A not so shy Fluttershy part 1: Play time's over
"Sleep soundly no longer Miss Fluttershy."
Fluttershy gasps and bolts up in a sitting position in her bed. Beads of sweat cover her face while she scans the room. It was too dark to see, so she waits for her eyes to adjust. Once she could see, she finds herself looking at a shadowy figure opposite from where she was sitting. Fluttershy stares at it, petrified, afraid to do anything for the chance of it harming her. After a minute passes, Fluttershy gathers up enough courage to squeak out a frightened, “who are you?"
The figure softly laughs sending a chill down her spine. It whispers, “tomorrow we'll play," he laughs a bit louder then disappears leaving Fluttershy in a state of shock. She lies back down and tries to go to sleep, but the thought of what the figure said keeps tugging at the back of her mind. After a few restless hours her exhausted mind shuts down causing Fluttershy to finally fall back to sleep.
Fluttershy wakes up and stares at her clock, after a while she turns her head to the right to see a cup of tea sitting on her night stand. Next to the tea she sees a letter that read ~it's time~. Fluttershy looks on the back expecting a signature, but finds only a picture of an open door leading to some sort light. There was also a shadow of a pony stretched across the floor in the picture. For a moment she was surprised, “who could have sent me this tea and why?" She thinks. She shakes her head, “there’s nothing to worry about," she tells herself. Fluttershy gets out of bed, eats, and starts her morning chores.
After Fluttershy gets done with eating and tending to her chores, she leaves the cottage to see her friends. First she goes to Applejack's to help buck apple trees, but since Fluttershy wasn't that strong she picks them off instead. When she finished Applejack made some apple juice or her and Fluttershy.
During their conversation they hear Rainbow Dash yell from above, "hey you two," she flies down and lands next to them. "Do you guys want to watch me and some other ponies’ race?" asks Rainbow Dash.
"I can't today Rainbow I got work that still needs to be done," explains Applejack.
Rainbow Dash looks at Fluttershy," I'd love to see you race," Fluttershy says with a smile.
They both fly off together towards Cloudsdale. After the race, Fluttershy thanks Rainbow Dash for inviting her and leaves; while she was leaving Fluttershy finds a note which reads ~why won't you play with me~. It also had the same picture on the back, but she shrugs it off and goes to Pinkie's to bake cookies.
Once Fluttershy got inside Sugar Cube Corner she goes over to the counter where Mrs. Cake was standing. "I'm guessing your here to see Pinkie Pie aren't you?" asks Mrs. Cake, "She’s in the kitchen waiting for you."
Fluttershy nods and walks into the kitchen only to find Pinkie Pie covered in flour from head to hoof. They both start laughing so hard that their sides started to hurt; after a while they stopp and cleaned up the flour. They make so much cookie dough though, that takes them hours to bake; they didn't care how long it took, as long as they were having fun in the process. By the time they were done baking and cleaning it was dark outside. Fluttershy packs up and starts heading for the door only to slip on some cookie dough. She lands directly on her her wing.
"Oops, I guess we didn't get all the cookie dough cleaned up," said Pinkie, “Are you okay?" Fluttershy gets back up and looks at her wings, they look fine but she feels a little pain in her right one.
"I'm fine," Fluttershy lies not wanting Pinkie to worry. When Fluttershy reaches the door there was another note taped on the door knob that reads ~I'm done asking~. The picture shows the same shadow, but this time, the shadow was holding a knife. She takes a step back.
Pinkie looks at her, "You look pale," she says, but at this moment Fluttershy losses it.
She starts to panic; all she could think about was getting to Twilight's house, so she runs. There was just enough light from the moon to let her see the road in front of her. After a while she starts to tire out and begins walking. While she's walking she sees the outline of Twilight's tree, Fluttershy gets a sense of relief. She starts to pass an alleyway when a bat hits her in the side of the head. She tries to scream but she is to dazed to even move. She feels a darkness pass over her before blacking out.

A not so shy Fluttershy part 2: Fluttershy's copy
Fluttershy slowly opens her eyes; her head pounding. She tries to move, but her legs are strapped down to a metal table and her wings tied to her sides. Her head is the only thing not strapped down, so she looks around the room. Straight ahead of her Fluttershy sees a mirror; she also sees a big bruise on the side of her head where the bat had made contact. Next to the mirror was a dark room and in that room she could barely see a shadowy figure. Fluttershy's heart skipps a beat, 'is that the same figure from my room?' she thinks.
The figure walks into the light; it was a stallion. "You can call me Dr. Birch," he says, "let's get started shall we?" Dr.Birch pulls out a syringe.
Fluttershy looks at the needle, "What are you going to do?" she asks.
"Oh, I'm just going to take some of your blood to make a copy of you," states Dr. Birch, “Then I'm going to have that copy kill all of your little friends."
Fluttershy's eyes start to water "k-kill?" She asks.
Dr. Birch laughed then says, "why yes, and we'll start with the weakest one, you." He sticks the needle into her leg drawing out some blood. Streams of tears fall down Fluttershy's face at the thought of her friends being dead.
She asks in a shaken up voice "w-won't the co-copy be like me?"
Dr. Birch chuckles at her question as if it were a joke, "if it was just your blood, then yes," he explains, "but it's going to be mixed with the blood of a dragon; he's both aggressive and blood thirsty." He goes back into the dark room; from the room Fluttershy hears a click, she's then blinded for a couple seconds. As soon as Fluttershy could see again she opens her mouth in awe and in fear. What she sees in the room was a big machine; next to it was a seduced dragon that was in a cage. Dr. Birch starts to hum while he pours her blood into the machine. The machine starts to shake; after a while it makes a strange buzzing sound. The sound of a door opening came from the room, but Fluttershy couldn't see where it was opening from.
Dr. Birch walks out of the room and stands in front of her. "Let me introduce you to Anti-shy," he says happily. A yellow Pegasus walks into the room; she looks exactly like Fluttershy. The only physical difference between the two was their eyes. Fluttershy's eyes were a light blue color while her copy's were a light green. The two stare at each other for a while, only for their eye contact to be severed by a roar. "Looks like the dragon's awake," says Dr. Birch excitedly, "let's test our copy's creativity." Fluttershy hears clicking sounds from within the room. She looked inside and sees the caged dragon ascending up through a hole in the ceiling. When she looks back Anti-shy was gone, but she could be heard trotting away.
"Where's she going?" asked Fluttershy.
Dr. Birch looks at Fluttershy and says, "She’s going to go kill the dragon, and until she's finished you're going to take a little nap." He pulls out another syringe and sticks it into her other leg injecting her with an anesthetic; within seconds she falls asleep.
When Fluttershy wakes up she finds herself lying on a soft sandy surface. She looks up; what she sees almost makes her vomit. Lying on the ground in front of her is the dragon. Its eyes were gauged out of its sockets, it was missing chunks of flesh all over its body. Worse of all, its torso was ripped open revealing it's broken ribs, punctured lungs, and missing heart. Fluttershy looks beyond the dragon and sees Anti-shy wielding a bloody combat knife in her mouth. She has no injuries and wore the smile of a maniac. Fluttershy slowly gets up, not wanting to fall back on the ground. She looks around, the walls had mold on them and there was no ceiling. 'Where am I' Fluttershy thinks.
"I see you're finally awake," Dr. Birch’s voice echoes, "welcome, to the abandoned arena."
Fluttershy looks around some more before seeing him, standing behind her, “why did you kill that dragon?" she asks.
"It's so I can see if Anti-shy is ready or not," replies Dr. Birch, “and it looks like she is."
Not breaking eye contact Fluttershy asks, “what about me then, why am I here?"
Dr. Birch laughs, “do you not remember our conversation?" He asks, "I said you were going to die. Of course, since you're the weakest, she'll go easy on you." He nods at Anti-shy who drops the knife and waits impatiently for Dr. Birch to say the word. "I'll be back in a bit, have fun." Dr. Birch tells Anti-shy as he walks through the only exit.
Right when he says those words, Anti-shy flies up into the air, and starts circling Fluttershy like a hawk circling its prey. Anti-shy then advances on Fluttershy with a thirst for blood in her eyes. She strikes down at Fluttershy with her hoof. Fluttershy side steps her attack at the last second. Anti-shy sees this, so she quickly turns and bucks Fluttershy in the face. A sickening crunch echoes throughout the arena; she falls to the ground and starts whimpering. Fluttershy tries to get back up, but Anti-shy is already a step ahead of her. The copy jumps onto Fluttershy's back and bites into her wing. Anti-shy twists Fluttershy's wing and pulls it towards her snapping the bone in half. Fluttershy starts screaming once the pain fully registers. Anti-shy digs her teeth deeper into the wing and pulls up. The sound of tearing flesh could hardly be heard over the screaming. She pulls one more time and the wing detaches from its owner. Blood gushes from the freshly made wound; the wing falls on the ground next to the injured pony. Fluttershy slowly turns on to her side only to get a hoof forcefully rammed into her gut. This makes her vomit a mixture of blood and stomach acid. Anti-shy swings again, but is stopped by Dr. Birch.
"It's time to go," he tells her.
Anti-shy looks at Dr. Birch," I was starting to have fun," she complains.
He lets go of Anti-shy's hoof, "I bet you were," Dr. Birch states, "but if we don't go now we'll miss our train to Ponyville."
Anti-shy nods, but looks at Fluttershy, "what do we do with her?" she asks.
"Just let her bleed out, nopony's out here, so she has no chance of surviving," he exclaims as he walks through the exit. Anti-shy fallows him out the door; they were gone, leaving the Pegasus to die.
'So this is how it ends for me' Fluttershy sadly thinks. She closes her eyes; the last thing seen being a blurred outline of a pony.

A not so shy Fluttershy part 3: An apple has fallen
"You know what you must do, right?" Dr. Birch asks Anti-shy.
She gives a slight nod then replies, "I must act like Fluttershy and kill when least expected."
Dr. Birch smiles at her answer, "good, good... your first target is an orange earth pony named Apple Jack; we don't want anypony knowing who's behind the killings," he explains, "so kill them individually if possible."
The train pulls up to the station as he finishes his explanation. "I guess you're not coming with?" Anti-shy asks curiously.
Dr. Birch shakes his head slowly then says, "I must stay, there's still much to do with so little time. I'll give you this so I can tell you who your next will be," he hands her a book, "write in it and I'll be able to see your progress. I have the other book of course." The whistle from train goes off, "you better go before your ride leaves," Dr. Birch tells Anti-shy as he walks away.
'Well, I guess It's time to get to work,' she thinks while getting on the back of the train.
She looks around for a seat, while the train takes off, to find them all full as she goes on to the next cart. Every single seat was filled from the back to the front, 'this big of a train and not a single empty seat,' Anti-shy thinks. She feels like a ton of eyes are being pelted into her back making her tense up, she hates being stared at. She turns around to see how many where staring only to see everypony minding their own business, everypony except for one. Sitting about five rows down was a pink pony who was staring right at Anti-shy with a huge smile on her face. 'that's one of the ponies the doctor described' "Pinkie," she finishes her thought with a whisper.
"I FOUND HER," Pinkie yells, making everypony stop what they were doing and stare at Anti-shy. After a painfully long silence everypony went back to what they were doing except for Pinkie and four other ponies who were sitting around her. 'looks like the whole groups here,' Anti-shy thought as she walked over to them, 'to bad I can't just end them all here and now, but orders are orders.' she stops next to Pinkie who scoots over to make room squishing Apple Jack against the window of the train in the process.
"Too... Tight... Pinkie..." Apple Jack manages to say as her face smudges up against the glass.
Pinkie scoots back over a bit, "oops, sorry AJ," she giggles.
Anti-shy sits down and closes her eyes, 'why can't I just kill the annoying pink one first?' she thinks.
"So where have you been Fluttershy?" Twilight asks.
Apple Jack reaches behind Pinkie and puts her hoof on Anti-shy's shoulder, "Pinkie Pie told us what happened a couple days ago at Sugar Cube Corner, said ya ran off all scared like."
"We went to see if you were home darling, but when we reached your cottage, you were nowhere to be found," Rarity adds.
Before Anti-shy could reply the train starts slowing down, "looks like were back, alright!," Rainbow Dash states excitedly as she looks out the window on her side.
Anti-shy gets up and walks to the exit with the rest of them right behind her. 'I need to isolate Apple Jack from the rest of them somehow,' she thinks as she gets off the train, 'but how can I do that without arousing suspicion all over town?' A hoof taps her on the shoulder, Anti-shy looks over.
Apple Jack is standing there with a concerned look, "hey sugar cube, are you alright cause ya seem kinda distant."
Anti-shy nods, "I'm fine, just a little tired," she lies. She looks over to see where the others were but they weren't there anymore.
Apple Jack notices this and says, "they're all probably headin to Sugar Cube Corner, we should catch up with them." Anti-shy smiles, 'this is perfect, just absolutely perfect,'
"Ya ready?" Apple Jack asks
"actually," Anti-shy pauses, "I need help on a personal matter."
Apple Jack smiles softly at her, "well why didn't ya just say that before when the others were around, do ya not trust them?"
"it's not that," Anti-shy replies, "it's just I feel more comfortable around you, like you'd understand it more than the others"
"Oh," Apple Jack thinks , "how about we talk about this at my house. Since Apple Bloom, Granny Smith, and Big Macintosh are away on delivery, that leaves me in charge of Sweet Apple Acres."
"How long will it they be away for?" Anti-shy asks with a hint of curiosity.
Apple Jack thinks about it for a moment then says, "I recon they'll all be back in 'bout a week or so, we won't be bothered by anypony."
"Yay," Anti-shy says, 'for me,' she finishes in thought as they walk to Apple Jack's farm. It wasn't long before they were on the front porch of Apple Jack's home, "I'm gonna go make us up some apple cider," Apple Jack says as she opens the front door, "ya just go sit down and make yourself at home." They both went inside; Anti-shy closes and locks the door. she calmly walks into the kitchen, sits down at the kitchen table, and quietly watches Apple Jack as she makes the cider. Apple Jack pours it into two mugs, "It's nice and cold," she says as she carries the mugs to the table and places one in front of Anti-shy. "so what did ya want to talk to me about?"
Anti-shy grabs her mug, "your funeral," she replies simply. She takes a sip of her cider and chuckles silently at the confusion on Apple Jack's face.
"What do you m..." Anti-shy slams the mug upside Apple Jack's head cutting her question off. The mug broke as soon as it made contact with Apple Jack's skull making her stumble out of her seat. Her eyes fill up with anger, "you're not Fluttershy,' she stated bluntly as she slowly slides towards the counter where all of the kitchen knives were.
Anti-shy laughs, "took you long enough to figure that out." Apple Jack gets up as quick as she can, pulls out the biggest knife, and throws it at Anti-shy's head. Anti-shy catches it with the blade only being an inch away from her forehead, "nice throw," she complements Apple Jack, "but you're going to have to try harder than that if you want to avenge your little friend." she opens her eyes and looks directly at Apple Jack, she places the knife on the table without breaking contact from her target.
"YOU KILLED FLUTTERSHY!?!," Apple Jack yells the question furiously, her body shakes with anger as she pulls out another large knife.
"Glad to see that you're finally figuring stuff out for yourself," Anti-shy says as she fiddles with her knife, "you should've heard her screams, they were like music to the ears of the damned." Apple Jack couldn't take it anymore, she lunges at Anti-shy putting all of her rage into it. Anti-shy grabs her knife and flips the table on its side shielding herself from Apple Jack's attack. Apple Jack sees this and jumps over the table, she swipes down at Anti-shy only to clash against her opponent's knife. Anti-shy smirks, "I see why you were my first target," she maneuvers herself off the ground and around Apple Jack who falls into the table. Anti-shy stabs her knife into Apple Jack's hind leg, "you're tough and quick; if I take you out first then the other four should be easier to deal with."
Apple Jack bucks Anti-shy off with her good leg, she then pulls out the knife and gets up, "I won't let you do that!"
Anti-shy stumbles into the living room laughing, "I guess we'll see then won't we." Apple Jack charges at Anti-shy but she moves aside, Apple Jack slams into the front door. She shakes her head rapidly to get rid of the dizziness then looks to see where Anti-shy was, but she wasn't in the room anymore.
Apple Jack turns around to open the door but the handle wouldn't turn, she unlocks it and opens the door only to see Anti-shy standing there. "how'd you get there!?" she asks with surprise in her voice as she backs away.
Anti-shy walks in and kicks the door shut, "While you were busy bashing your face into the door, I took the liberty of exiting through the back and circling around to the front." She swiftly moves to Apple Jack's ear and whispers, "don't even try to escape through the back because I broke the lock after locking it. Besides you won't be alive long enough to do much of anything." Apple Jack, who was still holding her knife, goes to stab Anti-shy's throat only to have her hoof caught. Anti-shy snaps Apple Jack's pastern bone backwards making her yelp in pain. Her knife falls to the ground, "everypony has their breaking point," Anti-shy explains as she walks behind Apple Jack, "we just have to find yours." She kicks Apple Jack in the back as hard as she could shattering Apple Jack's spine right in the middle making her crumble to the floor. Apple Jack uses her only good hoof to slowly inch her way to the knife which laid on the floor. "I see you still think you have a chance," Anti-shy says as she picks up the knife, she tilts her head slightly at Apple Jack as if in a deep thought, "what? Do you want this?" she asks. Anti-shy stabs the knife into Apple Jack's eye, "well here you go," she slowly twists the knife around inside her victim's eye socket, peeling away whatever was left of the eye. A pool of blood covers the floor as Apple Jack's screams fills the house. "I THINK WE FOUND YOUR BREAKING POINT," Anti-shy yelled over Apple Jack's screaming. Apple Jack's screams slowly turn into whining then into nothing as her voice fails to keep going, she weakly grabs onto Anti-shy's front leg. Anti-shy lowers herself to eye level with Apple Jack and pulls the knife out of her socket, "you're one hell of a fighter," she says placing the knife against Apple Jack's neck, "but it's time for you to go now." she slides the knife quickly across Apple Jack's throat slicing it open; her lifeless body hits the ground. Anti-shy closes the curtains, locks the door as she leaves, and heads to Fluttershy's cottage. Once inside she pulls the book that Dr. Birch gave her out of her satchel and writes ~Apple Jack has been eliminated~.
It didn't take long before there was a response ~that's wonderful news; your next target it Pinkie Pie... It also seems that somepony has taken the body of our yellow friend~. Anti-shy stares at these words for a while, 'who would bother taking a dead pony?' she asks herself in thought. She closes the book, heads upstairs, and climbs into Fluttershy's bed, 'it doesn't matter, we'll have more fun tomorrow,' she drifts of to sleep.

A not so shy Fluttershy part 4: Where it begins
Fluttershy opens her eyes and moans as the aftereffect of what happened in the arena kicks in. She slowly sits up on what felt like a bed, she couldn't see much of anything because of the absence of light in the room. Fluttershy scans the darkness till her eyes stop and lie upon a line of light which stretched a bit across the ground, 'that must be the door,' she thinks. She tries to quickly get off the bed but a sharp pain arises from her back making her fall off instead.
A running sound comes from outside the door before it bursts open and slams against the wall, "are you okay? I heard something hit the ground." The pony sees Fluttershy and rushes to her side, she flinches when he tries to help her up, "I won't hurt you," he says.
His words made Fluttershy feel a little bit safer for some reason but she wanted to make sure, "promise?" she asks.
"I promise," he replies, "by the way my name's William Birch," he helps Fluttershy to her hoofs.
His name started to peak Fluttershy's curiosity, "do you know somepony by the name of Dr. Birch?" she asks.
William's facial expression turns deadly, "that ungrateful psychopath can burn for all I care," he says bitterly. Fluttershy sees that he was biting back the urge to scream out his next thought, so she backs away a bit and keeps quiet. After a few tremulant breaths William calms down, "I made some sandwiches for you for when you woke up," he says quietly as he starts walking towards the open door, "come, I'll show you where the dining room is." Fluttershy follows William out into the hallway, she turns right and finds herself looking at a closed door with a sighn which read ~no trespassing~. "Don't go in there," William warns, "this way please."
Fluttershy turns around and follows him down the hallway, "was that your room bedroom back there?" she asks as they enter the living room.
William stops walking, "no, the room you slept in is my bedroom," he replies, "the room next to it is of no concern to you till I deem necessary." He turns and faces Fluttershy, "the food is sitting on the table," he tells her, he shows her to the dining room.
Fluttershy sits down but doesn't eat, "sorry for mentioning that one pony's name," she says as she stares at the sandwiches in front of her.
"Don't be, you were just curious. Why wouldn't you be?," he asks, "would you like to know about Dr. Birch?"
Fluttershy looks up at him and nods, "yes please," she replies.
William sighs, "very well... Dr. Birch's name is actually John Birch and yes, I know him," he sits down across from Fluttershy, "he's my father."
Hearing this makes Fluttershy scoot the plate of sandwiches back, she now lost her appetite completely, "what was he like?"
There was a short silence before he answers, "he was like any other father believe it or not, the kind you'd find playing catch with their child. That all changed as he began getting obsessed with his work, creating things that weren't meant to be created. He kept messing with forces he couldn't comprehend, I begged for him to stop many times but... He ignored me and continued experimenting as his sanity slowly slipped out of his grasp. After awhile he started to notice me but in the wrong ways."
"In what ways did he notice you?" Fluttershy asks daringly.
William gets up from his seat and walks to the entrance of the living room before stopping, "I'd rather not say," he sounded hurt but instantly clears up, "so if you're not going to eat then follow me. We have training to take care of." Fluttershy nods and follows William out of the kitchen and into the kitchen, he goes to a door opposite from the kitchen. He opens the door which leads into a dimly lit room, he walks in and starts setting up machinery in multiple areas of the room.
"what are you doing exactly?" Fluttershy asks as she walks into the room.
William ignores the question until he finishes setting up, he walks behind her and closes the door, "this is what we're going to be doing for awhile. We'll start off with your speed and reflex then advance from there." He nudges Fluttershy to the center of the room, "In order to fight properly you must keep an open mind of all possible positions of attacks," he explains, " I've seen you dodge one of your clone's attacks but you didn't see the second one coming right afterwards."
Fluttershy looks down at the floor, "I didn't know she was that quick," she says somewhat defensively.
All William does is smile, "that's why we're training you."
Fluttershy looks up at him, "then let's get started."
He nods, "we'll work on your reflex first," he goes to charge her with a tackle but she moves out of the way. He stops by digging his front hooves into the ground which makes his plot go up into the air. Using gravity to his advantage he bucks at Fluttershy at twice of his normal bucking speed and power. Fluttershy swiftly backs up, his back hooves only centimeters away from her forehead sending shivers throughout her body.
"still needs to be worked on," William states, "but it's a start," he walks over to one of the machines.
"What's that?" asks Fluttershy as she follows him to the machine.
He points it out, "it's a combination of two machines, one being a treadmill and the other being a rotating projectile attached to the end of the treadmill."
Fluttershy walks close up to the machine, "What do you want me to do?" she asks.
William smiles as he replies, "i'll start it on the slowest setting then gradually speed it up. Your job is to stay on the treadmill and dodge whatever comes at you," he sees the worry on her face, "I assure you it's nothing too dangerous, just playing cards. they are light, easy to curve, and really fast when coming at you. The worst it'll do is give you little paper cuts." Fluttershy, still a little worried, nods and gets on the treadmill as William turns it on making the conveyor belt slowly. Keeping her eyes on the now rotating projectile, Fluttershy begins to walk at the same rate of the treadmill. A card shoots out curving towards her legs, she jumps it with ease and continues to walk. William speeds it up tremendously, "we need for you to prepare for the unexpected," he says as he watches Fluttershy stumble. She soon regains balance as she keeps going at a slow running pace, cards shoot out three at a time now with each one curving randomly towards her. The speed of the treadmill keeps increasing until it reaches max. Fluttershy, sprinting as fast as she can, is barely able to stay on as she continues to dodge as many cards as she can. Half of the cards nick at her skin as the rest of them fly past her, she can feel her heart slamming against her rib cage.
The tiny cuts that the cards made stings from the sweat which covers her body, "please stop," she says with a heavy breath. William presses the stop button on the treadmill, the projectile stops spinning as the conveyor belt slows down to a stop. Fluttershy takes a wobbly step off, nearly falling from the numbness in her legs, "are we done?" she asks.
"for today, yes," he walks over to Fluttershy and helps her keep balanced, "tomorrow we'll work on your offense and defense."
She looks at him, "is there somewhere i can clean up?"
Nodding, he helps her into the living room, then to his room, "there's the bathroom," he points at a closed door, "and i'll leave some towels on the bed for you."
Fluttershy smiles, "thank you," she says before retreating to the bathroom, she closes the door and turns the shower on. She steps in and lets the water stream down her body, 'I don't want this... I don't want any of this,' Fluttershy thinks as she bows her head and weeps silently.

A not so shy Fluttershy part 5: An unexpected turn of events
"It' bleeding, it's pouring. The open wound is gory" Anti-shy looks around in what seems like a foggy void, trying to find where that distant singing was coming from. "You cut up my flesh and took out my heart, and you'll regret everything in the morning." As the singing went on, repeating over and over, it got louder; closer. Anti-shy fights back the sense of fear that tries enter her thoughts, 'where the hell am I?' she thinks still looking around.
"Turn and and face me little pony," A deep voice comes from behind Anti-shy, she turns around and meets eyes with a dragon. The dragon's emerald colored eyes seemed to glow a little in what felt like an endless fog, it's head was barely visible.
"Wait..." Anti-shy slowly put the pieces together in her mind, "you're supposed to be dead."
The dragon narrows his eyes at her, "i am dead you fool, what you see now is my spirit," the dragon circles Anti-shy, "and because my blood is in you, I can enter your dreams; toy with your mental stability if i wanted to. Did you not come close to shivering in fear at the sound of my voice?" Anti-shy's eyes widen, making the dragon chuckle in satisfaction, "the more you kill little pony, the more powerful my blood inside you gets; the less control you have mentally and physically."
Anti-shy's anger begins to rise, she yells at the dragon, "I WON'T BE CONTROLLED. NOT BY YOU, NOT BY ANYPONY!!!" The dragon laughs to himself, "we'll see, little pony, we'll see," he retreats back into the fog.
Anti-shy wakes screaming in anger, she grabs the lamp on the dresser and chucks it at the wall. The lamp shatters on impact and scatters across the floor, 'i won't be controlled," Anti-shy thinks over and over again. A knock comes from the door downstairs, she mentally shakes herself and flies over the broken glass, down the stairway, then lands at the door. She opens it to find Twilight standing there, "hey twilight, what do you need?" she asks the purple unicorn.
"I was just walking around when i heard you scream, I wanted to make sure you were alright," Twilight replies.
"I'm fine, " Anti-shy assures her, "I just knocked over something and the loud sound scared me."
Twilight studies her closely before smiling, "okay, just making sure," without a second glance she leaves.
Anti-shy closes the door, 'she's onto me,' this infuriated her, 'why is she onto me!?!!' Anti-shy picks up the bunny, Angel, which was the closest thing to her, 'I WON'T FAIL,' her mind screeches as she slowly twists the bunny's head. Angel's terrified squeaking gets silenced with the cracking sound of his neck, she drops the dead bunny on the ground. "It's time for a little pink pony to die," Anti-shy says softly to herself, she opens the door and heads out to search for Pinkie Pie. 'Where would an over hyper active pony be in a place like this?' she thinks it over, 'last night they were all talking about Sugar Cube Corner. She's probably there.' Anti-shy smiles at the thought, 'and if she's there, then I think i'll stuff her till she pops. Or I could slowly cut her up,' her smile gets bigger at the endless possibilities as she gets closer to her destination. She smelled it before she saw it, "cinnamon," she runs towards the smell till she was in front of Sugar Cube Corner.
"hey Fluttershy," Anti-shy turns around to see who said to see who said that, it was Rainbow Dash, "how are you?" the blue pegasus continues to talk.
Anti-shy didn't break eye contact with her, 'I don't have time for this,' she thinks quickly before responding, "i'm doing good, why are you here?"
Rainbow Dash smiles, "Pinkie needed an extra pair of hooves to help work, so I decided to come over and help out."
Anti-shy bites her tongue causing it to bleed a bit, so she didn't lash out at Rainbow Dash in public, 'i'll get her with Pinkie once I get the chance,' she thinks. "let's go in then," Anti-shy tells Rainbow Dash as she holds the door open, letting the blue pegasus walk in first. Anti-shy follows her inside, "where's Pinkie anyway?" she asks.
Rainbow Dash thinks for a moment before replying, " I believe she's in the kitchen." Anti-shy smiles and heads to the kitchen, "oh Piiinnkiie," she calls out into the room dragging out the pink pony's name.
Pinkie's head pop's up from behind a counter, "hey Flutters, you come to help? I'm making cinnamon buns."
Anti-shy smiles, 'perfect,' she thinks, "yeah, are they in the oven yet?"
Pinkie laughs, "of course not silly, I'm just now getting out the stuff to make them," she continues to dig through the cabinets. Anti-shy walks over to the oven, 'it's not on? Let's fix that,' she sets it at 400 degrees. Pinkie walks over to her, "you set it a little to low," she says as she sets it at 425 degrees, "at least you were close."
Anti-shy smiles, "thanks," she says, 'for making it easier for me,' she finishes in thought.
"Hey Fluttershy could you find a cookie sheet?" PInkie asks, " I think it's in the cabinet next to you." Anti-shy nods and checks the cabinet, she pulls out a medium sized cookie sheet and hands it to Pinkie, "here you go,"
She smiles, "thank you," she starts getting the cinnamon buns prepared.
Anti-shy opens up the oven and smiles as a wave of heat rushes past her face, "Pinkie? I think there's something stuck in the oven but I don't know what it is."
Pinkie walks over to take a look inside, Anti-shy steps to the side and gets behind her. "I don't see anything Fluttershy," the pink pony stated as she leans in a bit closer, "are you sure you saw something?" Anti-shy slams Pinkie's face against the inside of the oven door, she picks up the dazed pony by flying up a little. "What are you..." Pinkie gets cut off as she gets violently tossed into the oven. She starts to scream but Ant-shy shuts the oven door and puts her weight against it muffling them.
"What's going on in here?" Rainbow Dash walks into the kitchen but stops when she see what's happening to Pinkie, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!" She rams Anti-shy out of the way, opens the oven door, and pulls her best friend out. Still screaming, the now blistered and mostly charred Pinkie twitches and gasps on the floor.
Laughing in the corner, Anti-shy stares at both ponies, "awe, do you not like pie?"
Rainbow Dash looks from Pinkie to Anti-shy, "YOU'RE INSANE!"
"I'm just following orders... though i can't have witnesses," Anti-shy grins maniacally, "oh wait, you're not a witness. You're a future target that happened to get in the way of my current one."
Rainbow Dash tenses up, she stands between Pinkie and anti-shy ready to fight back, "WHO ARE YOU!? WHERE'S FLUTTERSHY!?"
Anti-shy rolls her eyes, "your yelling's starting to get annoying. I'm her copy; she's dead because of yours truly."
Rainbow Dash gets taken aback with shock, "what..." her voice becomes faint.
"Oh and Pinkie maybe only has a few seconds left to live. Her lungs are too damaged along with her other organs. they're all fried," Anti-shy stated. 'I warned you,' the dragon's voice appears in her head before it explodes in pain. Anti-shy falls to the ground screaming, "WHAT'S HAPPENING!?" the pain soon subsides and she gets up. Rainbow Dash just watches her with a confused and angry look. Anti-shy growls at her, "you're next," she sees the blue pegasus's eyes widen, "you scared?"
"Your teeth," Rainbow Dash says, "and i'm not scared of a copy."
Anti-shy looks at her reflection in the counter, her teeth have sharpened and grown out a bit. She runs her tongue across the front of her top teeth, "this is great," she starts laughing, "it's PERFECT."
Rainbow Dash bashes Anti-shy's face against the corner of the counter a couple times, "DIE!"
Anti-shy flips her onto the counter and caves her front teeth in, "nice try." Rainbow Dash covers her mouth and rocks around in pain screaming. Anti-shy tilts her head, moves Rainbow Dash's hooves, and french kisses her just to taste the blood in her mouth. She goes from Rainbow's mouth to her neck and slowly sinks her fangs into the blue pony's throat. With a quick yank Rainbow Dash's throat get's ripped out, Anti-shy slowly and joyfully crunches it up and swallows it, "Thanks for the snack Dash, it was good," she laughs. She walks over to the dead Pinkie, "So glad this annoying bitch is dead." she crushes the pink pony's now fragile skull, scattering chunks of bone, flesh, and brain everywhere, then walks out.

A not so shy Fluttershy part 6: The start of a bumpy trail
Fluttershy falls on the ground of the training room exhausted groaning miserably. "Come on Fluttershy, you need to get up," William helps her up, "I know It's tough but if you want to defeat your fake then you'll have to keep training
"We've been at this since morning Will," she whines a little, "Can't we just take a small break, please. My body feels completely bruised."
William sighs and shakes his head, "We've been over this five times Fluttershy, Anti-shy won't stop just because you’re tired," he pauses, "How about we do this one more time then we take a break. The catch is this has to be your best one."
Fluttershy nods and goes into the middle of three metal poles each with different sized bars sticking out at various heights, "One more?,' she asks.
William nods, "make it your best," he goes around pressing a small button on every one of the poles which makes them start spinning. Since she’s already done this hundreds of times it only takes her seconds to finish, she uses her wings to cushion her side from one of the bars not wanting it to make direct contact with her rib cage again. Fluttershy hits the button on the pole in front of her; she uses her hind leg to hit the second button behind her. With only one left and little time to spare Fluttershy leaps at the last button using her head to press it. "Point three seconds better than last time; never expected for you to use your head like that. I'm truly impressed."
Fluttershy smiles with a slight blush, "thank you," she says somewhat shyly.
"Blushing are we?" William asks teasingly, "I'll go make us some lunch while you go and get yourself cleaned up."
Fluttershy blushes a little more, nods, the heads off to the bathroom. She turns the shower on and gets in, 'he was impressed,' she thinks happily, 'this is great, the sooner I meet his expectations the sooner I can stop that clone.' Her thoughts become a little sad, 'What if I'm too late; if I'm still too weak,' Fluttershy starts thinking of what Dr. Birch said to her, "no, I won’t be the weakest one anymore. I'll prove him wrong.' She carefully cleans the sweat off her slightly bruised body rinsing off and getting out. Instead of drying off with a towel, Fluttershy stands in the middle of the bathroom enjoying the silence. William's scream soon breaks that bringing her back into reality. Fluttershy stumbles out of the bathroom in panic and runs to the kitchen William is pinned on the floor by a pony that looks like a distorted version of him.
William sees her, "RUN, GET OUT OF HERE!" he commands Fluttershy. The other pony looks at her, the skin of his face and body looks as if someone burned it then quickly cooled it off.
"So you're still alive," he says in a ruff raspy voice, "How about we fix that," the pony gets off of William and takes a step towards Fluttershy.
Fluttershy makes a dash for the training room with the pony trailing right behind her. She goes in between the three metal poles and activates them for protection, 'please be a test of quick thinking,' she repeats in her mind.
"You think that will protect you?" he asks, "please, you only made it easier for me," his eyes start to glow orange as his skin begins steaming.
Before anything else could happen he gets knocked out, behind the pony was William who drops a spare metal bar, "you okay?" he asks.
Fluttershy nods, though a little shaken up, "s-sorry I got trapped," she says quietly.
"No need to apologize, you actually chose the best option. If you were to have fought him then his body would erupt into flames, burning you alive," he states, William stops the spinning poles remotely, "Just in case you couldn't get out the first few times," he explains, setting the remote aside, "I'm guessing you want answers don't you?"
Fluttershy doesn't reply to his question but instead tackles him with a hug, "thank you for saving me."
William hugs back gently, "Why would I let you get hurt," he asks, "Wouldn't want to lose such a thing like you, you're sweet, kind, and when it comes down to it you're strong and tough."
His words make her smile, "Am I really strong?" she asks in a whisper.
"Absolutely, I've never seen anypony work as hard as you have, now go dry off. Your coat is still damp."
Fluttershy begins to blush again, "Sorry," she says getting off of him.
As she leaves the training room William whispers a word thinking he was out of earshot, "cute."
Fluttershy walks into the kitchen, now dried off; she sits down at the table and stares at William. "Yes?" he asks.
"Nothing," she replies to quickly which makes him smirks, "Where's that one pony?" she changes the subject.
"I put him in a cooling chamber so he couldn't get out," he replies, "he was created a long time ago, almost the same way your copy was made. The difference is he was known as one of many failed experiments but unlike the others, he survived."
"What's his name and why did only he survive?" Fluttershy asks.
William sighs making her regret asking, "He doesn't have an official name, he was just called project eleven; the only reason he lived was because of luck. John scrapped him for two reasons, his body was damaged from the phoenix ash that was combined with my blood and the heat of his power fried most of his brain. I'm surprised John actually sent him, maybe he was hoping project eleven would burn everything down." he finishes.
Fluttershy looks around, “How’d he get in here? The only way to get in and out is through the training room," she asks, "last question I swear."
"It's okay, you deserve to know." he smiles, "Dropped through the air shack, If it weren't for that I wouldn't have been pinned," he points at the vent which was above the counter, "I would've been dead if it weren't for you, he can only focus on one thing at a time. Amazing he was able to get this far. Now I have a question for you, why were you starring at me?"
"Why did you say cute when we were in the training room?" Fluttershy counters.
William Smiles sheepishly, "you heard that?" he asks.
Fluttershy nods, "answer that and I'll answer your question."
"Well when I saved you and started training you all I thought about was that I needed you to finish so you can be on your way," he pauses with a guilty look, "Now I feel different about you; I know you'll have to go when you're ready and I know It's selfish, but I don't want you to go. I'm tired of being alone and I want you to stay with me."
She looks at him, "Wow, that's a lot to take in. I want to stay too but it wouldn't be fair to the others, I have to try and stop the clone," she gets an idea, "Why don't you come with me?"
"I don't know, I've never really went any farther than the arena since I found this place." William stares at the floor as he speaks.
Fluttershy gets up and goes around the table to him, "Do you care about me?" she asks
"I do, I really do," he looks at her, "But what If something bad happens along the way?"
She thinks for a moment, "Then we take it on together, It's better than being alone. That's what i think about..." her sentence gets stopped by a soft kiss. Her eyes widen, 'did he just kiss me!?' Fluttershy thinks, she feels him pull away.
She looks at him not knowing what to say, he speaks up, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that," William gets up and walks out of the kitchen embarrassed.
Fluttershy leaves the kitchen and goes over to William, who's sitting on the couch, "You okay?" she asks him in a soft voice.
"No," he admits, “It’s just been me here for so long that I actually forgot what it felt like to be in contact with another pony. Especially one that I like a lot."
"Well now you do, though the kiss was surprising," she blushes, "My offer still stands."
"I would like to come... I have something to show you," William gets up and walks to the hallway with Fluttershy right behind him. He turns to her, "I think you're ready," he slowly backs up to the closed door at the end of the hall as he talks. William opens the door to reveal a metal door with a keypad in the middle of it; he punches in the code causing the door to slide into the ground.
They enter a small chamber, Fluttershy's eyes wander to a frozen cylinder, "Is that project eleven in there?" she asks looking closely inside.
"Yes, he's frozen but alive since his body is constantly warm inside. If he were to escape from there then all all of the oxygen would get sucked out of this chamber and he would suffocate. Fire can't burn without oxygen," he says punching in a different code for another metal door, which slides down.
Fluttershy walks next to him and looks into the room, she gasps, "do those actually work!?" she asks in excitement and amazement.
"If I connect It right yes, I was going to use them but you need it more. The thing is, is I have to have you unconscious in order to do it." William smiles at her excitement, "just lie down on the table so I can start." Fluttershy doesn't need to be told twice, she lies down on the table looking upwards. "See you when you wake up," he says giving her a quick kiss on the forehead. An air mask goes over Fluttershy's mussel; within seconds she falls into a peaceful sleep.

A not so shy Fluttershy part 7: The path of insanity
'I warned you, I warned you and you did it anyways,' the dragon's voice echoes through Anti-shy's mind, 'you killed again and now, I have more control over you.'
Anti-shy, who is sitting in a corner of Fluttershy's cottage, grabs at her head screaming throughout emptiness of the home, "GO AWAY! GET OUT OF MY HEAD!"
'No, I'm not leaving. Ever,' he starts laughing making the yellow Pegasus more and more frustrated, 'kill, kill for my entertainment.'
Anti-shy starts pounding her head against a wall as her screaming mixes in with a crazy type of laughter. Blood slowly trickles down her face, she stands up slowly and makes her way into the kitchen, "if you won't leave," she exclaims, "then I'll use force to get you out!" She takes a knife, which was lying on the counter, and repeatedly stabs her it into her right eye; yet all she hears is the dragon's laughter and various tauntings. Anti-shy shrieks in rage as she starts slamming her body into different objects, including walls and counters, leaving multiple bruises and scrapes around her entire body.
The dragon's laughter gets louder, 'weak little pony,' he taunts.
Anti-shy stops, " I'm not weak," she says with a heavy breath
'Then prove it,' he counters, 'kill everypony in town, all of them'
Anti-shy cracks a evil smile, "I can do that," she starts laughing again, forgetting about Dr. Birch's orders, "I can definitely do that." She puts on a hooded cloak, covering her face with a shadow and her body with the cloak.
She runs out the door and full speed across Ponyville to Rarity's place; before she's able to get to the door somepony crash lands into her side. Both ponies tumble into a dead ended alley that was next to them, Anti-shy looks at the pony with a deadly stare.
"I just don't know what went wrong," the pony says in a slightly scared tone of voice.
Anti-shy let's out a low growl, "I know what went wrong," she takes a step towards the pony, "name, tell me, now!"
"I'm D-derpy," she replies as she backs up against the back wall of the alley.
"Well Derpy," Anti-shy gets closer, "you crashed into the wrong pony," her eyes narrow. Derpy flies up as fast as she can but gets grabbed from behind by Anti-shy who flips Derpy down over her shoulder, bashing Derpy's teeth in over the top of the wall. She falls to the ground with a thud, tears streaming down her cheeks. Not able to scream from the pain due to her choking on her teeth and blood, which pours from her torn up gums, Derpy tries to turn on her side. She's pinned down by Anti-shy who adds pressure on her throat. Derpy's face starts turning red as she tries her hardest to get her opponent off of her. After a short while Derpy slowly dies from choking on her teeth along with drowning in her blood.
"Good riddance," Anti-shy huffed before turning around and walks to Rarity's door step. She opens up the door, walks in, and scouts around the room she was in while humming the lullaby, hush now quiet now. The room looks like a disaster , as if somepony was in a hurry to get out or even hide. Most everything is sprung out all over the place, "what a mess," Anti-shy says in a distasteful way. She looks at the stairs to see it barracaded with all kinds of furniture, 'bingo,' she thinks as she dismantles it.
"GO AWAY YOU MURDERER!" Rarity's voice screams from upstairs, "I SAW WHAT YOU DID TO DERPY YOU FREAK OF NATURE!"
Anti-shy smirks as she walks up the stairs, "you'll suffer for saying that, I'll make sure of that." She enters a hallway with a couple of doors on either side, she starts entering the rooms one by one. "I'm going to find you," Anti-shy says as soon as she hears the something hit the floor from across the hall in the other room. 'Found you,' she thinks as she enters the room only to find it empty, Anti-shy starts to leave the room when she notices a white hoof underneath the bed. She grabs it and pulls, causing a terrified Rarity to slide out. Anti-shy spins Rarity having her head smack the corner of one of the bed's leg, knocking her out. "Too easy," Anti-shy states to herself as she laughs. She takes the mattress from the bed and puts it on the floor next to Rarity. She then takes the sheets off the mattress and places Rarity on it, "stay," she says before heading downstairs to get a needle and thread. Anti-shy soon comes back up to the room and starts stitching the flesh of the white unicorn's back to the matress, starting from the middle of her then spiraling outwards. She takes the time to sew Rarity's mane and tail into the fabric of the mattress. She later finishes, making sure to get the unicorn's head and four hooves stitched in as well. 'I'm surprised she stayed knocked out' Anti-shy thinks to herself, 'can't be much longer till she wakes up though.' She stitches Rarity's lips together before she walks over to a wall and waits patiently.
As Anti-shy waits her body starts to burn again, getting hotter than last time, with great effort she ignores it. She begins to hear muffling behind her, 'she's finally awake,' Anti-shy thinks as she turns to face Rarity, "Hey there, sleep well?" She asks mockingly. Rarity glares at Anti-shy making her laugh.
"Let's begin," she says as she tickles Rarity's side making her squirm then scream as her flesh tears a little from her back, along with her mane and tail. "I told you I'd make you suffer." Anti-shy tickles her again making her squirm, causing more flesh to rip and tear. A pool of blood starts to form around Rarity and the mattress, the stitches on her mouth tear apart her lips as she screams in pain. Anti-shy stands the matress up and shakes it making Rarity's flesh from her back, mane, and tail year away from her body. Anti-shy watches Rarity hit the floor then proceeds to break her horn off. Rarity can barely whisper at this point as she gets picked up, thrown through the window, and onto the ground below where her neck snaps on impact. Three feet away from the now dead Rarity stands a horrified filly as she stares at her sister's body.
Anti-shy's screams from inside break the silence as she falls over from the intense burning pain inside her body, especially in her lungs. The filly takes this time to run as fast as her hooves can carry her, only for Anti-shy to soon chase after her. It doesn't take long for her to catch up to the filly, Anti-shy picks the filly up and starts flying upwards. As soon as she reaches miles up in the sky she lets go of the filly. The little filly bounces a couple of times after hitting the ground, making her body a little deformed. Anti-shy flies down and completely crushes the filly's skull as she lands on her.
"ENOUGH! IT'S TIME TO END THIS!" a voice yells from behind.
Anti-shy recognizes the voice instantly, 'Twilight Sparkle,' she thinks. "Ok, let's finish this," a creepy smile stretches across her face, "may the best pony win."
