Whilst at Camp Everfree, Twilight can't help but feel a lingering presence growing inside her. She begins to see visions of Midnight Sparkle, and also undergoes another transformation in one of her nightmares.

Unbeknownst to Sunset Shimmer, whom Twilight was seeking a relationship with, Midnight Sparkle has been playing Twilight like a deck of cards, and she's about to put down her aces
