Just Winging It
Chapter 7
Previous ChapterNext Chapter“Oh Celestia! Fuck me...” The Princess of Friendship licked her lips. Oh how they tingled as she let that filthy swear slip through. Her horn glowed bright as it erupted in unfocused unicorn magic all over herself and her twitching lover beneath her.
Jimmy’s eyes and his tattoo glowed brightly while his body absorbed Twi’s magic and her sexual energy through their conjoined parts.
Feeling her spray him down with her tingly, tickly warmth pushed the bat into his own climax. He pulled down on the alicorn’s hips, held her bodacious flanks tight as he erupted inside her.
Twi eventually rolled off to Jimmy’s right and onto her back. She was then promptly pounced by their third bedmate, Rainbow.
The cyan pegasus had sat back to watch her two herdmembers make love, now she was gonna get her piece of the action. She locked muzzles instantly with Twilight, earning herself an equally impassioned hug and kiss from the princess.
Jimmy looked at them now while they delved into one another. The bat was feeling less and less guilty with each passing day now. Even not in direct contact, he was absorbing their lust and feeding his shard. He held up one of his hands and gave a quick flick of his wrist. With no effort, a ball of pure wind formed in his palm.
And still he wondered, was he truly the only one of his kind in this world?
...
On the outskirts of Ponyville, under the same tree Jimmy had first appeared, a black shape slid out from the shadows. The thing came to a stop underneath the starry night sky.
It then started to take shape before a voice uttered, “Ugh! This is getting boring!”
A big puff of smoke filled the area, then as the fumes cleared, there stood a 6 foot-tall white fox with black tips on his ears, his paws, his muzzle, but more importantly, on each of his three tails.
The handsome, foppish kitsune posed until he realized there was no one to gaze upon his sheer vulpine beauty. Then, with a snap of his fingers, and another resultant puff of smoke, his kimono appeared, which he tied tight to his thin form. With a few clacks of his wooden sandals to get some stiffness out of his legs, the fox was on his way, on the lookout for any indication as to where he’s popped up.
The fox waltzed casually through the dreaded Everfree Forest, not knowing about the creatures that dwelt here. Then again, he himself once lived near an ancient enchanted forest full of strange creatures, so he wouldn’t be in for much of a surprise.
Lo and behold, a brutish manticore leapt out of the shadows at the seemingly defenseless fox. He saw it, “Mmm, Manticores are real in this world? Fascinating!”
The large animal lunged at him with its big paws.
The fox was quick to defend himself.
At his waist hung his three magic charms; he tapped the middle one then directed his free paw towards the attacking predator. A plume of fire blew out, incinerating the manticore’s face, burning its whiskers clean off and stunning the animal.
It fell upon its side, groaning in pain following its failed attack.
The kitsune crouched over his fallen attacker, “Pitiful... And I thought you would put up a fight.” He promptly turned tail then walked away.
Deeper into the forest, the lone zebra, Zecora had just gone to sleep in her hut when she sensed a new visitor, with a scent entirely new to her.
The striped equine yawned, “A strange new visitor to see me, strange hour for he or she, but I am sworn to help and guide, any pony or creature that is outside.” She pulled her self out of bed.
Outside, the strange three-tailed fox had stumbled upon this hut. He was definitely not surprised to find someone living this far inside. He had to wonder if they were in anyway as hospitable as the weasel clans of his homeland.
Before he could think any further, the door on the small hut swung open. The fox did not panic or try to hide. If he was to know his surroundings, he would have to befriend the locals. He stood his ground, magical charm at ready in case of attack.
Zecora stepped out into the night-smothered forest, a lantern carried high over her head to lighten the area around her. “Who comes to see Zecora at this hour? Rising to the night like a stubborn flower.”
The fox stepped forward to reveal himself, “Greetings. Seeing you, am I to assume equines are the dominant species of this land?”
The zebra gave a kind smile, “This you are correct to assume... Ah... Couldn’t rhyme that one.”
The fox returned the smile, “Good to meet you, Zecora. I am Yuki Hasegawa, though you could just call me Yuki.” He bowed politely to his current host, his sapphire blue eyes denoting the kind spirit behind them.
The zebra tapped her muzzle with a hoof, “You speak well, I can tell. Tell Zecora this, from whence are you amiss?”
The fox maintained a polite demeanor, “I hail from the planet Earth; my country is a beautiful little archipelago called Japan. I wonder if you have seen any other folk like me, two-legged, sentient animals.”
The zebra nodded, “I have heard of one, but have yet to see him,” a light blush spread across her cheeks, “he has his mares keeping his attention to them.”
Yuki chuckled, “Kinda stretching the rhyme on that last one.”
Zecora chuckled, “Yes, it is not as easy as it looks, to properly align the best hooks.”
The fox leaned in, “Ah-huh, and pray tell, where may I find this other fellow?” He explained himself before the inevitable question, “He is an old friend, and I wish to speak with him.”
The zebra was suspicious that this stranger, this fox was so eager to meet with, as far as she knew, the only other sentient furre in the area. She maintained a friendly smile, however, “On the morrow, Zecora can take you, but it is night, all of Ponyville bids adieu. Zecora...” She approached the fox, “can offer you somewhere to rest, until morning you leave with zest.”
Yuki smiled softly, “This sounds fair.”
So Zecora, against her better judgment, allowed the fox into her hut and for his part he was a gracious, appreciative guest.
...
Come the next morning, the fox lay nude with the zebra’s warm body pressed against him. His blue eyes and the mark on his chest glowed as he absorbed Zecora’s repressed emotions.
The zebra nuzzled him as she woke, “Zecora thanks you, traveler... I’ve not enjoyed a male’s company in some time.”
The fox wrapped his three bushy tails around her and he cuddled with her, “That a lovely female like you has not found a proper mate, ‘tis such a crime.”
She giggled when he finished her rhyme for her. She whipped him playfully with her own tail, “I may have enjoyed myself, I may even ask for more next time we meet, but the marrying type I am not.” She didn’t even attempt a rhyme this time, she was simply too content. “Thank you.”
Following a healthy breakfast, Yuki had redressed himself then, with a friendly kiss goodbye for the zebra, he was out.
...
Meanwhile, Jimmy and his two new marefriends were up and at ‘em.
Since they became a ‘herd’ as they called it, their little trio had become nigh inseparable for these past few days.
The bat was still able to make work at Sweet Apple Acres, and during those times his budding friendship with Applejack and Big Mac had grown.
Rarity had been making more clothes for him so he would have a full wardrobe and not be wearing the same clothes more than once per day.
Jimmy had even had time to chat and make friends with Spike and Starlight.
Jimmy currently sat in the library, flanked by Twi and Rainy while he read a book, “Man, that Daring Do sure is somethin’.”
Rainy snickered while she read her own copy of the same book, “Yeah, this is my favorite one yet.”
Twi was working, but still making time for her herdmates. She was writing some important documents for Princess Celestia. Occasionally, she would stretch a wing out then playfully brush Jimmy’s side with her flight feathers.
Rainy laughed, “Look who’s letting herself get distracted now, Ms. Freak-Out.”
Twi stuck her tongue out at Rainbow, “Rainy, I am not letting myself get distracted; I am multitasking.”
Starlight came in at that moment, “Twilight!”
The teacher acknowledged her apprentice, “Yes, Star?
Star presented a scroll to the princess, wrapped in the familiar red ribbon that Celestia always used, “This message just came through... Spike was making pancakes and he spewed magical flames all over the cookware, now we need new pans, but anyway, I brought this to you right away!”
Twilight took the scroll from Star, “Ah, thank you, Starlight and” She withdrew a bit bag from somewhere Jimmy couldn’t see, “This should be enough for new cookware.”
Star took it, “Thanks, Twilight, and hello again to you, Jimmy.” She blushed as she bowed her head politely to the bat. She quickly made herself scarce before she could embarrass herself around him.
Jimmy snickered, “I guess I got it for all the mares in town.”
Twi booped his snout, “It certainly seems so.”
Rainbow rubbed her chin, “Me, Twi, Star and Jimmy...”
Twi through a weary eye to her marefriend, “Rainbow, what have I told you about fantasizing about our friends?”
RD snickered, “Don’t do it out loud?”
The princess smirked, “Yeah, that will have to do.” She untied the ribbon then opened her scroll from Celestia.
Dear Princess Twilight,
My sister and I have sensed another surge of power coming from Ponyville. Another being similar to your new house guest seems to have appeared as we’d suspected. We urgently request to meet with you and Mr. Darrell. We’ll already be on our way by carriage when this letter reaches you.
Your friend, Celestia
Twilight’s pretty purple eyes shrunk, “The princesses are coming here...”
Jimmy leaned in, “Say that again?”
She clapped her front hooves over her cheeks, “Oh my gosh, the princesses are coming!” She pounced on Jimmy, pinning him, “Celestia and Luna have sensed another being, someone like you. They are coming right now to discuss the matter, YOU’RE GOING TO MEET MY MENTOR AND HER SISTER!”
Rainbow, thankfully, was there to calm her marefriend’s nerves, “Easy, Twi! You just about went into crazy mode again.”
Twilight shook her head, “Oh... Oh yeah, thanks, Rainy.”
Jimmy laughed following his brief assault, “And besides, didn’t I say before I already met Luna?”
RD blinked then looked at him, “Whoa, really?”
Twilight booped his snout, “You met her in a dream. Now you’re going to see her in person, and I am hoping you can behave yourself in front of them. These are the two most important ponies in all of Equestria! Everypony looks up to them!”
Jimmy snickered, “And from what I’ve heard from Rainy, the two of them are actually pretty chill and down to earth, so I wouldn’t worry. Besides, I’ve met royalty before. I had dinner with an emperor, and my girlfriend back home is technically a princess too. She’s a chieftain’s daughter, so that sorta counts right?”
Twilight had to know, “Marina, the same Marina we’ve talked about before? She’s a daughter of a chief? What’s her species?”
The bat smiled, “Otter. I always had an affinity for the mustelid types. Mm-mm, you don’t know life until you’ve been with a girl who could bend herself back and touch her heels with her tongue. You’d like her if ya met her, she’s smart and loves to read like you.” Then he pulled Rainbow over, “And she loves being athletic like Rainy here, heck there’s even a little Rarity in her. That girl has a fashion sense you wouldn’t believe.” He held his two marefriends close.
Rain leaned into his embrace, “Does she have magic like you?
He shook his head, “Nah... She used to, but she had her powers taken away because she, like me, did some bad things in the past and she hurt some people.”
Twilight leaned in, “Really? What exactly happened?”
Jimmy sighed, “Well, to make a long story short, she gave herself to someone she thought loved her. Instead he only used her because she was the chief’s daughter. She wound up hurt, but instead of blaming herself for being taken in, she blamed all males for her heartaches and so spent most of her life harming males using her magic. She finally went too far and so was stripped of her power, then that was when we met. You already know my history, and well, we, two former bad people, we just bonded.”
Rainbow whistled, “Whoo... The air in here just got heavier... So what do you say we go out and get ready for those princesses, huh?” She nudged Jimmy in an attempt to break the solemn atmosphere.
Jimmy’s ears stood back up and he smiled, “Sure.”
...
Meanwhile, Zecora trotted casually into Ponyville accompanied by her vulpine companion.
The great white kitsune looked about as he came into this small burg. He felt his heart flutter upon seeing the simpleness of it, “My...”
Zecora looked up when she heard him, “What troubles you, fair Yuki? What gives you feelings so spooky?”
The fox’s blue eyes brightened as he smiled, “Nothing troubles me at all... It’s just seeing this...” He almost began to cry, “It reminds me so much of my own village.” He saw the many ponies walking about and it did indeed remind him of his old village, a village of all foxes like him. Many knew him, many respected him, his parents left him in wealth when they’d passed away, he himself was on his way to becoming a strong warrior for his village... Then she...
“Oops! Excuse me!” A minty green unicorn bumped into him.
Yuki stepped aside, “Oh no, I was not paying attention. The fault is all mine, Miss...”
The unicorn looked at him, “Oh my gosh! You’re another one aren’t you? Just like Twilight’s new coltfriend!” She put her two front hooves on him, “My name’s Lyra! Hi!” The blush in her cheeks showed easy through her bright green fur.
The fox looked to Zecora who only offered a comical smile and a shrug. He looked down at the unicorn, “Well... I am Yuki... You’re saying you have seen someone like me?”
She nodded happily, “Yeah, Jimmy! He’s really nice. He pets me whenever he comes by the sweet shop where Bon Bon and I live. If I weren’t already committed, I’d pounce him for sure.” She giggled, “What about you?”
Zecora cleared her throat, “He is with me, wild one.” Again, she didn’t attempt a rhyme. One wasn’t necessary for this exchange, she could moderate herself.
Yuki kindly held the hyper unicorn’s hooves, “Jimmy is staying with this Twilight? Where may I find him. I’ve come a long way to see him.”
Lyra pointed, “You’ll find him at the Castle of Friendship, it’s the big crystal building at the edge of town.”
That uncultured rat with wings is living in a castle? He thought to himself before he smiled genially to the unicorn, “Well then, I know where I must go next. Where may I find this castle?”
Lyra smiled the brightest smile, “Oh, you can’t miss it! It’s that big giant crystal tree at the edge of town!” She pointed past him with one hoof. “But, I doubt you’ll get in. It is a castle after all, and Twi’s a princess, so ya can’t just go up and talk to her.”
The fox stood up, “Oh, it’s fine by me. I’ve dealt with royalty, I’m sure I can get her to see me.”
Lyra shrugged, “Alright, don’t say I didn’t warn ya!” Then she trotted away.
Yuki exhaled, “Well, shall we go to this castle, Zecora?”
The zebra nodded, “Ms. Heartstrings speaks words pure and true, to speak with a princess, even one as humble as Twilight, you don’t just do. Luckily, Zecora is a good friend with the princess, I can help you with great success.”
The fox chuckled, “Zecora, my friend, you have just rhymed cess with cess... Your rhyming is off.” He laughed more as he walked off.
The zebra hummed lightly from the fox’s playful barb, “Cheeky.”
Just then, horns sounded from high above.
Both kitsune and zebra stopped upon the road to see a great golden chariot being pulled through the sky above them by a sextet of armored pegasi.
Riding the chariot were the two sisters themselves, Celestia and Luna.
A few of the ponies called out, “Look, the princesses!”
Zecora rubbed her chin, “Interesting. A royal visit from our benevolent rulers.” She was indeed becoming more comfortable with rhyming less and less around this strange fox.
Yuki just watched as these princesses flew away in the distance of the castle. Just one of this world’s monarchs would have been a fair challenge for the fox, now two more have appeared.
...
The double doors into the main foyer of the Castle of Friendship swung open as the royal sisters entered with their armored regiment of guards.
Twilight Sparkle, her student, Starlight Glimmer and Twi’s marefriend, Rainbow Dash all came out to greet the princesses.
Twilight was especially ecstatic to see them, “Celestia, Luna! I am so, so happy the two of you could make the time to come see us.”
The great white alicorn stood over her prized pupil, her glorious mane and tail flowing despite there being no wind whatsoever inside the castle. She nodded politely to Twilight, “It is always good for us to see each other, my dear Twilight. But, my letter should have informed you that things here are more urgent. Before, we get to all of this, however, where is your house guest whom you speak so well of in your letters?”
Starlight answered with a playful roll of her eyes, “Oh, Jimmy wanted us to go ahead so he could properly introduce himself in his own way.”
Just then, Spike ran out into the foyer, dressed in a little butler outfit that the bat had made him put on just for fun. The dragon had a very tired expression on his face. He cleared his throat, “Presenting, his awesomeness, Jimmy Lee Darrell... Ta-da...”
And with that rather lackluster presentation, a sudden gust of wind tore through the lobby, disturbing the five mares and one dragon currently inhabiting the room. The sentient gust of wind struck down upon the floor inches away from princesses and their royal guards.
The guards stood at ready, but neither Celestia or Luna seemed alarmed. They seemed to know an act when they saw one.
The wind took solid form until it became the bat known as Jimmy. His big ears wiggled comically as he stood up straight before the two sisters and their guards.
Luna had to suppress a giggle; she was already taken by how shamelessly conceited this bat was to make such an overblown entrance, literally.
Celestia seemed less amused, though she did allow a smirk to show through.
The bat smiled while his red eyes glowed bright and his fangs glinted in the light of the room. Finally, after all of that, he spoke, “Howdy! Name’s Jimmy, Jimmy Lee Darrell and I...” He swiftly took a knee then swept his right wing so it covered him almost like a cape as he bowed before the regal sisters, “I am humbled to be in the presence of two great public figures as yourselves.”
Luna was impressed, “For such a boisterous entrance, thou dost prostrate yourself well before royalty it seems.”
The bat snickered, “I’m a hyperactive sack of ADHD, that’s for sure, but I can behave myself, no problem.” He extended a friendly wing to the two alicorn princesses.
The sisters both traded playful glances before Celestia stepped forward then placed her right forehoof in the bat’s winged hand.
Jimmy kissed it like the proper gentleman he was, “Encantada, Princesa.” He waggled those goofy eyebrows of his, “That’s enchanted, Princess.”
Celestia blushed from the bat’s general playfulness, “My... I can’t say I’ve ever met a stallion so bold as to even kiss a royal hoof. Not even the nobility would stoop there; they’re too busy trying to dig up every little scandalous thing they can about me.” She tittered, “You didn’t mention him being like this in your dreams, Sister.”
Luna blushed enough to turn her face a bright cyan, “I did not find it pertinent, Celestia.”
Twilight was immensely surprised with how well the bat carried himself before the two most important ponies in all of Equestria. She cleared her throat, “Excuse my interrupting, but now that we are all well met, I would like for us all to retire to the dining room now so we may all speak about this pressing matter you wished to speak of, Celestia and Luna.”
Celestia smiled, “Yes, let us reconvene, then we can all sit back and talk at leisure.”
