"You won't forget me?"

"I'll never forget you, Dash. I'll always remember you and you will remember me."

"You sure?"

"I'm sure." The mare smiled and touched the little filly's cheek. "Now be a good little pegasus, Rainbow Dash. You'll be safe with Dad."

Rainbow looked around. Sure enough, her dad was smiling back. "Bye, Momma! Have a great time in Los Pegasus!" Dash's mom then flew up, away, and out of sight. The way the sun tinted her wings made her look like a pheonix. "Come on, Dashie. Let's practice some flight tricks!"

Her dad flew and did a barrel roll. "Now you try!" Rainbow flew up, her little filly wings fluttering furiously. She then swooped down, catching up speed, then flew back up and spun around a cloud. "See, Dad? I can fly super well!" She then continued to bounce on a cloud while her dad tried doing the trick (which Rainbow Dash named 'The Eagle Swoop') over and over, but failing each time. "It's getting dark out. Come on Dashie, let's fly back to the hou-" He was interupted by a sudden WHOOSH of wind, and by the time he got there, Rainbow Dash was fast asleep. "Good night, my little flyer," the purple stallion whispered in Dash's ear as he softly fell asleep as well. Then the only sound was  the soft night breeze passing through the open window on the moon lit night.
