Heat Makes You Do Crazy Things
Angel Bunny was mad at Fluttershy. He was downright ticked. Today was the day he was in heat and what does she go and do. Take the female bunnies to the vet. Two words describe this in Angel's mind: not cool. Not only was he in heat but he had no way to relieve the heat from his nether regions. He felt his body ache from lack of relief and he wanted to find some female any female to remove that ache from his body. He was so focused on his problem he didn't even notice that Applejack had dropped off Winona for a visit until Tank said "hello Winona" in a slow voice which was normal for a turtle like Tank.
Angel Bunny looked behind him only to see Winona right behind him. This caused him to jump and scream "WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?!".
Winona noticed Angel's distress and said "My sun goddess dropped me off here. She's so nice to bring me here since her and her family are going to a family reunion up in Appleloosa. I wanted to go but sadly some of my sun goddess family are allergic to dogs so I can't go. Fluttershy agreed to take care of me. Isn't my sun goddess nice?" Winona kept talking but as she kept talking Angel Bunny kept fading in and out of lust mode. Mental images of him and Winona going at it made it even worse. Angel Bunny's dignity was what was stopping him from pinning Winona to the ground and mating with her right then and there. He had a reputation to upkeep after all. He was known as a master of flirtation able to seduce any female he has feelings for. He would not ruin that reputation just because of desperation. He needed a plan. He needed advice and he know who had it.
He crept over to a sleeping Opalescence and whispered "Opal, Opal, you awake?" Opal turned over and began to open her eyes clearly agitated.
"I'm awake now, what do you want?" Opal spoke annoyed at the bunny for waking her up from a beautiful dream. In the dream she was a pony wearing a beautiful dress and dancing with a handsome stallion. They were just about to kiss when Angel Bunny woke her up.
"sorry for waking you Opal but I need to ask this question. What does Winona consider romantic?" Opal was surprised. Usually Angel would be rude but here he was apologizing for waking her up.
She then realized he asked her a question and said "Can you repeat the question?" Angel Bunny thought Opal was surprised by the question itself because normally he wouldn't ask anything about Winona and he would normally shoo Winona away or yell at her.
Angel asked "What does Winona consider romantic?" Opal heard the question and began giggling. Soon the giggling turned into full on laughter as Opal fell backwards.
Angel Bunny was agitated "What's so funny Opal?" he said in an angry tone of voice. Opal continued laughing as Owlowiscious flew in and studied the situation.
He noticed Angel's frustration and asked "What is going on?" Angel jumped and started glaring at Owlowiscious.
Angel spoke "first Winona startles me, the Opal laughs when I ask her a simple question now this. this is not a good day for me."
Owlowiscious then said "What question were you asking Opal? Perhaps I can figure out why she found it so funny."
Angel said "I asked her what does Winona consider romantic since I figured that since she and Winona are best friends she would know this" It took a lot of willpower for Owlowiscious to no laugh at this. He knew what Opal found so funny but he refrained from laughing.
Opal stopped laughing and yelled "Hey Tank" Tank walked up to Opal and slowly began to open his mouth.
"What is it Opal? I was walking to the food bowl" his stomach growled as he said that.
Opal tried not laughing again as she spoke "Angel asked me a question that proves he's a tsundere towards Winona"
Angel blushed madly. He know what a tsundere was since Fluttershy watched a lot of anime especially romantic anime. He at first wanted to object to being a tsundere but decided that being called a tsundere was better than if he told them he just wanted relief from his heat. Even if she was his heat relief he would still treat Winona nicely since he always saw her as quite cute. He genuinely thought her getting a golden carrot from CarrotTop's garden last Hearts and Hooves day was really sweet since he had wanted one of them but the price was too high for Fluttershy to buy. Even Applejack thought it was sweet of Winona even if she still had to ground Winona for three days.
He finally said "Okay Opal, now that we have gotten that out of the way. Can you tell me what Winona sees as romantic?"
Opal finally said "well what she finds romantic is not normal for a canine. Then again considering her past I don't blame her for adopting a pony's ideas of romance."
Angel was confused "Winona's past? What does that have to do with what she finds romantic?"
Opal was holding back tears as she spoke "When she was born alongside her brothers and sisters her mother passed away due to complications. Later after being raised by the Apple family her brothers and sisters were adopted while she remained since she looked a lot like her mother. Later Applejack's parents died soon after Applebloom was born and they practically raised Winona as a daughter so she lost both her biological mother and her adopted parents. It is so heartbreaking that when I heard about it I cried for a week. And now recounting it to you is starting to make me cry again." Opal then began crying. Angel figured out a long time ago that Opal shared a lot of mannerisms with her owner Rarity and this was one of them. Though Winona's past did make him feel sorry for her he know Winona probably had gotten over her past.
He then waited for Opal to stop crying and then asked "okay, what does she see as romantic?"
Opal said "She finds roses romantic and she also likes stuff by candlelight to be romantic. She also would love a guy who is both sensitive and cool. Least that's what she told me. Also lately she's been watching romantic anime with Fluttershy so maybe there are some ideas there."
Angel knew the perfect place to preform the romantic gesture. The shed was spacious enough for a romantic confession and it was private enough that no one would walk in on them when they were doing it. He then set about on what type of scenery should he choose. He thought up the perfect romantic scenery. Later that night Winona awoke to Opal shaking her awake. She woke up steadily and said "hey Opal, why are you waking me up so late at night?"
Opal said "Angel wants to tell you something private but he needs to meet you at the shed. He said it was very important." and then Opal raced off to bed. Winona was confused but decided to go to the shed. When she entered she was taken aback by the beauty of the whole place. Angel painted cherry blossom trees on the walls and placed rose pedals on the floor. Candles hung up gave the place a romantic glow and since the shed was casted with a fireproof spell Angel wouldn't have to worry about fire. A pillow was at the center and Angel laid upon it.
He walked toward Winona and said "you got the notice to meet me here? good. I have something to tell you."
Winona was confused and asked "What is it?" Angel blushed and gulped.
After a bit he finally spoke "I..I want your company this night. Not just sleeping beside me but.. but" Angel blushed even more then finally said "I love you" He meant the ask Winona to be his one night stand but some hidden feeling crept in last minute and made themselves known. Winona was speechless. She had known Angel liked her secretly but she thought he was just hiding it to keep up a tough reputation. She blushed as she thought of a similar situation in an anime and proceeded to grab Angel's paws and kissed him right on the lips. Angel had never been kissed before and felt a wave of love and lust wash over him. Angel wrapped his arms around Winona's body and kissed her back. Soon Winona's tongue intertwined with Angel's own tongue and the heat between those two was starting to rise. After the makeout session ended the two panted for breath while gazing into each other's eyes. Angel motioned towards the pillow and Winona walked towards it and laid on her back.
Angel was confused and asked "Why are you lying on your back?"
Winona blushed but said "I want you to take my virginity. But I want this to be an intimate moment. Whenever I see animals mate it doesn't seem intimate. It looks like both of them are just going through the motions. I want my first time to be romantic. I love you." Angel blushed and then went and crawled on top of Winona. The two shared a kiss. Then Winona winced as Angel trusted into her.
Angel asked "Are you okay? Should I stop?"
Winona said "No, it's my first time after all." Angel trusted into her again. The lovemaking continued as Winona cried out Angel's name. The two felt the other get close as they kissed. Winona came first as she cried Angel's name at the top at her lungs. Angel soon came afterwards as his rabbithood felt Winona's vagina clutch around it. Angel collapsed on top of Winona. Both felt exhausted from the lovemaking but felt so overjoyed. The two shared a kiss before Winona drifted off to sleep. Angel then carried her to her bed in the house and went to sleep.
In the morning Fluttershy noticed that both Winona and Angel smelled funny and gave the both of them a bath. Angel decided not to tell Fluttershy about this to keep her innocence intact. Winona visited Angel for dates and vise versa. They know Fluttershy would find out someday. But it'd be on their own terms.. or would it?

Optional Epilogue: Fluttershy Finds Out
(this is for some resolution to the cliffhanger to the story where I asked if Fluttershy would find out on Winona and Angel's terms or not. I wanted to put Applejack into the story but I realized she would contribute nothing overall so I left her out.)
Fluttershy noticed that Winona and Angel always wanted to hang out. She knew Angel had gotten more friendly with Winona since a few nights ago but couldn't figure out how Winona managed to get him to open up to her. It started getting strange since the looks they gave were more romantic then friendly but Fluttershy thought it would be rude to press the issue further since Angel said they were just hanging out. One day Fluttershy decided to visit Applejack and heard some noises from the bushes. Confused she took a peek and saw Angel and Winona making out. Fluttershy's law dropped as she watched the scene unfold before her. She knew something was up but nothing like this. She blushed and whispered "oh my" as the makeout continued.
The makeout ended as Winona and Angel panted for air. Winona said "I want to tell Fluttershy. She needs to know."
Angel said "we'll tell her after this okay? I hate keeping secrets but I also hate when her innocence is tarnished. Especially if she learns about what happened the night I confessed my feeling for you." The two stared into each others eyes and kissed. Then Winona lied on her back as Angel climbed on top of her. Fluttershy watched as Angel and Winona made love all the while blushing and trying to cover her eyes and ears but failed. After the love making the two saw Fluttershy and both of them blushed as Fluttershy tried to speak but no words came out of her mouth. She fainted right in front of them. Later Winona discovered she was pregnant with Angel's children. Luckily unlike her mother Winona survived the birth of her children. The couple raised their children until the children left to forge their own paths in life. Winona and Angel now sat atop the hill where Applejack's parent's grave was placed. Both of them were in their eighties in rabbit and dog years respectively. They know that today might be their last day of life so they decided to spend their last day together.
Angel cuddled Winona and said "If you told me in my youth that I would be the mate to you I would've laughed and called you crazy." Winona laughed but started coughing. Angel know his beloved's time was almost up as was his own. They already visited their grandchildren that day and Angel even told Fluttershy that if he and Winona do not return that night to look upon Sweet Apple Acres hill for them.
Winona said "And to think. We got together all because of Fluttershy. We even thanked her at that unexpected wedding the CMC put on for us. If you asked me would I do this all again I'd say yes in a heartbeat. I love you and I always will" Then tears began to race down Winona's cheeks. Angel kissed Winona on the cheek and held her close.
He whispered "I love you too." Winona's eyes closed and so did Angel's. They passed away in painless sleep holding each other in a loving embrace. Applejack found their lifeless bodies laying side by side and decided they would share a grave as her parents received so they wouldn't be alone. They were reunited with their friends and family in the afterlife. Love is very powerful and lasting.

This is an optional epilogue for a reason. I decided we needed a little more comedy then one chapter could allow so I decided to make an optional epilogue.
Disclaimer: I have nothing against Applejack, in fact she is my favorite pony in the main six but she would have brought nothing new to the table in this story so I left her out.
