Spike's Imaginary(?) Friend

The Royal Guard were in absolute chaos, some are after the runaway human and some are on the fire some could not believe what was going on.

"Luna, I need you to go with them and see if the human is there." Celestia instructs.

"No."

"Pardon?"

"I said no. All you ever care about is that human. Never for a second have you thought about your loyal subjects in danger and that is your job!"

"If that creature escapes again there will be danger."

"Like what? Why won't you tell me? How do you know for sure? Maybe he wants to go home. And if you do that the problem will solve itself."

"I do not know where he is from, and inter-dimensional travel is a physical and magical impossibility. Now, if you don't know as much as you think you do. If you won't go look into it, I'll do it myself."

Luna waited until her sister was far enough. "GRAAAAH!" She kicks some dirt forming a dust cloud.

"Princess Luna! Princess Luna!" A meadowlark obviously did not notice Luna's bad mood. "There is and urgent message for you!" The guard hands her the letter.

"Rather simple but informative." She thought as she burned the childish note, she doesn't want clues.

"You are dismissed." The guard bows and leaves the scene. "When I get to him there will be no mercy."

"Where should I go anyway? A few guards are with me but that's no protection, plus I'm pretty sure they've got lives of their own. Families, friends, homes..." I look at the fire expressionlessly.

A body unknown lands out of the blue, it leans in exposing the face to the light of the fire.

"Hey! Luna, you made it. How are you? Good? No? Okay."

"What were you thinking?"

"You mean now or-"

"When you ran away! For the love of..."

"I thought you were upset because of the fire."

"That too! Right now lives are in danger because of you!"

"Luna."

"And Celestia and the guards and the scouts and..."

"Luna."

"Done? Good. Cause I've got a load of storytelling to do."

"Shush. listen."

"Sooo, why can't you do this?" I asked.

"Because my magic print will bond with the spell I use." The meadowlark in question answered.

"Meaning..."

"I will be the main suspect in this."

"How?"

"The print!"

"And what am I supposed to understand from that?"

"The MP or MS is the signature of every unicorn, it's what colors the aura and the object. It basically remains in the object when using long term spells, like the one you're asking me to do. Therefore, I will not risk being questioned in such a dangerous act."

"Then wear a magic glove or something." I got a confused look from the stallion as I said this. "Can't you crypt whatever MP you're talking about?"

"There is a spell, but it's dangerous to some extent."

"Whatever, just get it over with."

"You don't sound very worried about this... WE'RE BREAKING THREE LAWS!! I don't even know the punishment of this but I think it'll be my head..."

"Hey, whiner flank, stop giving me lessons and start doing your thing."

"Alright. step back." I did as I was told and let the dude do his hocus pocus. It took some time but not very long and the key to my success was complete.

"Cool, will it work?" I asked.

"Well it should." That was the O.K for me, so I started the new fireproof phonograph and

"Ok that's enough." I pulled the needle off and checked if I'm deaf. "I hope nobody heard that."

"I think my work is done here."

"Yeah, I don't think so. Somepony has to put that somewhere and burn it down."

*sigh* "Four laws" he said as he floated the phonograph off my hands and trotted out.

"Heh heh, Perfect. This idea is the.."

"If she's such a hassle why are you still putting up with her?" Luna's expression changes from anger to sadness. "Did I say something wrong?"

"Let's get to the point, what are planning to do now?"

"Er, uh... Nothing."

"E-Nope. I was never serious about anything."

"How can you stay so calm when half the population -If not all- wants to shred you to bits right now?"
