“Please, please, please, oh pretty please can I come with you?”
“No Pinkie.”
“But why?”
“I already told you why.”
“But they don’t know yet.” Pinkie pointed to a seemingly arbitrary place in space.
“Who is they?”
“Nevermind that. I want to see the world on the other side of the mirror. You make I sound so interesting and fun.”
Twilight sighed, “Pinkie, it would be very strange for the inhabitants of the world beyond the portal to see another Pinkie suddenly appear.”
“But isn’t there another Twilight there too?”
“Well… yes, but-“
“And I could be in disguise until it’s just you me and our friends from the other world.”
"I don't know."
“Please.” Pinkie threw herself at Twilight and gave her a hug while putting on her best sad Pinkie face. Twilight tried to look away, but Pinkie was faster and moved herself to once again be in Twilight’s vision. ”I missed you so much that last time you went without me.” She then proceeded to nuzzle into Twilight’s neck and continue giving more reasons she should be allowed to go.
During Pinkie’s rant, Twilight’s will was breaking and she had to admit that being with her marefriend in the other world had crossed her mind. Celestia knows how awkward she had acted when she momentarily forgot the human Pinkie wasn’t her’s. Maybe we could even have a date there. There are a lot of beautiful places I would love to take her to. "Okay."
“-and ever since you told me there was another Twilight I’ve been having very fun dreams of you two with me doing naught- Wait. What?”
“I said yes, but hang on a moment, what kind of dreams?”
“Uh.” Pinkie looked around trying to find something to distract Twilight. She recognized Twilight had spaced out in Twilight think time from the look on her face so she just started to say random things. Discord must be conspiring against her for Twilight to come back just when Pinkie was confessing her Two Twilight’s and one Pinkie fantasies. “D-dreams where we… uh talk about how… interesting it is too… uh see another Twilight and…”
“Nevermind Pinkie, but yes you can come so long as you remain incognito when we are not alone with our friends.”
“I promise! Oh thank you thank you Twily. We are gona have so much fun.”
“You’re welcome Pinkie.”
So Pinkie got her things, which were conveniently already packed. “Learned from you Twily. Always be prepared.” That got a smile out of Twilight even if her mind was telling her, Yeah prepared for when your absurdly adorable puppy eyes inevitably win. They proceeded through the portal, Twilight first and landed on their behinds in front of the statue.” Twilight, it feels like when I had those special brownies from Tree Hugger.”
“Yes that will settle down. I know it can be a very surreal experience at first.”
“Hey I have claws like Spike but not as pointy.”
“Those are called fingers.”
“Do they fing?”
“What?”
“If they are fingers, they have to fing right? Also what is finging?”
“I don’t think fing is a word.”
“Then why are they called fingers?”
“I… don’t know.”
“Hmm oh hey these clothes look nice.” Pinkie looked down at the outfit she was wearing, a blue skirt with a blue blouse over a white t-shirt. “Where did they come from? Or is this the fur they have here.”
“They are clothes Pinkie and I assume the portal manifests them so that we don’t draw as much attention.”
“But usually wearing clothes makes you stand out more.”
“Not in this world Pinkie. Being naked is not the norm and being naked in public is illegal if I remember?”
“What? That’s lame. I like feeling the occasional breeze on my-“
“Pinkie!”
“What?”
“Please don’t finish that sentence.”
“Jealous of the wind Twily?”
Twilight face became incredibly red, “Let’s just get off the floor.” Twilight got up with ease, but when she reached down to Pinkie to help her since she thought that like herself, Pinkie would have trouble her first time on new legs, she was surprised that Pinkie instead jumped up and landed perfectly on her feet. She never ceases to amaze me. Much to Twilight’s bewilderment and embarrassment, Pinkie proceeded to grope herself across her body. “What are you doing Pinkie?”
“Seeing what this body comes equipped with." As Pinkie reached just below the hem of her skirt, she jumped a bit, “Well found that.”
Twilight could only facepalm and whine, “Pinkieeeee.”
Pinkie then went up to her chest, “Why are these up here and out in the open.”
“Pinkie-“
“Oh that might help explain why they have to wear clothes. If they didn’t, everyone would be getting a free show.” Pinkie looked back at Twilight. In her amazement of her body, she had neglected to look over at her marefriend, but when she did she could only gasp in horror. “Twily!” She launched herself at Twilight proceeded to caress her face.
“Pinkie, what-“
“The portal shaved off your beautiful fur. Oh Twilight don’t worry, we’ll go back and get this fixed.” She grabbed Twilight’s hand and started for the portal only to be tugged back by Twilight.
“Pinkie, this is normal. Humans don’t have fur all over. Which is another reason for the clothes, warmth.”
“Really?”
“Yes.”
“But then that means… Ah! Don’t look at me I’m hideous!”
“Pinkie.” Twilight went and wrestled Pinkies face from her hands to face herself. “Pinkie you still look cute and beautiful like in our world.”
Pinkie slightly blushed, “Really?”
“Yes. I think the portal also configures our perceptions of what we like to fit in more with this world.”
“Oh that would explain why when I saw your long legs I thought Sweet Celestia those go for miles and I wanna explore every inch.”
“Err… yeah I guess that would explain that.”
“Yeah and hey, my girls are bigger than yours.” Pinkie proceeded to once again grope herself.
“I don’t even want to ask what's going on.”
Twilight turned around to find Sunset staring in confusion at the scene of the girl molesting herself. “Oh hi Sunset. Umm… Pinkie is just er… exploring the new world.” Twilight proceeded to smile awkwardly.
“Sunset? Oh hey you're Twilight's friend form this world that tried to kill everyone.” She jumped at Sunset and gave her a right hug. “So happy to meet you finally.”
“Twilight, my head hurts. Please explain.”
“I assume you mean Pinkie not knowing who you are and the self-groping.” Sunset nodded furiously. “Well this is Pinkie from Equestria. She really wanted to come with me on my visit here. Which reminds me, Pinkie put on your disguise.”
Pinkie stood up straight with her arms at her sides rigidly, “Aye captain.” Pinkie proceeded to begin to remove her clothing. In the middle of the square. “Pinkie!”
“What?”
“Not naked in public. Remember?”
Pinkie giggled, ”Whoopsie.” While she had ceased undressing, she had managed to remove her shirt. “Hey, why am I wearing lingerie. Twilight?” She looked at Twilight with lidded eyes, “Were you gona let climb those legs after all.”
Twilight's groan and subsequent facepalm echoed for miles.
