Call of Duty: Pony Warefare
Canterlot
The capital of the nation of Equestria. The pegasi got up early and cleared the sky for the day ahead. As today is the twentieth anniversary of the United Alliance’s formation. On this day humans from Earth made first contact and even aided the races of Equus in reverse engineering their own technology to give Equus a boost in technology.
Princess Twilight Sparkle, her husband, her children, her assistant and her student arrived in Canterlot via train. The group gets off of said train from Ponyville, and they look at the large city of Canterlot.
“The ceremony begins in a half hour.” Twilight said, “So let’s get to the castle…”
“Twi we just got here.” Magic Tricks, Twilight’s husband, said. “We should all go do our own thing until then. Besides I have to talk to the troops on security detail.”
Twilight let out a light groan. She didn’t really like it when the family had to break up before anything important. “Fine you all may go and do your own thing. Just be at the palace in an half hour.”
A white earth pony mare, with a purple heart slashed cutie mark, stepped off the train after Twilight and her family did. She looks around and then turns to her left from the train station. Walking towards the residential area, making sure she isn’t followed. Once at a lone building with it’s entrance in a dark alley. Well it’s not that dark as it’s daytime. The mare knocks on an iron door with a view slot opening and a Griffin staring back at her. The slot closes and the door opens for her. Inside is a staircase leading down to the basement level. Once in the basement the mare sees other species of Equus working on preparing various military grade weapons and explosives.
“We’re almost ready Feral Heart, Ma’am.” the Griffin said walking up behind her.
“Good…” she said. “Once the explosives are done, get them into position. While Talon, Root, Ricky and I head to the TV station and air our declaration of war. We, Feral Horde, will end this United Alliance and chase the humans back to where they belong!”
“FOR THE FREEDOM FROM HUMAN OPPRESSION! FOR THE FERAL HORDE!”
Magic Tricks, a four star general with the United Alliance. He was a member of the first UA special operations, Task Force Delta. The predecessor to the current Megaforce. Magic is a purple unicorn stallion, with green eyes from a past magic experiment, and a white mane and tail. He is currently wearing the uniform of the United Alliance. A dark blue top with black pants, gold on the shoulders, all of the medals he has earned, and four stars to represent his general rank. As well as a white hat on his head.
Currently talking to one of the many soldiers about the preparations and security the entire day ahead.
“As you can see we have everything ready to go. Just in time too.” a unicorn stallion named Brainstorm said. Brainstorm is an intelligence officer within Task Force Delta.
“Damn good Brainstorm.” Magic said, “Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to head to the palace. We’re about ready to start.”
The time is now… The anniversary ceremony has begun, and ponies gather around the palace front. Awaiting the speeches from all three princesses. Magic sits on the stage next his family, as Twilight sits to the left of Celestia, and on the right is Luna, Cadence, Shining Armor and Flurry Heart. Celestia gets off of her throne to begin…
“GO!” Feralheart orders, and the studio doors are forced open with her comrades aiming their assault rifles at the ponies inside.
“Move aside now!” Feralheart ordered the studio ponies sitting at the control console for cameras covering today's festivities. “Talon! Flash Drive!”
Talon tossed a flash drive over to Feralheart. She caught it in her hooves before inserting the drive into the control console. After clicking on the only file on it, she brought up the video of the Feral Hordes’ declaration of war against the humans of the Federation.
“Alright it’s on…” she said to herself as the video started appearing on monitors and TVs all over Equestria.
Outside the bombs were put into position at the designated human bases. Practically on their vehicles that are left out in the sun. As Celestia continues her speech. Feralheart ordered Talon to call the bombs directly.
Each bomb was detonated at their specific locations. Feralheart cheered with glee as the smoke rose from their respective locations. Fortunately none of the vehicles had any occupants. Her smile turned to a look of horror when four bombs detonated in front of the palace. Causing ponies to get blown up, either killed from the blast or injured, from the blast. Feral and her comrades looked outside the window in horror, as smoke rose from four points in front of the palace.
“No… NO!” Feralheart screamed.
Magic laid on the stage, seriously hurt from the explosion. He was losing blood, as his son and daughter rushed to his aid. Despite the confusion and ringing ears that they’re experiencing.
“Daddy!” Mystic Wind, a alicorn mare exclaimed. “Don’t die on us daddy! Stay with us! HELP! SOMEPONY HELP! MY DAD IS DYING!”
Magic’s son, Magnus holds his older sister in forelegs, as she cried. Twilight and the other Princesses shielded themselves from blasts, effectively protecting themselves. She rushes to her husband’s side.
Magic could feel his life draining. He couldn’t keep his eyes opened for very long. He breathing became more labored, until he finally closed his eyes. He could hear the screams of Mystic, and the voices of paramedics. That was all he heard...
