General Hawk - One of the founders and leaders of the GI Joe team. One of the few remaining Joes after Cobra's defeat. Based on Sigma Six, but in RAH uniform.

General Flagg III - Son of General Flagg II, one of the founders of GI Joe. After his father's death Flagg III rise in the ranks becoming one of GI Joe leaders. He is currently behind the scenes investigating a conspiracy within the US government. Base on Comic version (Devil Due).

Duke - Second-in-Command and field commander. One of the few remaining Joes  and currently engaged to Scarlett. Based on Sigma Six.

Scarlett - GI Joe Counter Intelligence. One of the few remaining Joes and currently engaged to Duke. Base on Sigma Six.

Breaker - Communications officer. In collage. Base on RAH version.

Clutch - Motor vehicle driver. Remain with the Joes. Base on RAH version.

Rip Cord - HALO jumper. Remain with the Joes. Base on Resolute version.

Roadblock - Heavy Machine Gunner. Opened up a restaurant. Base on RAH version.

Tunnel Rat - Explosive Expert. Remain with the Joes. Base on Resolute version.

Snake Eyes - Ninja Commando. In Japan training the new generation of ninjas. Base on Sigma Six version.

Flint - Warrant officer and third-in-command of G.I. Joe. Visiting relatives. Base on Resolute version.

Lady Jaye - Wife of Flint. Still with the Joe and currently preparing the weeding of Scarlett and Duke. Based on Resolute version

Gung-Ho - US Marine Corp. Back in the Marine Corp. Base on Resolute version.

Lt. Falcon - Green Beret and Duke's younger half-brother. Returned to the SFGA. Base on RAH version.

Alpine - Mountain Trooper. Currently a performer with Bazooka after Cobra's defeat. Base on RAH version.

Bazooka - Missile Specialist. Currently a performer with Alpine after Cobra's defeat. Base on Resolute version.

Sgt. Slaughter - Drill Instructor. Training troublesome soldiers. Base on RAH version.

Beach Head - Army Ranger. Returned to the army. Base on Resolute version.

Cover Girl - Armor Specialist. Out in the sea with Shipwreck. Base on Resolute version.

Shipwreck - Navy sailor. Owner of a pet parrot Polly. Out in the sea with Cover Girl. Base on Resolute version.

Rock 'n Roll - Machine Gunner. Return to the army. Base on Resolute version.

Spirit - Tracker. Owner of a pet eagle Freedom. Return to his native land. Base on the Sigma Six version in Resolute clothing.

Stalker - Army Ranger. Remain in GI Joe. Base on Resolute version.

Wild Bill - Helicopter Pilot. Return to Texas. Base on Resolute version.

Dial-Tone II - Successor and former student of the first Dial-Tone, who retired from military service. Currently working in a phone company. Base on Resolute version.

Doc II - Niece for the first Doc. She took the code-name and position as medical officer after her uncle's death in the Cobra War. Remains in the Joes. Base on Comic version (Devil Due).

Airborne - Helicopter Assault Trooper. Currently creating a team of elite pilots known as Sky Patrol. Base on Resolute version.

Rick - Although a military cadet he has what it takes to be a GI Joe. Unfortunately the Cobra War ended, thus leading the disbandment of GI Joe, before he could enter. Unknown to him that chance will come once again. Original Character.

Mech -  Originally an assistant robot built by Scott, Mech upgraded himself into a fighting machine to counter Cobra's BATs. 75% of his weight consist of ammunition and power cells. Put in storage after Cobra's defeat. Original character.
