The Rockstar and The Violinist

It was a sunny, Saturday afternoon. It was quiet and beautiful outside, believe it or not, Vinyl adored that. Then, she heard a sudden blast of loud music coming from upstairs. It was Tavi.

'Aggrevating' is the word that came to Vinyl's mind about her. She was just too noisey and inaproppiate. She definitely hated that!

"MISS TAVI, DO YOU MIND?? TURN DOWN THAT MUSIC THIS INSTANT!!" she shouted out, angrily.

"SORRY, WHAT?? I CAN'T HEAR YOU OVER THIS ROCKIN', LOUD MUSIC!!" Tavi shouted down, laughing. Tavi was beginning to get on her nerves. She wanted to teach her a lesson, but she was too afraid to, Tavi was a lot tougher than her!

With bravery, Vinyl stormed up the stairs to Tavi's room and opened the door, she was met with an obnoxious Tavi playing her guitar. Vinyl nearly went deaf! She quickly unplugged the electric guitar from its amplifyre and held it in her left hand, staring at Tavi angrily, slightly blushing.

"When I say 'turn down the music', you do so! I shouted as loudly as I could for you to stop and you didn't, look where we are now!" Vinyl told her, in her posh voice with a serious tone.

"Yeah, we're in the same room, sweetheart",Tavi said dreamily, winking at her.

Vinyl sighed heavily."Don't you dare call me 'sweetheart' again!" Vinyl told her, throwing the cord to the floor and angrily storming out, slamming the door behind her.

Vinyl was standing at Tavi's door, facing a nice floral painting that she bought last month. Tavi was giggling. She could hear that annoying, loud giggling coming from Tavi's room. Vinyl was angrily blushing.

"Sweetheart, have I ever told you that you look adorable when you're angry?"

Vinyl closed her eyes. "No!"

"Well, ya do!"

"I do?"

"Yeah!"

Vinyl opened her eyes and stopped leaning on the door. She turned around, fixed her blue bowtie, opened the door and stormed in again.

"Oh, you came back in, how sweet of you!" Tavi announced, smiling wildly,"I like it when we're this close, it's like we're gonna kiss...", she added, in a dreamy voice.

Vinyl blushed, but she kept that angry look on her face. "Look, if you keep this stupid crap going, I'll break your bloody guitar!" she warned.

Tavi laughed. "With those weak hands of yours? I highly doubt that you can do that!"

"I am not weak!"

"Oh sweetheart, you're so damn adorable even when you don't know what you're sayin'..."

"Stop calling me 'sweetheart'!"

"I can't...you have such a pretty face..."

Now Tavi was definitely flirting with her.

She put her finger underneath Vinyl's chin. "You have such beautiful eyes, sweetheart...an amazing shade of pink...",she told her dreamily.

"Can I kiss you?"

"No!"

"Why not?"

Vinyl paused after Tavi removed her finger from underneath her chin.

Vinyl didn't have an answer, she just stood there staring at Tavi. How she looked, made her think why she isn't in a mental asylum yet. Her eyes were purple, dark and shadowy, she had flowing dark brown hair with a thick purple highlight in it. Her clothes would make you think that she came out of the 80's.

Tavi smiled. "You don't have a good answer, do you?" she asked, "Probably because you do love me and you're just too afraid to admit it!"

Vinyl backed away and stopped making her serious face and started to feel...different. She was still blushing, harder this time. Maybe she does love her and is just too afraid to admit it indeed.

"C'mere...", Tavi whispered to her, her eyelids lowering and a smile growing. Vinyl walked towards her, slowly.

Tavi took off her guitar and layed it on the floor next to her bed and reached out her hand. She wanted to grab Vinyl and pull her in. Vinyl reached out hers and that's what exactly happened. Tavi was hugging her, her head on top of Vinyl's.

"I know that you get mad at me now and again, but you gotta accept the fact that this is who I am...you can't change that...", Tavi whispered to her, a slight tone of sadness in her voice.

Vinyl hugged her back. Nearly crying. She knew that her friend will never change and that's alright with her.

You should always be yourself.

"I love you...", Vinyl whispered, nearly laughing now.

After realising what she just said, her eyes widened and she blushed.

"I FUCKING KNEW IT!!" Tavi declared loudly, picking Vinyl up and spinning around with her and through her onto her bed. Vinyl was definitely in shock.

"Why did I have to say that?" she whispered to herself.
