Author's Note
I should prep this by saying, this fiction was written years ago on my old laptop, and I only recently remembered it. This was written while Twilight was still a unicorn, and definitely before Tirek destroyed the old Tree-Library.
And I sure as hell wasn't going to re-edit 4,500+ words just to make it fit. So i just finished up the rest and here it is.
Twilight's Private Time
Twilight Sparkle trotted to her bookshelf and smiled to her "subjects"
"Hello to you all. I hope one of you has something for me to learn from."
She wore white thigh-high stocking, a poofy purple tartan skirt, a slim white blouse, and dainty shiny black shoes. A nimbus of purple magic escorted a book off it's shelf and into her hands.
"What have you for me to read of?" She asked her book as if it could answer with a voice of its own.
"The Anatomy of the Male Reproductive Organs. cross-section 1"
"NO!" She squeaked and squealed in panic, she slammed the book closed, and flushed a humiliated red into her cheeks. A pomf of chest-tuft furled out in physical protest.
It was a medical book... it was purely for the study of the pony anatomy, and surely not for pervert thoughts. But she still wasn't very good at thinking about *those things* without thinking about how boy-ponies and girl-ponies make babies and... oh dear, she could still feel all the blood flushing her face red in embarrassment.
She really would like to one day have a wonderful stallion to marry with a pretty ceremony. But she still had other thoughts. Her mentor, school-filly crush, unrequited love and ruler of all of Equestria....
"Ohhh..." She nibbled on a fingertip and hugged herself around her waist. She really wished she could have more, Oh what would be the term? .... tangible qualities. Firm, and perky tangible qualities. Surely She'd notice her more ...right? Well for now she just had to dream..and wish.
"Nghh.... eh.... Ah-choo!" She sneezed suddenly with a high-pitched squeak.
What to do, what to do... what to do? She thought to herself. She nibbled at carrot while thinking really hard.
*nibble nibble nibble nibble nibble*.
SQUEE! "I KNOW!" She said a bit too loud, and rushed to her bedroom. Slammed the door shut and went to her closet, and pulled out a seven foot long box.
In the open pubic of Ponyville she was Twilight Sparkle. Genius role-model, and student of the magical arts. In private she was... "The Dark Mare" Exalted Hero Of The Princess. Out of the box she hid in private, away from the prying and judging eyes of Ponyville, she carefully pulled out a full life-size scale Plushy of Princess Celestia.
She moved her giant Plushy to sit upright in her wooden chair, that would have to act as a throne. It really was wonderful...
"Oh dear, the window!" A nimbus of magic from her horn and the small curtain closed off the window from the outside world.
With fidgeting hands and fingertips, she looked one way... then the other...
She threw herself to her knees at the foot of the Plushy.
"Hello your majesty, I solved your list of errors and came right back in record time.
"Why thank you Twilight Sparkle, my favorite and best student." Twilight voiced in a hushed tone mimicking the Princess close enough.
"Why I can't believe how well you did everything so efficiently."
"Oh It wasn't hard, I only have the best teacher in all of Equestria to have learned from."
"Well obviously somepony of such obvious qualities should be well rewarded."
"Oh Princess, I don't need to be rewarded." She said with an increasingly wide and wider grin across her face.
"Oh but I insist. You must be rewarded, even if just ceremonial. There must be something you would want."
*Crash!* Twilight imagined the sound of a crashed window to interrupt her.
"It is I- The Great and Powerful TRIXIE, and I am here to claim the crown!"
"I'll save you Princess!"

Elsewhere in Equestria The Great and Powerful Trixie... was in her travel-wagon. In her wagon, still dressed in her morning robe reading the morning paper, and drinking tea. While nothing would make her happier than to see Twilight Sparkle under her hoof begging for forgiveness, today was a day just to prepare for a performance later tonight.
She sat there...
Yep... just sitting there.. drinking her tea.... reading the paper. Yep... just sitting there.

Spark - Flash-Flash!
Tiny harmless pyrotechnics of sparkling-light flashed from Twilight Sparkle's horn imitating an imaginary battle of dire proportions.
"You've ruined our love for the last time Trixie, I forbid you from coming between The Princess and I!" She said in a hushed-fake yelling.
"You can't I'm-" But even in Twilight's own mind, too much Trixie talk was too much. Another spark of light and The Great and Powerful Trixie was flung away and to the floor at her feet.
"No, not again!"
"Yes, now you will bow and beg forgiveness!" She rushed to her life-size plushie of her admired teacher and Divine-Solar-Princess. She wrapped her arms around at the waist and buried her little muzzle into the underside of the Plushy's two hefty stuffed breasts and faced again at the imaginary defeated Trixie.
"Beg for mercy and I shall let you--" She felt a tickle in her little upturned nose halting her in mid-sentence.
"eh... I- I want you to... ugh..." Her nose tickled a little more again, stopping her pre-scripted thoughts and dialogue. She did nothing for a few moments, and believed the sneeze curse had passed.
"Okay... Now Trix- AH-CHOO!!" Her sneeze erupted with a high-pitched squeak and a slight wheeze from her little nose.

Trixie shot her head up from her morning paper, as if suddenly startled. She felt a wash of sensation over herself. She looked to her left then her right and twisted herself around to look behind herself.
"Who is here?" She asked to her empty wagon.
"Hello?" Rightfully alarmed, she walked to look outside her wagon through it's windows then out her door. Regardless where she looked, there was not another pony around to be seen.
She walked back inside, and just as she was about to go to her tiny kitchen to refill her teacup...
*whump* She forcibly sat down on the floor of her wagon
"Wha..?"

Twilight Sparkle had "subdued" The evil and wicked Trixie and banished her to the moon. And now had her life sized plushy Princess Celestia doll sitting on the floor.
"Oh Princess Celestia, I banished Trixie to the moon"

"IF THOU ARE UNCLOTHED, THEN DRESS BUT ANSWER ME AT THE VERY LEAST!!" That gave Princess Luna a worrying idea- If Twilight Sparkle was unclothed, and she was here to discuss her actions with the inanimate object...then she's.
"TWILIGHT SPARKLE, CEASE AND DESIST YOUR FORNICATION THIS INSTANT, AND LET ME IN. I MUST SPEAK TO YOU PRIVATELY ABOUT YOUR BEHAVIOR!!"
For some reason, it didn't strike Princess Luna as odd that using her Royal Canterlot Voice wouldn't attract damn near every pony in town to observe what she was yelling at... or why she was yelling at Twilight either.
First three pony's stopped to observe, quickly followed by two more, then five more, then another twelve. Curiosity was one thing, but nopony was brave enough to ask Why Luna was-
"TWILIGHT SPARKLE, IF THOUGH ART FORNICATING WITH THAT DOLL STILL AT THIS MOMENT, I WILL USE MY LAWFUL POWERS TO ENTER AT MY OWN WARRANT, CLOTHED OR NOT!!"
Well if anypony was confused before why Princess Luna was here before, now everypony knew exactly why she was here now.
Princess Luna waited quite patiently for.....five seconds. In a flash of light, she vanished and teleported inside Golden Oaks Library.
"Twilight?" She called out with her indoor voice, and after only waiting another second,..
"TWILIGHT SPARKLE!! ARE YOU DECENT?!!" She heard a thump in the next room. So she must be there, obviously. A flash of light and a second teleportation later she was in Twilight's room...
Oh poor Twilight, she was just at the moment she was trying to stuff her Plushy Princess in its dressed attire back into its storage. Princess Luna focused her eyes at the purple unicorn, and the object of her concern.
"Twilight Sparkle. I have been waiting at your door for at least ten seconds. While I'm accommodating to conditions of circumstances, What are you doing but fondling a doll of... ..?! MY SISTER?!!"

"Umm, well... I uh." Twilight just could bear the burden of lifting her head to face Princess Luna eye-to-eye, and just wished she could melt into a puddle and slip into nothingness.
"Wel- I sorta- had want-*mumbling* and- I-"
"SPEAK UP AND CLEARLY, WHAT IS YOUR RELATION OF THIS IMITATION OF MY SISTER, YOUR SOLAR PRINCESS, IN ITS ATTIRE OF SATIN AND HANDCUFFS!!?"
Everypony outside Golden Oaks Library was listening... weather they wished to or not, at the amplified words of the Lunar Princess. More interesting was the idea that nerdy little booknerd Twilight Sparkle was some sort of deviant pervert. Something involving handcuffs, dolls and the princess must have raised quite an ire out of Princess Luna to bring her here so urgently.
Poor little Twilight fiddled with her fingers, and was no closer to being able to provide an answer out of outright shame.
"TWILIGHT, ORATE AN ANSWER OR I WILL WRITE ONE MYSELF FOR ALL OF CANTERLOT TO READ OF!!"
"NO!- I- I-was lon-ly and I- I... I'm-" Poor little Twilight started crying.
Princess Luna's voice eased

She gently placed a hand on Twilight's arms and guided her to stand beside her.

"Stop that Twilight Sparkle. You should know better than that. Now- Come with me, and let's get you on the path to being a good-pony again." That really should've been worded better, but tact wasn't something Princess Luna was proficient on to begin with.
"Come on now, that's right." Step by step Twilight Sparkle walked along side Princess Luna away from her bedroom and into the center hall of the library. Her eyes were sore, red and puffy, a teeny little dribble of pony-snot hung from the tip of her nose.
"Oh goodness, you are quite rattled up by this, yes?"
"Uh-huh." Twilight responded slowly,
Princess Luna pondered what she could do to help her dear sister's favored student,
"Dear young Twilight, perhaps we can talk about this in a better fashion?" Princess Luna was honestly trying to sooth twilight shattered nerve.
"Perhaps we could discuss other issues over local confectioneries?"
For a moment, Twilight thought about this still stewing in her embarrassment. She then lifted her head to...sort of, look at the Lunar Princess.
Princess Luna reached a hand into her pouch-pocket at her belt, and pulled out a full-sized shinny Silver Bit.
"I'm not one to sit in my high tower and be so removed from my little ponies as to notice delighted pastries. Perhaps there is a bakers dozen of something you'd like to share with me?"
"W-well... I guess." She felt as if she was floating on air and moving closer to the door.
"Well then, if you wouldn't mind, take this and get the Bakers Special, and we can talk more of things when you get back."
"Well- okay...I guess." Twilight finally took the offered coin and started for the front door on her own.
"Now if you wouldn't mind then, I'll begin a kettle for tea."
Twilight Sparkle at least started to feel better, after the Royal Canterlot Shout Down from a moment ago.
Now with a shiny new Silver Bit in hand she walked out the door straight to Sugar Cube Corner to....
