Long time, no s-" she looks in front of her, for not ten feet away is her interdimensional counterpart. They just stared at each other for about thirty seconds before they both blinked. "ARE YOU MY TWIN!" They said in unison. I got the feeling they were both the most confused they've ever been. I just sat there watching as my friends both acted as if they were mirrors. Meanwhile, my other friends were all laughing at the scene in front of us. "This is amazing. They are both in perfect sync, yet they are almost completely different" said the purple haired girl who's name is rarity. "I know right. I mean, the only thing they share is the love for studying and reading, yet everything they do is in perfect sync" I said. Honestly, I knew this might happen if they met each other, but I kept them both in the dark about each other. I wanted to surprise the interdimensional twin from this world with not telling her about her interdimensional twin. After a while I got up and separated them or they would have been stuck mimicking each other for days. "Glasses twilight, this is your interdimensional twin from my homeland. From now on when she is around" I pointed toward my friend who came through the portal, "you will be know as princess twilight and you" I pointed to the other one, "will be called either four eyes or science twilight, or for short, sci-twilight" they both nodded and then sat down and started eating. "So..." The princess began "I have got to say that I am honestly surprised with meeting my interdimensional twin. It's not everyday that someone meets their own interdimensional counterpart. I've got to learn more about this." She stated with a mouth full of food. "Yeah. Hey sunset, your from that world too, right? Have you ever wondered if you even have your own twin?" I choked on my food at the thought of that. Maybe she was right. Maybe there is an interdimensional twin of me somewhere. I'll have to look around but I at least know where to look for her. As we sat there eating, her question finally bothered me more and more, until I finally said "twilight, I need you to help me find my twin in this dimension. I know where to look for her but I don't want to go alone. Will you please come with me to find her?" I really needed her help with this one. "Well, I've got school so probably not" she said. Then the princess spoke up "I can help you if you want! I too want to meet your twin. Besides, this could help with my interdimensional research project for how to work with the portal and what it can and can't do" she half squealed. "Whatever. After this picnic we're going to go back to my place to get packed because it's at least a day away by train" I said. We all finished our food and then twilight and I said goodbye to everyone and walked back to my place. The walk back home was a rather quiet one, so I decided to speak up. "Hey twilight, what did you think of me surprising you with your interdimensional counterpart?" "Well, actually I was a bit confused at first ,but now that we are talking about it, I think it's kind of funny and in a way, weird" she calmly replied. "I know. I actually planned this just to see how you'd react. As expected, I got the exact same results I thought I would" I said. I then realized that we walk about two houses down from my house so we walked back and went inside. "H-hey sunset, um, I don't want to sound weird and get into your business but do you like me or sci-twilight? I'm, im just kind of curious." She whispered as she sat down on my couch. I wondered if there was a blush on my face as she asked that. I glimpsed out of the corner of my eye to see her blushing a little bit too. "Well, twilight, Im gonna be honest. I really don't know who I like, boys, or girls. However I do think you are both kind of cute when you blush"I replied. "W-what! I wasn't blushing!" I loved how she got all flustered up there. "Yeah you were, don't lie to me!" I pounced onto her and started tickling her. "Oh mY God, stop it, please!" She howled. I just would not stop until finally, she jumped off the couch and ran to the other side of the room. She was still laughing and she was also blushing. "Hey I see that blush!" I giggled. She nodded no and I finally said "enough play, now let's go get ready" we walked upstairs to my room and I pulled out a suitcase. "We are going to need clothes so twilight, I want you to get the clothes. We'll need three sets of clothes. In the meantime I'll go to the bathroom and then get all the bathroom stuff we'll need for the trip" I walked out of my room and to the bathroom down the hall. I quickly pulled my pants down and went to the bathroom. After that I speedily grabbed all the bathroom stuff we needed and walked back into my room. Twilight was in the closet where she wasn't able to see me so I decided to sneak up on her. I tip-toed right up behind twilight and she screamed so loud that it rivaled one of pinkie pie's screams. Then, she turned around and glared at me. "That's not funny sunset! You scared me!"she kind of pouted. "Of course it was. Now, let's see what you have gotten out" I looked at the suitcases on the bed. They were both already filled. "Huh. You got done quick" i looked out my window to see the sun setting, no pun intended."well twilight, we should stay here for tonight. It's getting dark" I went over to my dresser and pulled out two pairs of pajamas. One of which I had forgotten had something blue hidden in them. I unfold my PJs and started putting them on when I suddenly heard a loud thud and looked over to see my blue thing on the floor. I knew instantly that twilight would art asking questions about what it was so I immediately chucked it back into the drawer. "What was that thing sunset?"she asked. I internally pace palmed. "It was a special girl thing for certain stuff" i blushed "I might show you how to use it one day and maybe you can use it"I went back to the drawer and pulled out my girl toy and decided to put it in the suitcase just in case. We finished getting dressed and we both lied down in bed and twilight quickly fell asleep. "So much for trying to tell her to sleep on the floor"I thought. I rolled over and went to sleep. Morning timeView Onlinewhat if there was another me?Morning timeAs I woke up this morning, I quickly realized that I was holding twilights hand and blushed slightly. I got up very quietly so I wouldn't wake up twilight. She obviously needed more sleep since she is always busy as a princess so it would be wise to let her sleep. I walked downstairs and into the kitchen to get breakfast. I grabbed a pop tart and sat down. I was sitting down at my kitchen table when all the sudden I heard a loud thud and twilight shouting "WHAT THE FUCK, THAT HURT!". I jumped up and ran up the stairs two at a time. As I was running, I tripped on the stairs and busted my head open on the stairs but I didn't care at the time. I climbed the rest of the stairs and walked into my room to see twilight on the floor crying and holding her head. "Twilight are you alright?" I asked with a panicked tone. She moved her hand to show me a very bloody forehead as tears streamed down her cheek. "Twilight it's okay. I fell down trying to get up here to get to you. Look." I showed her my forehead and she giggled a little bit. "I hit my head on your bedside table when I must have rolled off the bed. It really hurts." She said. "That's not the first time this has happened. One time, I fell off the bed and smashed the back of my head on the nightstand. I'll go get us something to clean up the blood on our foreheads and the bedside table." I said as I walked toward the bathroom. When I got in there, I took a quick look at my forehead and it didn't look too bad. It did, however, have a very tiny scratch with a small amount of blood. I quickly grabbed a washcloth and the first-aid kit out of the storage closet and rushed back to my room. "Here, let me see your forehead sweetie" I kind of teased. She lowered her hand and I rubbed the damp washcloth on her head to clean up the blood and then I took a bandaid out of the first-aid kit and pressed it to her forehead. "Now, I think you should know that you might get a few stares if you let people see that bandaid so you might want to wear your hair down to cover it up. Kind of like how the other twilight wears it." I told her. "Ok. Do you want me to wear the cute nerd glasses too? I brought my glasses with me." she teased. Man she really knew how to get to a person. She walked into the bathroom and started to fix her hair. As I waited outside the bathroom, I started thinking about what my interdimensional counterpart would be like. Would she be a selfish bitch? Or would she be like the new me who had good friends? With all these thoughts going through my head, I started to get excited and I had a feeling in my stomach that made me not want to eat anymore. All of the sudden, twilight called out to me. "Hey sunset what do you think?" She said in a sweet tone. She walked out and my jaw dropped. Her normal hair was in a bun that was even better than sci-twilights bun and her glasses made it all draw me in. those glasses I thought. They look better on her than sci-twilight. I blushed a little and then got up. "This looks amazing on you! It's actually kind of attractive too." We both blushed at my comment and she came over and kissed me on the lips. I did not expect this and backed up a little. Then I kissed back. What was actually 30 second felt like 2 seconds and she backed out of it and blushed heavily. "Wow, twilight... That was amazing"I said, still dazed from what happened. "Yeah. It felt really good releasing my love for you" I blushed when she said this when I looked outside and saw it was about twelve o'clock in the afternoon. "Hey twilight, we need to get going. It is about noon" I got up and grabbed our suitcases and handed one to her. We started walking to the door. When we got outside, I locked the door and we started walking to the train station. I knew it was going to take about an hour to get there so I started a started a small conversation. "Hey twilight, remember how we had won the battle of the bands?" She nods yes "well, when we were playing in the friendship games, the other twilight was stealing our magic and was summoning monsters on accident because she didn't know how to control it. When we were doing the final match of the friendship games, twilights teammates convinced her that her magic was the only way for them to win and their principle, principle cinch, told her that if they didn't win this, that she would make sure she wouldn't go to the school she wanted to go to, so she unleashed the magic and, sure enough, gets absorbed by it. Then she's all like 'I'm evil and my name is midnight sparkle now' " twilight makes a slightly disgusted face at this. "So basically, she turned into a literal she-demon like you, is what your saying?" Twilight asked. "Yeah but I wasn't done with my story yet. So what she does after she transforms is she opens up so many portals to equestria and I don't remember how many she opened up but everyone was scared. The girls and I were busy helping the other students. When I noticed the device that she was containing the magic in. I examined it while all the chaos was going on when it took the magic of the other girls and I realized that I had the magic of friendship on our side so I unleashed it and defeated her" I proudly stated. Soon, the train station came into view, and we got our tickets, sat down, and waited for the train to arrive. When the train came, we got off, and rode the train to my previous hometown. There were still plenty of people living on the streets and there was litter on the ground at least every five feet. Twilight seemed very disturbed by this. "Sunset, was your hometown like this in equestria? This place honestly doesn't look like a happy town." Twilight spoke up in disgust. My hometown was pretty bad to live in until celestia saw my talents in magic and brought me to her castle to teach me. "This is where I lived in equestria. This place isn't as bad in equestria but my family was really poor and my dad did drugs and used dark magic. He honestly didn't actually care about me or my mother until celestia found my talents. Soon after I moved to the castle, he died of lung cancer and my mother followed soon after. When I told celestia about this, she decided to let me stay at her castle until I decided to steal your crown." I embarrassingly remembered the fact that I stole an important magical artifact and turned into a she-demon. "hey its fine now. you've become something much more beautiful than before. physically, mentally and emotionally" she put her arm around my neck. she was right, I did feel emotionally better than before. we continued this long and boring walk until we reached my moms old apartment complex. if we were lucky, we would find her in one of the abandoned houses with some stranger. soon we stood outside where I would be living in equestria if princess celestia hadn't shown up. I walked up to the house cautiously and knocked on the door. nobody came and answered it so we decided to sneak around inside. inside the house, we looked around. it was kind of scary and stuff in here to be honest. in what I would assume was the living room, there was a bucket of fluid that smelled like piss. It probably was piss. We searched around in the other rooms when we heard a noise coming from what was supposed to be the bathroom. we very quietly and cautiously approached the bathroom only to see a man covered in mud and crusty, dirty, boots pulling something out of the sink. I knocked on the door and he screamed. he turned around and he instantly relaxed. "welcome back, how are you doing. and it looks like you brought a friend home with you." he pulled me into a hug and then backed off. I have to come up with a lie to tell this man that I'm not the sunset shimmer he knew without breaking his mind. ah, I know, I will use that on him "actually, sir, im not the girl named sunset shimmer you know. we're actually looking for her right now. ive actually been confused with her and I needed to talk to her." I replied politely and calmly. "well, I can tell you that she went out to get us some food with the money some people donated. thing is, it ain't easy being homeless. poor sunny, when her parents died, the police tried to force her to go to a foster home but she ran away and ended up with me after some bad things happened to her. I would tell you about it but it would be better if I didn't because those things traumatized her. I let her live with me and then I lost my job because the business got sued and had to shut down. we've been homeless ever since I lost my job." as he told me his story I felt pretty guilty and I handed him a five dollar bill. "take it. it sounds like the two of you need it. by the way, what is your name?" I asked him. he looks like he has some of the same features as one of my moms friends. "my name is bronze cast. my job was to make bronze statues like my name says. I really enjoyed it too. That was until one of the people at my workplace literally burnt his arm off when he was working and sued the company over it. The cost was so large that they had to shut down the business. Soon after, my wife left me and then sunset showed up. I've been taking care of her here in this house ever since". He looked frustrated after thinking about it. I knew his equestrian counterpart and whenever my mother needed help with something he would do a bunch of stuff for her like babysit me. "That sounds pretty rough. back at home where I live there are not very many pon- I mean people, who are homeless. Have you tried finding another job yet?" She questioned. "Yeah, I have actually. Yesterday I applied for a job at the Pepsi factory and I'm waiting to hear back from them." He seemed decently happy that he might be getting a new job. Honestly, I didn't care that he might start working for Pepsi because for all I know is that Coca-Cola is the best. "Well, good job. You deserve it for everything you've done." I said. Based on what he had told us, I believed he needed a little bit of hope. "Why thank you, young lady who looks like sunset" suddenly his stomach growled and so did ours. Fortunately i came prepared, I pulled some sandwiches out of my backpack and handed one to bronze and then I gave one to twilight. "This is the best food I have had in a long time. Thank you miss" he said. I nodded in agreement. We all started scarfing down our food. When we heard someone entering the house. I immediately got up and walked out of the bathroom and looked out the bedroom window. Down at the base of the house, stood her. She walked into the house holding what looked like two Big Macs from McDonald's. Honestly, in my opinion, she looked awful and malnourished. Her breast were deflated and her hair was a mess and she looked like she hadn't showered in at least two months. When she walked into the bathroom she seemed very shocked to see us and backed up a little. "Sunset, come here" she walked back in with a horrified expression. "These are our guest" I pulled a sandwich out of my bag and handed it to her. "Hi. I'm sunny." I said to her. She took the sandwich out of my hand without saying thank you and scarfed it down. "Um... Hi sunny I'm sunset shimmer" she replied weakly. "I know. I've been looking for you" I gave her a slight grin. She seemed a little creeped out by this but then settled down and we started having our conversation. Author's Note This chapter was a pain in my Fucking flank but the results were worth it. Meeting me, part 2View Onlinewhat if there was another me?Meeting me, part 2"So what's your name?" The other sunset asked me. I probably should not tell her but I have to be honest. "Mr. Cast, Miss. Shimmer, my name is sunset shimmer as well. I need to tell you the truth but I actually am sunset shimmer, except for the fact that I'm from another world. I didn't tell you this before because I didn't want to blow your minds. I'm actually not from this world though" I responded with seriousness and honesty. Bronze cast was looking at me funny but human me was thinking about it. "So, let me get this straight. You are me from another world. This is cool. This would prove that a parellel world exist. We need to prove this Mr. Cast. We could make a fortune off of this discovery." She was freaking out in an excited way like I would. "Actually, we shouldn't. We have a portal back at home but that is only for magical emergencies" twilight responded. Honestly, I almost forgot she was there in the first place. Also, she didn't realize the mistake she just made by saying we have a portal and magic. If word got spread about this, we would have a lot of problems. "She is right" I continued, "we are only supposed to use the portal for emergencies of extremely world threatening matters. Matters like a monster escaped from our home dimension. My home dimension is actually really different than from here. In my world, we are not humans but we are ponies and we use magic and have wings and some even have super strength" I figured I might as well tell them the rest of the story because twilight already spoiled the story for us. "That sounds like a little kids show called My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I used to watch that show when I was little" at this I was confused. What in the living Tartarus was she talking about. Then she got up and left the room. When sunset walked back into the room, she held up a movie case with little animated ponies on it. For some reason, they all looked like my friends but as ponies. Twilight stood up and got a closer look at the DVD and stepped back a little bit with a horrified face. "That looks exactly like me! What did someone do, record us with one of those camera things that everybody has on there phone?" She was all except sitting calmly while sunset just sat there and stared at her. Honestly, I was getting bored. All of this drama finally got interesting when the human me said "wait a minute, what if we were being recorded right now?" This cause twilight and everyone else to start looking around the room for little tiny peepholes while I just face palmed so hard. meanwhile from a hidden control room "Well it looks like they found out about us" said voice one. "Yeah, but this is getting kind of funny. Want to take a break for a little while?" Said voice two. "Yeah" replied voice one. The two anonymous figures left the room and went to eat someplace not too far away. meanwhile again, back in the abandoned house "ENOUGH" I screamed at the top of my lungs, "I'm am tired of all this freaking out already. I can tell you for sure that there is no one else here to watch us. Besides we would hear them or see them in one of the rooms if they were here" it seemed like everyone had finally calmed down. "That does creepily look like me though to be honest" said twilight as she pointed to the DVD case." Please do me a favor and put that in hiding while I'm here, ok?" She told to the human me. She walked out of the room so she could put away the disk. When she walked back into the room she sat back down. "So... What now?" Mr. Cast asked us. I had an idea for what we should do for him and her. "How about I get a hotel room for the four of us so you two can get cleaned up and then we'll plan for the next day tomorrow" I told everyone. "That sounds good." Replied Mr. Cast. Together, we all walked out of this filthy old abandoned house and toward a good hotel. Author's Note This chapter was something I just wanted to get posted pretty quickly so I'm just going to edit it a little bit to clean it up while it is still out. I honestly won't be making any noticeable changes though so I guess I'll just see you guys later.
