It had been three days since Pinkie was put in the mental ward. Pinkie knew these kept up the denial, the judge would let her go. a wide malicious grin spread across Pinkies face. She couldn't wait to get back to Sugar Cube Corner. She was certain all her items inculding her chainsaw and high voltage battery electrocution machine were still there. Evrything was just perfect. Then she thought about her torture room. Mr. And Ms. Cake didn't even know they had a basement. Her leaf and hay ceiling prevented anyone from hearing the victims screams. There was nothing for the sound to reflect off of, so it was a perfect place for torture. Another grin spread across Pinkies face, but his one was wider. The Basement reeked of decaying flesh, but she kept a magic spell on the room. It prevented anyone from smelling anything. She fooled Twilight into doing it. Pinkie recalled her exact words "Twilight, could you put a smell protection spell on Sugar Cube Corner? I burn a lot of stuff! Sometimes I even try to bake a lot of good stuff to make up for it, but I keep on forgetting about the ovens high heat! Silly me!" Twilight was a fool. Pinkie then faded into the shadows of her prison cell.
Two weeks later, she was released. Everyone truly believed she had gotten the mental help needed. The first thing thing she did when she got outside was take a fresh breath of crisp outdoor air. She excitedly bounced away to meet all her friends. She went to Carousel Boutique first. Rarity was there when Pinkie strolled in. As usual, Rarity was absorbed in her work and just said welcome without even looking up. Pinkie Pie then shouted" Rare!" rarity snapped her head up and realized who it was. Pinkie expected her to come up to her and hug her. Pinkie was wrong. Rarity just stared and said "THEY RELEASED YOU???" pinkie gave rarity a pouty look, and Rarity apologized. Pinkie muttered something about not killing anypony and left. Rarity then galloped out the back door and warned Applejack, Twilight, and Fluttershy about Pinkies release. They all gasped, with the exception of Fluttershy, who just broke down into tears thinking about how Dash was ripped apart. They all pretended like they weren't home, and hid under their bed thinking that she was going to rip them apart, too.
Pinkie went on to Sugar Cube Corner and threw a big welcome back party for herself. The only ponies who showed up were Mr. and Mrs. Cake. She said goodnight to them around nine, but only they went to bed. Pinkie pie crept down to the basement and smiled. All of the pony meat in the fridge was spoiled, but she ate it all anyways. She sighed and said " I'll get more soon..." she soon fell asleep.
The next morning she woke up and stretched. She walked to the calendar and saw it was Tuesday! Oh yes, it's Cupcake Day! Pinkie proceeded to drawing a number. She slipped out a random slip of paper from her dresser drawer and looked at it. It was a neatly written 23. 23 was Twilight Sparkle. "oh goodie, this will be so fun!" And with that, she went off to design a plan to get her here...
Twilight was hesitant to even answer the door. When she did, she saw Pinkie bouncing up and down excitedly in one place. "Twili! let's go bake cupcakes, it'll be sooooo fun!" Pinkie saw Twilight didn't want to, and she knew twilight had thoughts of Dash racing through her mind. "ok, maybe just a little while, just give me till 3." And with that, Twilight shut the door and raced upstairs to see Spike.
"Alert the princess. Pinkie is going to kill me. Tell her to send guards to Sugar Cube Corner at 3:00. I will go and make sure they can hear me scream when they get there, and in case I don't make it back, give her my will. And, I love you Spike." "But, Twilight, be careful." And with that, Twilight Sparkle left the library.
"Yipppeeee! You're here! Here, have a cupcake and tell me what one recipe you like better!" Twilight picked up the cupcake with magic, and took one bite. Twilight fell to the floor, twitching slightly. Pinkie dragged her down to the basement and put her on the metal wheel. Pinkie snapped one of her hooves in the process, and Twilight woke up, but she was really groggy, so Pinkie finished quickly.
As twilight regained her senses, Pinkie gathered her instruments. Twilight was fully aware where she was now. "oh, hey Twilight! You're awake, we can get started! But first..." Pinkie walked away, looking for something. She came back, but with a stuffed version of Rainbow Dash. Twilight then gasped when she realized that it was actually Dashies skin, mane, and tail. Twilight was sickened by the sight of it. She became nauseous and threw up everywhere. She tried to wipe her mouth with her hoof, but only to realize it was bent and broken. She started feeling the pain. "What did you do to me?"
I snapped your hoof, and I'll take care of that right now.
Pinkie grabbed her hack saw and approached Twilight.
As Twilight panicked, she began to cry. "I will kill you, Pinkie. You're a crazy bitch." Pinkie laughed and began to saw Twilights hoof off. As the saw cut through flesh, she let put agonizing shrieks of pain. The saw was dropped when Twilights hoof fell off. Pinkie laughed again as she heard someone enter Sugar Cube Corner above. Pinkie went to get her scalpel and disappeared into the shadows. Twilight began to scream for help. Pinkie laughed and exclaimed " they can't hear you!" Twilight kept on and on. Pinkie threatened to yank her tongue out. Twilight immediately stopped. Pinkie pie smiled and said "Let's begin!" As pinkie said that, she grabbed the scalpel and sliced twis stomach open. Right when pinkie got to the bottom, the door to upstairs suddenly busted open and Princess Celestia and Luna both entered the room. They wrinkled their noses at the foul smell and gasped when they saw Twilights hoof on the floor. They looked up and saw the crying and bloody Twilight. Pinkie was shocked but she backed up and kept her sights on the princesses. Pinkie began to slice off Twilights cutie marks. After the first one fell off, Celestia threatened to kill her if she started sawing off the other. As pinkie realized she was trapped, she growled, "If I'm dying I'm taking Twilight with me." And with that Celestia and Luna fired their death spell on Pinkie. In the second that happened, the knife blade was driven deep into her chest. Celestia screamed no and Luna passed out. Twilight screamed in agony and fell limp. She wasn't dead, but she was going to be if they didn't get help. The death spell hit Pinkie and caused her to fall to the floor, bleeding out. Celestia walked up to her, reared, then smashed her hooves down on the trembling Pinkie Pies face. A loud crack along with a squish echoed through the room. Celestia called her guards and they were shocked at all the decaying body parts. She ordered them to bring Luna upstairs and alert Mr. And Ms. Cake of what happened. Twilight saw the princess dash over to her and she smiled. "Twilight, NO!" And with that, Twilight passed out again. In Twilights memory, the rest was a blur.
She woke up in the hospital, several stitches embedded in her chest. She was on pain killers, so she couldn't feel anything. She saw Applejack, Rarity, and, Fluttershy. Applejack said "Oh, sugar cube! You're OK!" Twilight saw Rarity had been crying, by the sight of her smeared make up on her face. Every pony was smiling. Twilight smiled at the sight of her friends. This was her family. She smiled again and her friends dashed into a hug. They all began to cry and smile.
