What is death? Is it you?

You look around quite frantically trying to discover the source of the smell in this strangers bedroom, you didn't find anything... until you made the terrible mistake of turning around and finding the source of all the issues...

There was what appeared to be a blood soaked cloth that was hanging from what you could only assume was a corpse that was on the wall in an explosive manner, almost as if the person next to you had smashed them there so hard they stuck to the wall like a tick on hound... You barely resisted the urge to vomit on the bed or the person that was once asleep next to you. but now as you looked down you could clearly make out open eyes and a look of absolute horror, you ask the person who they are and how you got there to which they responded "What is death? Is it you?" and you blacked out to be awoken by a flash of purple... purple? Purple what is something you had yet to figure out as, once again, you had just awoken and could not tell... you suddenly heard a female voice "Are you awake? What in Equis are you?" You blankly state your name and say that you're 'but a simple human' to which the girl, rather creature, responded "That's a nice name, uncommon... What's a human exactly" It suddenly hits like a truck what she said and you try not to mentally panic as your thoughts clamp on to sanity while the last memories rush through your head before another flash of purple something blurred your vision on an intense level.

"Please, I think I'm blind... I need you to help me..." is all your panicked and near dead brain could think to say. "I- I can restore your vision right now.. I blind you for my safety... My name is Twilight Sparkle, I am the element of magic and the Princess of friendship" You laugh almost to the point of tears when you see the pony before you and hear her words. "Oh is that so? I saw you on the TV mere days ago!" you say through laughter... "TV? What in Equis is that? You aren't from here, are you?" the realization that this is NOT a dream nearly kills you as you look into the confused face of the pony infront of you... "What the bloody hell is going on right now" you accidentally say out loud "I need to do something..." you say as you start shaking madly and pinching yourself determined to wake up once and for all before the Princess uses magic to freeze you "W-what are you doing!?" she asks in fear and wonder while studying you more closely. She puts you down when you explain your 'want to wake up' phase.. She tries her best to comfort you.

MANY WEEKS LATER

You have been staying with Twilight for quite a while and know exactly what her schedule is. "I'm going to bed!"  Twilight calls to you before you hear Starlight Glimmer respond in a more quite, angered, voice "I'm TRYING to but somepony won't stop screaming to their human!" you chuckle to yourself at the thought of the ponies of Ponyville thinking Twilight owns you. "I'm about to!" you yell back to Twilight before finishing your nightly cleaning and beginning to climb the stairs to Twilights room to tell her goodnight in a more hush tone. You open the door easily and slide inside with no trouble. "Hey Twilight, came to say goodnight again... also, where's Spike?" You say in a hushed tone so that you wouldn't disturb Starlight across the hall. "He's staying with Rarity for a week or two... Goodnight {name}" You say goodnight again and begin to exit the room before Twilight says a sentence that shakes you to the core "I think I love you" you turn sharply and ask her to repeat herself and Twilight doesn't say a word but blushes intently. She eventually realized that you weren't leaving till you were sure she had said what you thought "I said... I- I love y-you... There, I said it... I actually said it..." You stand still for what felt like an hour in a second, she stares at you with a face that screams "please love me too" and you look her in the eye with a smile and newly found enthusiasm for the next day "I've loved you since season 2- I mean. arrival" You both chuckle at your joke about the show before Twilight half scoots to one side of the bad and allows you access you take it happily as her bed is MUCH better than your own. "I guess we should actually go to sleep..." Twilight says before rolling on her side facing your direction and says goodnight once again.
