Twists and Turns

We walked through the blizzard, are guns clanking against are armour. "Damn... even with my armour its f-freezing..." Dakota said with chattering teeth I nodded, and continued walking.

BOOM

"What the fuck?" We started jogging towards the explosion. "There! Palace! Its being attacked!" Simon was right. There a mile ahead of us is a tower bigger than the empire state building... made of crystal... and it was being attacked by what seemed to be a mist. A black mist with green and purple eyes.

"Okay! Here's the plan! We're gonna see if we could get close enough to that thing and place a mortar beacon. Once the beacons placed we gotta tether it to the ground so it won't get away!" Once I finished they saluted and ran towards the palace. And more importantly... the mist.

<==Twilight's POV==>

"Princess Twilight! Sombra is almost through what do we do!" A frightened crystal guard asked.

"I...I don't know." she honestly didn't. She threw everything she had at Sombra. Only a miracle could save them now. "Gather our troops and send them to their family. Spend the rest of your time with relatives. We aren't getting through thi~" She was cut off as a large metal creature smashed through the window landing in front of her and the guard. The creature slowly got up and looked around, not noticing us.

"What the fuck." It spoke. It stood up and dusted its self off before sprinting towards its entry point, and jumping through the broken window.

The mist had thrown Drake into the palace, causing him to smash through the window. I was worried for the lil' prick, but my worries were relieved when Drake jumped through the broken window
