Alexander Enters Equestria

[Im typing all of my stories so far on Note pad.. since MSWORD seems to be arguing and my net keeps on randomly dying X_X I tried typing this chapter earlier, and it went by a bit differently this time, as I tried to think based on what I know of the characters.. Again if anyone wants to proof read and help out let me know ^^ id be happy with all the help I can get. Thanks for reading ^_^.]

Alex sighs as he feels his senses returning.. Mentally blinking he begins to hear voices as his hearing is first to return..
"Ah don't think that such a good idea Twi..." The southern Voiced being seemed to be saying..
"Hey you all want to know who this guy is right? Or more importantly, what he is.. You all saw it, he transformed, Right in front of us!" The voice of reason was acting all excited.. "At-least let me look at the book." And it sounded like she found his magic journal too...
"Oh come on and read it already! Lets find this stuff out! I want to know how any pony could fall from that high and NOT be killed." This was a new voice.. one who sounded cocky... but sure of herself.
"Twilight.. Applejack is right.. its not polite to look at other ponies things.." The gentle voice says.. Bright light was now visible to him, but Alex kept his eyes closed.. listening to the group.

"But Fluttershy! HE came from the sky! What if hes an alien or a SPACE PONY!" Ah so there was the over hyper voice.. "What if he is part of a scouting mission for our planet! come to abduct us and make us do tests! Or... Maybe hes a time traveling pony comet o warn us of the Future!"

"Pinkie.. that's sounds really farfetched.." Twilight seems to reply as the sound of his book opening comes to his mind. "Hmm... interesting... or maybe its not so farfetched.. The last written page has info on our planet.. judging from these notes... he must have been watching our world for a while."
Alex blinks at that.. "A while? I only watched a screen for like 5 minutes most of that was my computer."
"MEEEP!" The gentle voice went as Alex looks at the.. horses? He blinks as vision fully returns, seeing a pink unicorn levitating his book in mid air.. a shivering yellow pegasus hid behind a rainbow colored pegasus as two other ponies..one pink and one with a cow boy hat moved over.
"I'm sorry if I scared any one.." Alex says unable to help chuckling.. looking at himself he saw he also had hooves.. "Uh is there a mirror I can use?"
"You.. who are you? No What are you?" Twilight the purple says walking over.
"Short answer or the long one?" Alex asks with a raised eye brow.
"How did you survive a fall like that! If any other pony fell that far down they would be dead!" the rainbow colored one asks flying above.
"Wow Settle down Rainbow.. its not that big a-" Alex starts but is cut off by a glaring pegasus.
"How did you know my name?" She asks suspiciously..
"I didn't it was an observation based on your hair. No.. wait... mane?.... mane.. that's the word right?" Alex asks looking over at twilight, who nods. "Thought so yeah.. I think your called Twilight right?"

"And how did you know that?" Rainbow continues attempting to be threatening for some reason.
"Well you guys.. or gals.. where not exactly quiet.. judging by voices.. Im going to guess.. Thats twilight.. The pink one is pinkie.. the hat wearing one is Applejack.. the scared shivering one is Fluttershy, and your Rainbow." Alex says nodding to them all as they react as he nails each name. "Though thankfully the names have obvious owners.." Alex smirks as Rainbow sighs as sits next to Fluttershy who slowly stands up..
"Are you ok mister space pony?" She asks walking over.
Alex nods. "Yes, sorry if I worried anyone, that's just how I enter new planets.. head first. Though you don't need to be so scared.. its not like im.. how was it put.. scouting you for my kind and taking you all to the mother ship." Alex says with a teasing tone. Pinkie gasps as the joking tone is lost on her and she begins to babble randomly. "Im kidding relax.. it was a joke.." he replies trying to not cause any heart attacks.

"Just tell us who you are please.." Twilight asks again looking a bit exasperated over the pink ones antics.

"Alright. My name is Alexander Renard. Not exactly a space pony.. well actually now I guess I am.. since my form seems to be equine.. but anyway. I'm actually a dimensional traveler.. I explore places and worlds that appear near by my base. You guys just.. happened to appear. I am on vacation so I decided to spend it exploring." Alex says nodding. "That book your holding, miss Twilight, is my random notes journal I use it to jot down notes on magic and things I find and learn on my travels."

The purples eyes seem to light up as the word magic is voiced. "Magic? You know magic?"
Alex raises an eyebrow at the change in personality. "In most worlds.. I just need to learn the magical laws first.. not every world looks kindly on accidental fire balls."
Alexander says chuckling as the purple pony flips randomly through the book before getting a confused look.
"Chants.. Chakra, aura, Chi, Mana, what is all of this?" She asks looking up as he blinks.
"Magical knowledge in other worlds. Some places use words in magic, others have specific magic for specific energies. I need to learn what works here before I can do much of anything." Alex says nodding. "I need to find out how much pressure is needed.. what type of spell comes easily, and what doesn't work at all."
Twilight nods seeming to understand before burying her nose back in the book.. now that the questioning period seemed to have ended Alex took a look around.. the last of his senses.. smell picked up the scents of Wood, nature, apples, and various animals as well. Raising up his hoof he examines it and waves it around, wondering how the rest of him looked as he attempts to get out of the bed.. Twisting as he lands Cat style on the floor.. "Yeah.. four legs.. that's gonna take some getting used to..." he murmurs to himself as he felt most eyes on him still as he wanders about. The large room had hundreds of books lined up.. all around.. if he had to guess this would probably be Twilights house. Further examination also showed small markings on the ponies around.. though whatever they where for was unknown still. Looking at himself he saw nothing.. but wasn't that surprised.. its not like he was a native after all. Alex continues to explore, finally finding a mirror and looking at himself. His trademark red hair had become his mane.. thought darker red hair seemed to extend off his head and along his spinal column. the most interesting feature was the long horn on his head. "Alright.. so now.. im a horse. A unicorn.. Definitely something new that's for sure." He turns to see twilight setting down the book as he walks back over. "So.. where exactly.. am I anyway?"

"Our planet has no name. but at the moment we are in the Town of Ponyville in the land of Equestria. This is Twilights house." Fluttershy responds softly.
"Ruled by the Princesses Celestia and Luna. Who are the ones who raise the Sun and the Moon." Twilight finishes looking over.
"Your rulers control the movements of the Sun and the moon? Talk about power.." Alex says impressed. "So..miss Sparkly horn... what else can you tell me about this world?"
