I've been playing Dragon Ball Xenoverse 1 & 2 and this got me in the mood to write this. Hope you all enjoy!
A Farmer and A Saiyan.
It was a beautiful day in Equestria, the birds were chirping and the weather was perfect. A young woman with long blond hair and emerald eyes watching the world around her “Oh Aj! I got the dress!” The woman looked down from the loft to see her friend Rarity holding up a dress in her hands “You're gonna look so beautiful!” Rarity said with a big smile.
Applejack made her way down from the loft and down the ladder to her friend. Applejack looked at her friend “Do Ah really have ta go to this ball?” Applejack asked.
“Yes! Nightmare Night ball is gonna be one magical night!” Rarity said “We were all invited by Luna herself! Trust me Applejack, you’ll find a handsome man who will sweep you off your feet and you’ll fall in love.”
Applejack rolled her eyes “That ain’t my fairy tale.” She said looking at the dress “It’s a nice dress Rarity.”
“I spent hours on it.” Rarity said “I’ve already gotten the other’s dresses ready, now we just gotta make sure your dress fits.”
The two made their way inside. Applejack saw Big Mac sound asleep on the couch “Ah swear, if Granny was here she would have kicked him off the couch by now.” Applejack said as she walked up the stairs with Rarity right behind her.
A young saiyan looked at the many ponies walking around.
“I cannot believe King Vegeta is having us join in this ball.” The young saiyan said crossing his arms “I could be out fighting the warlord Black yet instead here we are dealing with a stupid ball.”
“Now Prince Matthew, your father King Vegeta asked you to represent him since he is dealing with other matters.” Another saiyan said “King Ice would be very upset if we didn’t attend, he is after all one of the greatest hero’s out there.”
“I will soon be taking that title from him.” Matthew said stepping forwards “Once I defeat Black I shall be known as the greatest hero.”
“I know you were nearly killed by Black back on planet Namek, you still managed to drive him off the planet saving so many Namekians.” The Saiyan said as they walked through the streets.
“I will put an end to that trader saiyan.” Matthew said “He cut off my tail, I will soon do the same to him.”
Applejack stepped off the train with her friends. They were making their way towards their hotel.
“This years Nightmare night ball we have two new guests joining us!” Twilight said excited “One is called King Ice who is a great hero among the stars and the other is a prince of all Saiyan’s named Matthew.”
“Why are they here?” Dash asked.
“Princess Celestia sent them an invite to the ball, I can’t wait to meet them, I’ve heard so much about them.” Twilight said so excited.
“Aren’t the saiyan’s a warrior race?” Dash asked.
“Yes they are! Prince Matthew has been fighting an evil force and doing his best saving planets.” Twilight said “I’m so excited to speak with him!”
“At least someone is gonna be havin’ a good time.” Applejack thought as they walked towards their hotel.
“The ball is less than four hours away, we should hurry to our hotel room so we all can get ready.” Rarity said with a smile.
King Ice sat in his seat sipping on his wine as two of his men walked in.
“Sir, we have word Black has destroyed Planet Sadla.”
King Ice smiled “How many were off world?” King Ice asked.
“Four Saiyans.” One man said “The two Prince’s and the princess and one warrior saiyan with Prince Matthew.”
“Black shall easily wipe out the rest of them. Have Black come here and destroy Prince Matthew.” King Ice said getting up “Tell him we shall fight and once he kills Matthew he will flee and I will heroically chase after him.”
“As you wish my lord.” The men said as they left.
King Ice looked out at the planet “Those saiyan’s were giving me too much trouble, once the other survivors are killed I can focus on sending my forces on other planets and soon I shall rule all the universe.” King Ice took a sip of his wine “I might send my forces here and start with this planet.” He chuckled “I will have to get Black to at least kill the royal bloodlines here.”
Matthew looked at the royal outfit before him “At least it’s still armor.” Matthew said putting on the armor.
“Tonight is gonna be fun.” The saiyan said with a smile “Tonight you should speak with with the young ladies, you might find love tonight.”
“Ember, I know you're looking out for me but I’m not ready to find love, not with danger everywhere.” Matthew said looking into the mirror at the saiyan outfit “Tonight I’m just gonna smile wave and wait till I can leave and hunt down Black.”
“This is the only time you’ve ever had a break, you have been working yourself too hard and after what happened with Black last time you need time to rest, you need to take it easy and have some fun tonight.”
Matthew looked at himself in the mirror “My pride has been destroyed by Black, when he took my tail I lost the title of a true saiyan.” Matthew turned around and looked at Ember “I hear what the other saiyans say, I will regain my pride and bring Black’s tail back to Sadla and show I am still a true saiyan.”
“You are a true saiyan Matthew.”
“My mother is a human, I am the only half breed saiyan known to our kind.” Matthew looked at his hand “For years my older brother and sister have treated me like an outcast, my tail was all I had to be a true saiyan and then Black removed it allowing my siblings to mock me.” Matthew made a fist “I will prove I am a true saiyan.”
“You are a true saiyan in my eyes Matthew.” Ember said with a smile.
“You're only saying that because you want me to relax.” Matthew said chuckling “I want you take your own advice and speak with the people and maybe you can find a good man.”
“I might once I know you're taken care of.” Ember said with a smile.
Applejack followed her friends through the castle halls as she looked at the other guests entering the castle.
Applejack saw Celestia standing on the stage with her younger sister Luna “Good evening every pony.” Celestia said looking out at the ponies “a hundred years ago King Frost came to our world and showed us a bright future into the stars.” That’s when Applejack saw a creature walk up onto the stage “It is great honor to keep peace with the Frost clan.”
“It is a great honor to be apart of Equestria!” King Ice said walking forwards “Since my ancestor came here over a hundred years ago, it brings me such joy we have kept peace for so long.” King Ice smiled causing Applejack to have shivers run down her spine.
“Tonight not only is my sister’s night, this is the night for all of us to remember peace is always a wonderful thing.” Celestia said with a smile.
Applejack notices a man standing next to the stage, he had spiky black hair and brown eyes, he was looking across the room. She notices a strange symbol on his chest.
“That’s Prince Matthew.” Twilight said looking at Applejack “He’s one of King Ice’s top general when fighting in battles.”
Applejack notices the prince look at them and she quickly looked away.
“In honor of King Ice and Prince Matthew, we have arranged a wonderful orchestra.” Luna said stepping forwards “I hope you enjoy.”
The three stepped off the stage allowing the orchestra to play.
The ponies either found partners to dance or found themselves by the food eating as for Applejack, she found herself outside looking out at the garden.
King Ice walked up to Celestia and Luna “I must go for a few, there is some matters I must deal with.”
“The party will be here still your highness.” Luna said.
King Ice left the castle and went back to his ship. He stepped into his room and saw a saiyan with jet black hair wearing nothing but black clothes “I see you’ve finally made it.”
“I’m sorry for such the wait your highness, I ran into a bit of trouble on my way here, the saiyan survivor is no more.” The saiyan said with a smile.
“There are still four saiyans still alive, Prince Trunks and Prince Matthew along with princess Bra and the warrior Ember.” King Ice said walking passed Black and taking a seat in his chair “Prince Matthew is here with Ember, kill them both and while you're at it you may kill the two princesses named Celestia and Luna.”
“I think we should wait to kill Prince Matthew and Ember, Trunks and Bra are true royal blood and if they were to rebuild the saiyan race we would be in trouble.” Black said “It would be wise to take them out then Matthew and Ember.”
King Ice sat there thinking “Kill them, I shall keep Matthew here.” He said looking out his window “Oh, before I forget.” King Ice got to his feet “You’ll need this updated scouter.” King Ice said as he opened a box on a table near the window “This scouter can scan a whole planet allowing you to find who you are looking for.” King Ice said handing him the scouter.
“Where are Trunks and Bra located?” Black asked putting on the scouter.
“Everything you need to know is on your scouter.” King Ice said “I must return to the party before I worry everyone.” King Ice walked passed Black “Be quick killing them, I do not need word getting to Matthew about his home being destroyed.”
“I will return before you know it.” Black said leaving.
Applejack watched as the saiyans eyes were closed.
“I swear I can’t leave him alone for five minutes.” Applejack turned her head to see a woman walking towards her.
“Is he all right?” Applejack asked.
“He’s fine.” She said “He’s in a trance, stubborn prince has to train even at a party.”
“Trainin’?” Applejack asked confused.
“The prince is in a trance, he’s battling himself, training himself to becoming stronger.” The woman looked at Applejack “Names Ember, I’m Prince Matthew’s personal trainer slash friend.” Ember said with a smile.
“N-Names Applejack, apple farmer and element of harmony.” Applejack said giving her a light smile. Ember walked up to Matthew and pushed him causing him to fall “ What are ya doin’!?” Applejack rushed to the railing only to see Matthew shot back up and land on the railing.
“Ember! I was in the middle of battle.” Matthew said crossing his arms “You better have a reason for pushing me.”
“This young lady was sitting out here wondering if you suffer from brain damage or you're just crazy.” Ember said chuckling.
Matthew looked to his right to see the young woman and quickly jumped down “I’m sorry, I’m not one for dances.” Matthew said bowing “Please forgive my rudeness.”
“Y-Ya alright, no harm done.” Applejack said “H-How did you not end up in the bushes? Do ya have magic or do ya have wings?”
Matthew looked at Applejack puzzled “Wings? Oh Wings! No, I’m using my kai to help me fly, all living creatures have ki.”
“Ki? Is that a form of magic?” Applejack asked.
“Well like I said Ki is something in all living creatures.” Matthew said “It’s a power that can be tapped into to allow.” Matthew lifted his arm up and opened his hand as a small ball of light appeared “This is just a energy ball made of the ki, tho I’m only using just a small bit of my power.” He said closing his fist.
Applejack was just in utter shock. She’s never seen this type ability in her whole life.
“So this is where you ran off too Prince Matthew.” They all turned their heads to see King Ice standing there with Princess Celestia by his side. Matthew and Ember dropped to their knees surprising Applejack and Celestia “Now now, you two, no need to bow at a formal party.” King Ice said chuckling “I have word Black has been spotted in this galaxy.”
Matthew shot to his feet “Where? I’ll put an end to him.” He said ready for the fight.
“I have top men checking in on these leads, I fear he might come here.” King Ice said “I will need you to remain here just in case he shows.”
“I think it would be wise Ember and I head out and track him down.” Matthew said “I drove him off last night, this time I can end him.”
“Matthew, I know how badly you want at Black but I need you here making sure this world is safe, the planets around here are just stops for those traveling the galaxy.” King Ice said placing his hand on Matthew’s shoulder “You and Ember will remain here and keep these ponies safe, I must be off, I have a meeting I must get to.” King Ice looked at Celestia “I hope to see you again Princess.” King Ice bowed and left.
“Whatever you need we shall do our best to help.” Celestia said.
“I’ll need a big open area to train.” Matthew said.
“The fields at my farm is empty right now, ya can train there.” Applejack said.
“Are you sure? Ember and I will be training a lot.” Matthew said.
“Ah’m sure.”
Matthew bowed “Thank you.” Applejack blushed “Ember, why don’t we get our things packed?”
“B-Before ya go, meet me at the train station tomorrow, we can ride back to my farm.” Applejack said.
“We shall see you bright and early then.” Matthew said bowing one more time and then the two Saiyan’s left.
“King Ice told me Matthew is always training.” Celestia said “Seems he is right, Luna make sure our guards are on alert in case this Black shows up.”
Black held a young girl by her armor “Princess Bra, you put up a better fight then the people here, sadly you’ll die here today with the rest of the planet.” He tossed Bra onto the ground and flew up into the sky “When you see your father, tell him, Black sent you to hell.” The planet exploded killing Bra and any survivors on the planet “Now, the hunt for Trunks.”
Matthew and Ember walked through the streets as they headed towards the train station.
“You left the princesses the communicator?” Matthew asked as they walked.
“Yes, if Black shows they will call us.” Ember said “Now, be nice while training at miss Applejack’s farm, she does have family so we will need to watch out for them.”
“I will do my best to try and sense their energy so I don’t harm them.” He said as they saw the train station “I see miss Applejack is here.”
“Be nice on the train.” Ember said as they walked up to Applejack who was with her friends.
“Princess Twilight Sparkle, it’s nice meet you.” Matthew said bowing.
“H-Hello Prince Matthew, w-what brings you here?” Twilight asked shocked to see him there.
“Applejack was kind enough to allow Ember and I to train on her farm while we remain here on your planet.” Matthew said looking at them “I do hope it’s not too much trouble?”
“It’s fine Prince Matthew.” Applejack said “Princess Celestia gave me these to give to you two.” Applejack handed them the tickets “The train will be leaving soon.”
“Thank you Applejack.” Matthew looked at Ember “Remind me to give Celestia some gold back once we contact my father.”
“As you wish Matthew.” Ember said. The bell rung making the group head towards the train.
They all boarded the train and Matthew sat alone by a window as he closed his eyes and began to train.
“I see the prince is tired.” Rarity said “Guess he had a long night.”
“Ah don’t think he’s sleepin’.” Applejack said wondering if he’s training again like last night.
“His eyes are closed dear, he’s resting.” Rarity said.
“Well his friend Ember told me last night when Ah caught him standin’ on the railin’ outside, she said he was trainin’.” Applejack said looking at her friends.
“Training? What kind of training?” Twilight asked.
“Ah really don’t know, all Ah know is he’s wantin’ ta go after this Black fellow.” Applejack looked back at Matthew who still had his eyes closed “When we reach my farm ah’ll see what kind of trainin’ they have been talkin’ about.” Applejack said.
Matthew and Ember followed Applejack and her friends through the streets of Ponyville.
“Well I must be off! I have orders to attend to!” Rarity said leaving her friends.
“I must be off too, gotta train for the try outs tomorrow for the Wonderbolts.” Dash said flying off into the sky.
“I need to check in with the Cakes, I’ll catch you all later!” Pinkie said rushing off.
“I-I’ll see you later Applejack and Twilight.” Fluttershy said leaving as well.
“Spike and I are gonna head back home and check on everything, I’ll come by later and see how everything is doing.” Twilight said leaving as well with Spike by her side.
That just left Matthew, Ember and Applejack “Ah guess it’s just us now.” Applejack said chuckling “Follow me and Ah’ll show ya where ya can train.”
The two saiyans followed the pony as they headed out of town.
After a bit of a walk they came to an apple orchard “This is my farm, that house over there is our guest home, why don’t ya get settled in while ah speak with my family, then I’ll take ya to the spot ya can train at.”
“Alright.” The two saiyans said as they walked towards the guest home.
Applejack made her way towards her home.
Matthew placed his bag onto the bed “Alright, do you have the scouter?” Matthew asked.
“Yes.” Ember said placing it onto her ear “I also got you one.” She said handing him it.
Matthew took off his shirt and started putting on his training armor.
Black broke a sword in half with his bare hands and chuckled “Oh, Trunks, your power level is very high, however.” Black rushed towards Trunks as his hand went through his stomach and out his back “You're still weak.” Black pulled his hand out of Trunks “Now to end your half brother’s life.” Black moved towards his pod.
With the last of his energy Trunks blew up the pod. Trunks smiled as he died.
Black glared at the dead body “Now it’s gonna take me longer to get to your half breed brother!” He screamed.
Matthew and Ember stood in a empty field, both dressed in their armor ready to fight.
Applejack stood there watching the two. She then felt the earth shake as Matthew let out a small scream. She could feel a strange power coming off the two saiyans as blue aura surrounded their bodies. The ground broke under their feet as they rushed towards each other and their fists hitting each other. Applejack soon lost sight of them as they became blurry.
“W-What kind of trainin’ is this?” Applejack thought as she could hear them fighting but couldn’t see them.
After an hour of training the two saiyans returned to their places as their armor was now broken in some area’s. Matthew and Ember were huffing “Good warmup.” Matthew said.
Applejack blinked “T-That was a warmup?” She thought.
“Alright, full power.” Ember said letting her full power out.
Applejack watched as they let out yells as they powered up.
The two then rushed at each other and this time Applejack just saw blurs.
Then she saw Ember back on the ground and saw Matthew hovering in the sky “Alright, use the attack I taught you and don’t hold back.”
Ember brought her hands together and began to say “KAMEHAMEHAAAAAAAAA!” Ember let out a powerful scream as a blue light blinded Applejack as it slammed into Matthew.
Matthew used his strength to fight the attack, the black exploded sending Matthew back to the ground. He smashed hard causing Ember to quickly to rush over “Prince!”
Matthew slowly got to his feet and chuckled “I’m alright, just a bit damaged.” He chuckled.
“H-How a-are ya doin’ all this?” Applejack asked in utter shock.
“Ember why don’t we take a break.” Matthew said.
“I’ll get us some dinner.” Ember took off into the sky leaving the two alone.
“It’s what we saiyans do, we are warriors who fight for peace for all to live.” Matthew said walking up to her “What you just say was just a bit of what Ember and I can do, this is the ki I was talking about with you at the dance.”
“Y-Ya said every creature can do this?” Applejack asked.
“I can teach you if you want?” Matthew said.
“A-Ah would like ta learn.” Applejack said.
Matthew notices the sun still in the sky “Alright, I can teach you the basics for now.”
“O-Okay.” Applejack stuttered as she felt her cheeks heat up.
Matthew sat down on the grass “Sit down please.” He said. Applejack quickly sat down “Now, place your hands like this.” Matthew brought his fingertips together “Now, I want you to clear your mind, slowly let your energy flow through your body like a river.”
Applejack closed her eyes as she focused on what Matthew had said “H-How do ah know if I feel the power?”
“Focus on your heart, that’s where your ki resides.” Matthew said “Draw the energy from the memories of friends, family, or someone you love.” He said as a yellow light appeared in his hands.
Applejack through deep down and slowly felt the energy flow through her. She opened her eyes to see a small yellow light before her “A-Ah see it!” She felt the ball grow a bit bigger.
“Now, try and control your energy.” Matthew notices his scouter going off and he was shocked to see her power level was over eight thousand. “I’m surprised to see how strong you are.” Matthew said.
“I-Is that good?” Applejack asked as the light faded.
“Yes, your power level is passed eight thousand.” He said “It’s not as strong as me but you would be able to fight off many saiyans.”
“How strong are you?” Applejack asked.
“Well after the battle with Black my powers increased from one hundred and eighty thousand to three hundred thousand.” Matthew said “After this battle with Ember I believe my power level will grow even stronger.”
“Are you and Ember the strongest?”
“Ember and I are weaker, my brother and sister are stronger than me and so is my father.” Matthew said “However, King Ice would be the strongest, reason why we follow him, he is using his strength for good and we saiyans want to help those who need it.”
Ember returned as she pulled out a small capsule and clicked it and a bunch of food appeared “Eat up.” Ember said with a smile.
Applejack watched as the two saiyans just started eating. She was in shock to see them scoff down their dinner.
After everything was gone “Ah think Ah’m gonna head ta bed, it’s getting late.”
“Goodnight Applejack.” They both said as Applejack left the two saiyans to train.
Applejack sat on her bed, she was focusing on the energy inside her as the yellow ball returned.
“T-This power, ah wonder how dash will feel when she see’s me flyin’.” Applejack chuckled.
Three weeks had gone by. Applejack learned how to fly thanks to the saiyans. She began to grow even stronger as she finally started seeing them fight.
Today however Ember was resting leaving Applejack and Matthew to train. She was learning new fighting moves.
“When can Ah learn that one attack that Ember used on ya the first day ya trained here?” Applejack asked.
“That move takes time to master.” Matthew said “My master back on earth taught me it and it took time.” Matthew said “For now I shall teach you basic ki blasts.”
“Ya brought up earth a few times, is that where all saiyans are from?” Applejack asked.
“No, earth is where humans live.” Matthew said looking away from Applejack “My father, King Vegeta went to earth after his wife died to try and get over her death, nine months later I was born, I lived on earth with my mother for a few years, I trained under my mother and learned many skills.” Matthew walked passed Applejack and Applejack followed him “The, before my father returned, my mother came down with cancer and died before he could take her to the stars.”
“Ah’m sorry ta hear about ya mother.” Applejack said.
“It’s in the past.” Matthew said “I’ve grown stronger from her death, I fight for her.”
Matthew fired a ki blast and Applejack quickly blocked it and then she saw a fist “Never let your guard down!” Matthew said shocking Applejack. They began their brawl.
Ember walked down the path. She stopped in her tracks as she saw Matthew and Applejack sparring. This made her chuckle “I think he finally found someone.”
“Knew the half breed would fall in love with a filthy creature.” Ember jumped back as she saw Black standing there.
“Black! You finally show yourself!” Ember glared at Black as he chuckled.
“It took me time, now I can kill you two and take over this planet.” Black rushed towards Ember. She was sent flying towards Applejack and Matthew. Ember slowly got back to her feet as Black walked forwards “Taking you two out will be easy.” Black said chuckling.
“Black!” Matthew rushed towards Black and punching him in the face sending him flying.
Black got back onto his feet and he smiled “You will die by my hands!” Matthew started sending furious of fists at Black as he dodged each attack.
Ember got back onto her feet “Applejack take shelter, Black is not one who will spear your life.” Ember said looking at Applejack, she went to run when she was cut off by King Ice “King Ice! I am glad you came.”
King Ice just smiled “You about let one get away Black.” King Ice said using his tail to send Applejack flying.
“What are you doing!?” Ember yelled getting ready for a fight.
“I’ve had enough of you Saiyans.” King Ice said rushing towards Ember and punching her in the gut and slamming her into the ground.
Matthew felt his rage growing “YOU DARE BETRAYED THOSE WHO HELP YOU!?” Matthew yelled unleashing a large amount of energy and punching Black in the gut causing him to kneel as Matthew rushed towards King Ice “I WILL END YOU!”
Matthew landed his fist on King Ice’s cheek sending him flying “How dare you lay your filthy monkey hands on me!” King Ice yelled getting up off the ground.
“You can’t defeat the both of us now Matthew.” Black said walking forwards “Ember is out, you're alone.”
Matthew looked at the two as he knew he was out numbered.
“He’s not alone!” The three looked at Applejack who was standing up “Ya wanna fight! The let’s fight!” Applejack rushed towards Black and started sending waves of fists catching the saiyan off guard.
Matthew rushed towards King Ice as the two engaged in their fight. King Ice landed a punch on Matthew and he did the same.
Ember slowly got up off the ground as she reached into her pocket and pulled out a small green bean “I’ll give Matthew this and then I’ll handle Black while he handles King Ice.” Ember used the rest of her energy and rushed towards Matthew and King Ice and landed a punch on King Ice sending him back “Take this!”
Matthew ate the green bean and smile as he felt his energy returned. He chuckled as looked at Ember “Give Applejack a senzu bean and you take one as well, you’ll need the energy.” Ember rushed towards Black as Matthew powered up.
“You’ve regained your strength I see.” King Ice said walking back towards him.
“Now we are even Ice.” Matthew said walking forwards as well “I do not know why you have turned on those who are loyal to you.” Matthew felt the rage flow through him “Tell me, why?”
Ice chuckled “I guess I shall tell you before you die, ever since my careless brother was killed and his dark secret of him using poison on his enemies I had to double my efforts to hide my secret army.” Ice tail slammed down to the ground “You saiyans are getting too close to my secret, since Black hates all saiyans he was perfect to wipe you all out, however since these months have gone by you have grown stronger and I want you dead.”
“I will stop you, I will win.” Matthew rushed towards Ice as their fists made contact sending waves of energy outwards.
Ember and Applejack used their energy blasts to send Black flying backwards.
“D-Damn it!” Black yelled getting back to his feet “A worthless saiyan and a pony pushing me back!” Black energy grew as he rushed towards the two.
Ice slammed right into Black causing them both to land hard onto the ground “Both of you will pay for your crimes!” Matthew yelled landing next to Applejack and Ember.
Black and Ice got back to their feet and looked at the three. Ice grabbed the back of Black’s head “It’s time I take your energy for myself Black, you have outlived your usefulness.”
“N-No! I-I can kill these saiyan scu-” His words were cut off as his energy left his body and he back lifeless. Ice dropped Black’s body as he began to glow and he transformed into his final form.
“My final form is even more powerful thanks to Black.” Ice chuckled “It’s time for you to die!” A beam of light went through Ember’s chest.
“Ember!” Matthew rushed towards Ember and held her “D-Don’t you dare die, t-that’s an order!”
Ember placed her hand onto his cheek “K-Kill him.” Her eyes closed as she died.
Matthew felt his rage grow even more as he stood and looked at Ice “Applejack, take Ember’s body somewhere safe, I’m ending this now!” Matthew rushed towards Ice.
Applejack quickly rushed to Ember’s body and carried it away.
“I’ll kill her next Matthew!” Ice rushed towards Matthew as well.
Matthew got the first punch and sent Ice flying backwards, Matthew quickly teleported backwards and kicked him in the back sending him flying once again.
Applejack reached her home and placed Ember’s body on the front porch.
“Well well well, look what the cat dragged in boy’s.” Applejack saw a bunch of Ice’s men standing around her farm “Looks like we are gonna have a bit of fun with her.”
Applejack stood onto her feet and got ready for a fight.
Applejack took on the men one by one, knocking out each one of Ice’s men as she fought to stay alive.
A soldier snuck up behind Applejack and was about to shoot her when he exploded causing Applejack to look behind her to see Matthew in the air “Watch your back! Focus on their energ-” Matthew’s words were cut off as he was sent flying into the barn.
“Matthew!” Applejack yelled rushing towards the barn.Applejack was sent flying backwards as the barn exploded “No!”
“Don’t worry my dear, your death will be quick.” Ice said landing behind her.
“I don’t think so Ice!” Matthew yelled walking out of the smoke and fire “I’m still alive, I won’t let you kill anyone!”
Ice wrapped his tail around Applejack’s neck and holding her up, she tried to break free “Before she dies I’ll let you in on something Pince Matthew, you are the last remaining saiyan!” Ice chuckled “Black destroyed your planet and every saiyan on it, he then hunted down your brother and sister and killed them.” Ice held Applejack up for Matthew to watch “And now, I will kill her then you.” With a quick movement of his tail he snapped her neck.
“NOOOO!” Matthew yelled rushing towards Applejack’s lifeless body. Matthew held her body in his hands as Ice laughed.
The clouds started to grow dark as rain fell from the sky. Matthew stood there, holding her body, the words Ice spoke. He was the last saiyan, his family, his people gone, and now the one person he was falling in love with was now dead in his arms.
Lighting lit up the sky as Matthew lowered Applejack’s body as he stood.
“Y-You will pay.” Rage flowed through his body as the ground started to shake and rocks slowly floated into the air as he felt his body grow powerful.
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAA!” With a burst of energy Ice was sent flying backwards as Matthew was covered in a golden aura as his eyes were slowly fading from their dark brown to emerald green. His hair flashed gold.
“W-What is going on!?” Ice asked getting back to his feet as she saw Matthew let out another powerful yell.
Matthew’s hair was not fully golden and his eyes glowing emerald green “YOU WILL DIE!” The ground broke as Matthew rushed towards Ice and punched him in the stomach sending him flying “Behold the legendary Super Saiyan!” Matthew yelled sending wave after wave of punches at Ice.
The wind grow and the rain poured as the lighting flashed everywhere “No!” Ice rushed towards Matthew as they engaged in their fight.
Twilight landed just outside of Applejack’s farm as she saw bodies lying everywhere. She then saw Applejack’s body lying in the mud. She rushed over towards Applejack’s body “A-Applejack! N-No, they got you too.” Tears fell down her cheek.
“AHHHHHHH!” Twilight heard a scream and saw King Ice and a blond hair person fighting.
“I-Is this person here to help?” Twilight asked outloud.
“P-Princess T-Twilight.” Twilight looked at the porch and saw Ember laying there, she rushed over towards her.
“W-What is going on?” Twilight asked.
“H-He became a-a super saiyan.” Ember smiled “I-In tp-the guest house i-is senzu b-beans, g-get them and g-give me o-ne.” She said feeling weak.
Twilight quickly rushed towards the guest house and grabbed a small bag full of green beans. She rushed back and gave Ember one.
“Thank you Twilight, if I didn’t slow my heart when I did, I would have died by his hands.” Ember said looking at Ice “Is everyone in town alright?” Ember asked.
“No, Ice men started attacking and killing everyone.” Tears formed in her eyes “T-They killed my friends.”
Ember placed her hand on Twilight shoulder “We will bring them back, we know a place where we can wish back those who were killed.” Ember looked at Matthew who was fighting Ice. Ember felt the rage building up inside her “Get somewhere safe.” Ember said powering up and flying off towards them fighting.
Twilight rushed over towards Applejack’s body and picked her up and carried her towards the house.
Ember flew up towards Matthew and hovered there “E-Ember!? H-How?”
“I slowed down my heart to keep myself from bleeding out, I came too just a few minutes ago, thanks to Princess Twilight for giving me a senzu bean.” Ember said looking at Ice “It’s time we finish this!”
Matthew and Ember both rushed towards Ice as they punched him in the gut, face, chest.
Ice knew he was done for, however he wasn’t going to let them win. He used his power to push them back and brought out his hand and a giant black purple energy ball “THIS PLANET WILL BE YOUR GRAVE!” He yelled.
Matthew and Ember landed on the ground “Ember! Use what I thought you!”
The two brought their hands together “KAMEHAMEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!” They shot their double kamehameha at the sphere and sending it back at Ice. He tried to escape the blast only to be engulfed in the energy. It exploded sending a wave of energy sending Matthew and Ember flying backwards.
Ice was no more. His body was destroyed by the blast and the two saiyans laid there in the mud.
“G-Good job.” Matthew said looking at Ember.
“S-Same to you.” Ember said grinning.
Matthew got to his feet and helped Ember to her feet “Ice ship should be somewhere, there might be some men there but we can handle them.”
“W-Where are you going?” Twilight asked.
“Namek.” Matthew said taking off into the sky with Ember by his side.
The two saiyans ship landed outside of a Namekian village. The Namekians gathered around the ship as the doors opened up and Matthew and Ember walked out.
“Matthew!” A Namekian said “It is great to see you once again, what bring you here?”
“I’ve come to use those wishes you offered me.” Matthew said.
Without any words the Namekian warriors took off to gather the dragon balls leaving them alone.
“We are glad you have decided to use the wishes.” The Namekian said.
“I’m afraid these wishes won’t be for me, they will be used to bring back those who have died and a planet.” Matthew said.
“I am sorry to hear that, we are honored to help the great protector.” He said.
After an hour they had brought the dragon balls before them.
The sky grew dark as a giant dragon appeared “Behold Porunga!” The elder Namekian said.
“We shall translate your wish, so speak.” The elder Namekian said.
“First wish, we wish back the planet Sadla.” Matthew said.
The dragon’s eyes lit up and it spoke in the Namekian language “Your wish has been granted, next wish please.” The elder Namekian said.
“We wish for every everyone who was killed by Black and Ice and their men to be brought back to life.”
Twilight sat there with her friends bodies, tears were still running down her cheeks.
She then saw a her friends wounds healed and her eyes widen.
“What is your final wish?” The elder Namekian asked.
“My final wish, I wish for King Ice and Black to never be brought back again.” Matthew said.
“M-Matt, a-are you sure you want to wish that?” Ember asked “Y-You could bring back your mother.”
“I made a promise to my mother to not use the dragon balls to bring her back.” Matthew said “And I am sure about this wish, I do not want them to return to kill anyone anymore.”
With his final wish granted Matthew and Ember said their goodbyes to the Namekians and went on their way.
Matthew sat in his chair as their ship flew through space.
“I’m getting a signal, your father is trying to find you.” Ember said with a smile.
“Return the signal and inform him we are heading back to planet Equestria. I have to make sure the people there are alright and I will be home soon.” He said as he stood “Ember, I think you can reach super saiyan too.” He said looking at her.
“Y-You think I can become a super saiyan?” Ember asked shocked.
“During the double kamehameha I sensed the same energy that flowed through me when fighting Ice.” He walked up to Ember “With training I believe we could unlock the power within you.”
“Right now I think we should rest after what happened.” Ember said “I’m sure Applejack will help you train.” She chuckled.
“Something still puzzles me tho.” Matthew said looking out into space.
“What’s that?” Ember asked.
“Why did Ice steal Black’s energy? I feel if he didn’t do that we might have had a longer fight.” Matthew said “Do you think maybe, he wanted to end the whole saiyan race with his own hands?”
“He might have, I wouldn’t really know.” Ember said “All I know is they are both dead.”
Matthew closed his eyes “When one evil falls another will take it’s place, we must be ready for that day.” He thought as they headed to Equestria.
The ponies were rebuilding their homes after Ice and his men attacked and destroyed many homes.
Applejack was standing in front of the burned down barn “Ah can’t believe what has happened.”
“I still can’t believe he actually brought everyone back to life.” Twilight said holding her cup of coffee.
Dash came walking up to the two “I got most of the town to come help rebuild the barn.”
“Ya don’t have ta worry about that right now, Ponyville has to rebuild, my farm can wait.” Applejack said.
“I hope Ember and I can help rebuild.” The three turned their heads to see Matthew and Ember standing there.
“Ya alright!” Applejack said rushing over towards them and pulling them both into a hug.
“I’m glad to see you are alright as well.” Matthew said hugging back “King Ice and Black won’t bothering us again.”
“What about the remaining forces?” Twilight asked.
“Those who were loyal to Ice are being locked away or are in hiding.” Ember said “The other saiyans are taking over the forces and are gonna continue to protect those who need it.”
“My brother and sister are leading the fight.” Matthew said “I’m gonna help rebuild things here.”
With everything they needed Matthew and Ember helped rebuild what they could of the barn.
After two weeks of fixing and rebuilding the two Princesses threw a party for the two saiyans warriors thanking them for saving their world.
Matthew was given a tux by Rarity as a thank you and Matthew was dying in the suit.
Applejack walked up to Matthew causing him to blush. Before him stood Applejack wearing a beautiful red dress “Care ta dance?” Applejack asked.
Matthew took her hand and they walked onto the dance floor. Matthew held her close as they danced “I think you should come to earth with me.” He said as they danced.
“Why earth?” Applejack asked looking into his dark brown eyes.
“I want to visit my home before I stay here.” He said looking into her emerald eyes.
“What makes ya wanna stay here?” Applejack asked as her cheeks were burning hot.
“I believe I found a place I feel at home at.” He slowly leaned in and kissed her lips. She kissed him back as they slowly started to hover in the air.
Deep in the far reaches of space, a ship floated through the dark space.
“It would seem a member of my clan has died.” A cold voice said. A shadowy figure moved towards a chair that the voice came from “The universe will know the true terror of Lord Freeza!”
The shadowy figure moved out into the light, his big spiky hair stuck out from the other crew members on the ship “Shall I take care the saiyan who killed him?”
“No Kakarot, we shall go to the outer rim planets and build our army.” Freeza said smiling “For now, we wait and see what this saiyan can do.” Freeza started laughing.
