Teaching through mystical eyes

I tried to sleep through the morning, but everytime there was one pathetic creature who dares to wake me...

“I will kill you dragon and so will I take your scull back to my Kingdom and my Village will see me as a hero”

the Griffin continued speaking his heroic sentence and i opened lazily one eye to take a look at him, he was the typical Griffin with a big thick plate armor, white feathers on his head and the rest of his body was black, as he marched towards me with his sword and shield firmly in his hands, he lifted his claw to strike with the sword but in that time I lifted my Head and looked pitiful down to him .

I saw clearly that he gulped but still decided to annoy me..he spread his wings and flew up to my eye height saying

“a-any last... last words Wyrm?”

“are you sure, to dare to try striking me down?” I said in an calm voice but he insisted and hit his sword against my nostrils.

I stared at him while he looked in horror to his claw where he held his sword but before he could draw his second weapon.

I wheezed to him leaving him coughing, then blinked out of surprise that he couldn’t move his body anymore and falling down like a brick.

flicking him out of the cave like a small fly and having enough of these ‘Heroes’

I decided to move out.

With every move i make the earth under me is shaking and when finally out of the cave i take a look around, letting the sunbeams shine on my Silver Body

I stretched my wings and bask them slowly, whirling the dust around me, i then get into flying position spread my wings one more time wide and then jump into the air, boosting myself up by the help of my wings and pressing them close to me while reaching to an higher altitude.

I then begin to soar through the sky, enjoying the cool air around while I looked for a new home

Spike was about to knock on Raritys door, like always he checked himself before doing his intentions:

“clean scales: check” he looked on his back just again to be sure

“tidy claws: check” he examined his claws and then moved on

“the diamond bowtie she gave me: check” he adjust and pulled it tenderly till it looks right on him.

“mouth spray: che-” he was about to pull the bottle of Mouthspray he bought some time ago as he heard something big flying by, just like him many of the ponies now stormed out and were astonished by his appearance while he was passing by over Ponyville and heading to the mountain.

Spike whispered “holy guacamole” to himself while looking at the big silver scaled dragon.

Rarity slammed the door open and tripped over spike screaming “waah!” and literally faceplanted the ground.

Spike stood up and came to her aid helping her

“I am so sorry Rarity! are you alright?!” he said in worry as she slowly stood up

“I am alr- OH BY CELESTIA THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE THING! my coat... now all dirty.. I went today to the spa for nothing!” she tapped the dirt off her and looked to spike

“Oh I am sorry.. did you say something?”

he now looked confused to her

“Umm”

“Oh right! the dragon! quick! we must to tell Twilight, you saw it too right?”

Rarity then picked up Spike by his neck and put him on her back and galloped with haste towards the Library

he responded with an “whoa!” and held firmly around her neck.

When the two came closer to the Library they could see the rest of the Elements of Harmony already standing there and telling their story of what they saw.

“I tell you guys! he was BIG, i was just doing some tricks on the park and then he came like out of nowhere!” said Rainbow Dash while gesturing with her hooves.

the other nod in endorsement.

“He ‘nocked some of mah trees down while flying over and flappin’ with his wings!” Applejack stomped angrily on the ground looking to the others.

“H...he looked scary... just like.. every other dragon...” Fluttershy ended her sentence with an whimper and hiding behind Rainbow Dash.

“Well.. his scales looked fabulous..” the others were now looking critical at Rarity because of her statement.

“what? you don’t see silver dragons like every day” she shrugged.

but then Twilight spoke up.

“Well as for what I saw he flew to the Mountain where last time the red dragon tried to sleep in it, we must handle now before the same thing happens. we meet here again in an half an hour then move out”

the rest nod and headed out to get their stuff. except of course Fluttershy who feeped and muttered “I don’t like this at all...”

Meanwhile in Canterlot Castle..

“Princess Celestia! we saw a dragon flying over Ponyville heading towards the mountain nearby of the village!”

she looked up and raised an Eyebrow she was about to say something but then got caught off guard when a scroll appeared in front of her.

she then nod against the Guard who saluted to her and dashed out of the Throne room.

she opened the scroll, reading the following words:

Princess Celestia.

I write this emergency letter because a few minutes ago a big silver scaled dragon flew past by Ponyville.

we will immediately take care of that problem just like that one time before.

we will send you a report of what happened afterwards

“Wait... a Silver dragon?” she muttered to herself and squinting her eyes while reading the sentence again.

(P.O.V of the dragon)

“Smaller than I thought but it will do for a couple more centuries...

still.. a little bit too warm here”

I said to myself and stepped out of the cave grunting, i closed my eyes to concentrate, take a deep breath and spit the Icy beam directly into the cave and leave not a corner of it covered without ice or snow.

when I finished my work i head inside into my new Lair and huddle into a ball about to continue my sleep but got disturbed by my first ‘visitors’

Many said I was the most calmest dragon they ever saw.. this is true.. but I am to old for this now and even my thread of patience is about to break.

I raise my head and look down to the seven.

“You dare to disturb me?”
