a filli's tale
it was in two days and Thunder would finally advance into 6th grade which in her case was quite an achievement after all i mean most ponies who were supposed to be in 4th grade didnt really get far this early, anyway back to the story yes in two days this would be one of her biggest achievements.
it was two days before and thunder had been sent to bed early because her mother and father were talking about a secret but thunder could anything if she wanted seiously she was the earliest learner in her town so she had almost mastered magic. when in bed while she was finishing homework she heard a vase break and then a slam no not a slam, slam a door slam followed by frustrated steps coming up the stairs, so thunder pretended to be asleep.
the night before thunder was to join 6th grade she was hearing noises from down stairs some shouting and the smashing of objects downstairs, she tried to to block it out but couldnt for the noise was too loud, but the voice she could hear was her mothers & father. they had argued alot recently and thunder was begining to get worried but not enough to stop her from achieving her dream so she just slept through it.
it was the day the day she moved up in shcool and would finally be were she could talk without a pony going "uuhh.. what does that mean" or "thats stupid it doesnt exist" no no no none of that just plain and simple the way she wanted. after the day was over with the young filli was walking home when she saw a cuple of vans coming from where her houses direction, intriged she ran to investigate but what she found would shock her. to her all she saw was moving vans leaving and her father crying outside on her doorstep, "whats wrong dad?" she asked in a worried voice
her father wiped away the tears from his face sniffiling "mommy has gone away thunder its just you and me now so we gotta stick together ok"
thunder felt her heaart skip beats and begin to stop but slowly rose up she soon fell to the floor.

Thunder awoke laying on the sofa wondering where her father was when she realised she wasnt at home this wasnt where she had lived all ger life but feeling a bit whoosy still she stayed on the sofa. a few minutes later a pony came through the door while thunder's eyes were adjusting she heard a familiar voice say "are you ok" her eyes finally adjusted and she saw the pony it was her mother, thunder quickly asked where she was and her mother replied "oh this.. this is a house im going to stay in while me and your father work things out" tbunder knew deep down this wasnt going to be fixed but she thought to herself it was supposed to be the best day yet but instead was a pit of darkness which she was going to be left in.
"so..." her mother said awkwardly "are you hungry... we can go to muffin mayhem i know its your faviourite" thunder replied with"no thank you id rather just stay inside" you could sense in her voice she was sad, "well i heard theres a uninease takeaway open downtown we could get that" thunder's belly rumbled and she said "ok then mam ill have some" her mother smiled "great i'll shout you when its here" her mother turned thunder's light on and shut the door when leaving.
20 minutes later
"THUNDER ITS HERE"
thunder flew down the stairs and went straight to the table with a fork and knife in hand, her mother stroled in with two plates she put them down and passed thunder hers. thinder was still a bit sad butnshe was starvin and couldnt not eat.

after dinner she went upstairs to get some rest and started to watch TV she fell asleep shortly later.
her mother crept through the door expecting her to be alseep and to know suprise she was the only thing wasthe TV was displaying some rather inapropriate content for a child, so thunders mother walked over to the tv to turn it off but just before she could thunder had awoken "m.. mam is that you" she said almost falling to sleep saying it
"y.. yes it is im just turning the tv off dear go to sleep" as she turned to the tv she noticed the images were gone nothing but static. the mother thought to herself she was tired and this was a coincidence i better sleep.
she left the room and layed on her bed to try to sleep but, through the night she heard the occasional noise which she passed off as wind or the floorboard creeking back. she soon fell asleep.

this is just a story i thought of when i was doing the backstory for thunder strike it ties in with the thunder strike in my other more adult type of series(you could say) any who I'm saying if you have any questions you can speak to me on skype or steam just comment me for questions.
