Maretropolis, quite known name of the "City with most crime in Equestria" and the residence of the famous Power Ponies. However, recent surveys showed that somepony else started killing criminals. Nopony knows who he really is, they just know that he's a mercenary who kills just to kill. Only two ponies in whole city have seen him and survived to talk about it. They say that he's tall with long black coat, bandaged face and glowing red glasses. Power Ponies had enough of his take-no-prisoners missions and ruthless kills, so they decieded to get in his way, but their decision would change after one incident.
