Years ago, he was sealed away by those fearing him and his powers… Now, however, he is finally free… And just wants to have some harmless fun messing with the local populace.

Assuming 'harmless' just entails 'no bodily harm,' anyway.

This story is going to essentially be a list of short moments in the life of the embodiment of fear itself as he has fun messing with the inhabitants of Equestria while they try to adjust to this new deity living among them.

Came up with this idea while lounging around with writer's block for my other story and decided I might as well share it; Halloween is my favorite holiday, after all!
