"Every day in advisory you are always... ALWAYS so exited to go. Why is that?" Rainbow asked. Twilight nodded. "I've noticed that as well." Twilight agreed. I blushed.
"Well... You know that boy I like... Right?" I asked.
"Yes... The one you've been stalking?" Asked Twilight.
"Yes! That one! Well I have the same advisory as him." I explained.
"I don't know how he does it to me, my heart just sinks all the way down to my hooves..." I blushed smiling.
"Uh Rarity, that's sort of cute.. Actually... Never mind it's not cute, it's kinda creepy and sad..." Twilight said backing up. After that the bell rang. Rainbow smiled at me,
"Later stalker!" After that Rainbow Dash raced off to her advisory class.
"She always does that everyday...-" Twilight said trailing off. I trotted happily all the way to advisory. I saw the handsome stallion, just walking casually into the room. I know it might sound like I only like this guy for his looks, but his looks are just a plus. Me and him used to be friends in the fourth and fifth grade. I always liked him, he was sweet, shy, funny, and anything else you would want in a guy. I always thought he liked me back, but now that we drifted apart, he probably doesn't know who or what I look like. I've changed a lot since the fifth and fourth grade, now I style my hair, and I actually have a sense of fashion. I'm not sure if he knows if I'm "that" Rarity. I know I changed, but he hasn't at all, he's just a taller and cuter version of his younger self. I smiled as I walked inside the classroom.
My teacher looked at me and said this,
"Hello please see me after advisory Rarity..." she says to me. My heart stopped. Oh Crap... I'm in trouble. What did I even do? I started thinking of everything. Maybe it was because I spilt my eye shadow on the teacher's carpet. That must be it... but how did she see that? I cleaned it up as well as I could! Maybe a bit of blue and glitter pigment was still left, but that is the hardest thing to spot out in the middle of a grey-ish carpet! The whole time in advisory, instead of listening to the teacher I was thinking of an excuse the whole time. I can blame it on that other mare, BonBean- or whatever her name is, just because she knows my name doesn't mean I should know hers. I took a deep breath and let it out. I then waited for the end of the bell. After that I immediately got up and walked to my teacher.
"Hello... uh I'm terribly sorry about the eyeshadow... but in my defense it was new, expensive, and not at all my fault! If you let me explain-" she cut me off.
"Please Rarity save the talking. I am talking to you now because many of your teachers have reported to me that you have been doing extremely well in their classes. They have requested me that I move you up to the AP courses. I know you have a friend or two in the AP courses, which is another reason I should bump you up their. One of your friends is miss Twilight Sparkle, she is one of our best students, and if you have ANY questions I suggest you ask her. If you take these AP classes this can also boost your reputation to other colleges-" which is when I stopped listening to her. I don't plan on going to college. First of all, it's a waste of money, and second of all, I don't need a peice of paper saying I'm better at something then someone else. I don't plan on going to college because it doesn't really appeal to me. My parents really want me to go, but I'll probably drop out after a couple weeks. She then passed a slip of paper to me. It said things like how I'm very talented and smart, and blah, blah, blah, blah! At the bottom it says that my parents needed to sign this. Now if you are thinking...
"Why is your teacher able to bump you up to AP?" Well... the thing is in some advisory classes, principals need more money... or something like that. So now the VP's and principals have their own advisory classes. Lucky me I got the principal. She then cleared her throat.
"Now... what did you say about this... eyeshadow?" She asked. I gulped.
