was enough to stop her excavation dead in its tracks and head towards the the safety which was

Ponyville. "Lu, Lucar!" The unknown creature spouted from it's mouth. The unicorn, whom was

known by everypony as Lyra Heartstrings, wouldn't look, couldn't look, at the animal that was giving

chase, out of unrelenting fear of its grotesque appearance. "Please! Don't eat me! I taste of mule!"

She spouted between gasps for air, she couldn't gallop for much longer, and the creature knew it, as

its rhythmic steps took a slower pace, also out of fatigue. The scene would've been quite humorous

in Lyra's mind as she imagined an apex predator stop to take breaths of air whilst feet from its meal,

but now wasn't the time to laugh as she was the unlucky meal. She lay down on her belly,

seemingly accepting her fate at the hands of the mysterious creature. 'What the hay, Zekora?

couldn't you've lived on a nice flower field or something?' She then took notice of a shadow looming over her, and closed her eyes, waiting for the inevitable.
