Ideas:

The somewhat used Discord as king and Fluttershy as his choice to court.

Vampirism!!! (Discord becomes a vampire)

Hmm... Maybe he is a creature that lives deep in the forest, and comes upon Fluttershy..? YES!!!

Planning the chapters

Chapter One

Starts with introducing Fluttershy. It is in the middle of the day, and Angel escapes into the forest, much to her peevement (LOL see what I did there?) And then she comes across a creature trying to eat her rabbit. He tackles her, introduces himself, and threatens to kill her if she told anypony about him.

Chapter Two

Starts with Discord being curious about the mare. He watches her, and soon becomes interested. Discord is amazed with her touch with animals. Then, Fluttershy sees him, and screams, and threatens to get her friends, and Discord tells her about the deal, and then it ends with a worried Fluttershy, hoping she wouldn't die.

Chapter Three

Discord again watches Fluttershy, but he ends up spooking a poor animal, and Fluttershy chases after it into the forest. She gets attacked by Timberwolves, and Discord protects her and gets wounded. Fluttershy takes him back to her place.

Chapter Four

Discord wakes up in Fluttershy's cottage and he wonders why he is there, and asks Fluttershy about it.

Chapter Five

Discord and Fluttershy start to get to know one another and become friends.

Chapter Six

Winter air starts to chill the world, and it snows, and Discord and Fluttershy go out to have some fun ice skating, and Discord finds he

Chapter Seven

Hearths Warming rolls around, and Fluttershy teaches Discord about it, and they exchange presents.

Chapter Eight

Discord finds he may be slightly attracted to Fluttershy.

Chapter Nine

Fluttershy now finds she is slightly attracted to Discord, but takes it as frightening and wrong, as they are friends and different species.

Chapter Ten

Discord and Fluttershy are awkward around one another.

Chapter Eleven

Discord tries to confess his feelings to Fluttershy, and since she is shocked, he takes that as a rejection, and runs away, and leaves a heartbroken Fluttershy behind.

Chapter Twelve

Fluttershy's friends come to visit, and they are upset to find Fluttershy so upset. They ask her why, and Fluttershy confesses to love somepony, and later in their conversation, they find out Fluttershy has found Discord, the spirit of Chaos and Disharmony, and Twilight takes it to her hooves to capture Discord and set him to stone so they will be all fine, much to Fluttershy's displeasure.

Chapter Thirteen

The friends hunt for Discord, after they force Fluttershy to come, thinking she is just afraid after their first encounter. When they find Discord, he is enraged he was betrayed by his own friend, and disappears once again, and Fluttershy confesses her love to her friends.
