A loyal gryphon soldier fighting in the Great war against Equestria, Though he knows little how it began he is loyal to his country and even though it is a losing battle The Gryphon kingdom will not just surrender. This soldier though is young and inexperienced but he will fight for his country. Even though he just wanted to be an engineer in the army.

He is with a unit that has discovered something similar to a statue that might hold the secret of winning the war. But unfortunately the statue is the key to a different world, one with it's own military campaign bent more on extinction than simple victory. Now this soldier will not only question his loyalty, but he will be one of the first to see a new world and its inhabitants. And possibly a conflict that's actually worth a damn.
