Quality Time
Twilight Sparkle was outside one day saying hello to the citizens and enjoying the day. She hummed as she walked as she was glad it was such a wonderful day she hummed and stomped merrily through the streets of Ponyville. Suddenly she got the feeling of seeing her friends. She paused and thought of them.
Twilight Sparkle wanted to see her friends as she hadn't seen them all day. So she sent letters to all of them. She couldn't wait for all of them to reply. Soon they all sent back letters agreeing with her.
Twilight then wrote letters to them on the meeting place being Sugarcube Corner and they all agreed to it. As soon as that happened Spike came home and Twilight thought of him and knew that he wasn't invited a lot to their social gatherings and she was now determined to change that so she asked him if he wanted to start hanging out with her and her friends more and he accepted the invitation.
Twilight and Spike locked up the Ponyville Library and ran to the meeting place of her friends. As soon as eh got their they were greeted with hugs and all of them went to Sugarcube Corner and sat down and just talked to each other about how both Twilight and Spike were doing.
Spike smiled at his friends glad that he could hang out with them. They soon got on the subject of Spike and they all agreed to invite him to do stuff with them more often. Spike was thrilled about the idea. They also apologized on not inviting him a lot and he forgave them. Twilight and her friends assured Spike that they were all friends with him.
"We are sorry about not inviting you to a lot of places that we go to." Twilight said. Spike nodded.
"It's okay I'm just glad that I can spend quality time with you girls. Can you girls hang out with me more?" Spike asked. They all smiled.
"Of coarse darling! We would be delighted if you did that." Rarity said.
"Sure thing. That would be great. Why didn't I get to see you girls all day?" Twilight asked in curiousness.
"I actually really don't know. We are glad to hang with you and Spike." Applejack said happily. Spike smiled.
"Thank you all." Spike said smiling. The mane six pulled him into a group hug as they giggled. They then pulled away and they all ordered sweets.
"I'm just glad that all of you could make it." Twilight said happily.
"Thanks Twilight." Spike said. Twilight smiled and pulled him close to her as they all had a good time talking. Soon they ordered themselves ice cream and waited for it as they gossiped about the news in Ponyville and talked about what they could do that week. They also promised they would invite Spike which Spike was glad.
Soon their ice cream came and they all choked down. They were only half way done with their sweets when they saw Pinkie ordering her second batch of ice cream. Twilight smiled and rolled her eyes. Twilight and the others felt full. Spike spoke.
"I'm having lots of fun. You can do this more often with me right?" Spike asked in hopefulness. They all said yes as they planned cool trips to go on with their friends and Spike their friend. Spike was having a blast and he let them know that several times. They all giggled as they were glad that the day was turning out to be a great day.
Spike laughed along with them as they had a grand time and forgot of their current troubles. Soon they got up from the booth and went to a park while they talked about how they loved the food and Twilight asked if they all were enjoying it. They all said that they were. Rainbow Dash ruffled Twilights hair.
They kept trotting along the brick roads of the local park as they enjoyed the scenery of the entire place. Spike thought it was the best place he has ever seen. As they walked and talked to each other time passed and they did notice it. Pinkie Pie asked if they had to end their hang out and Twilight said that they didn't have to yet.
They sat down and on some park benches and talked to each other as they looked at all the animals and ponies Fluttershy made new animal friends and Rarity and Spike talked to eachother. Twilight smiled as she was glad that she wasn't in a boring library. She then said hat to her friends and they all agreed with her.
Soon they all started talking about their next meet with Spike and they all said that they would invite him and they all assured him that they were all friends with his and apologized that he wasn't invited to a lot of their gatherings. Spike reminded them that they all have mentioned this before and that he forgave them.
Twilight looked up at damp sky and said that they should all probably go home. They all agreed to meet again and agreed that Spike should meet with them at their gatherings and Spike agreed with this. They all said their goodbyes and went back to their homes. As Spike walked home with Twilight he spoke.
"That was really fun." Spike said.
"Yes it was. We will invite you to more gatherings as well." Twilight said. Spike smiled.
"Thanks again Twilight. Your the best." Spike said. Twilight hugged him and they both continued on their walk home. As soon as they got home they hung out for a bit and talked to eachother enjoying eachothers presence and let the peaceful atmosphere surround them. They then snuggled for a bit as they were both happy that they could spend time with eachother and with their friends and Twilight and Spike would continue to hangout together and would hang out with their friends from time to time as well.
