The Lost Writings of Miyamoto Musashi

I was back at the tenshu quite late as I do take my time with these scenic walks.By the time I was back,my retainers are conversing with these strange ponies,supposedly to pass the time while they wait for me.

"What took you so long!?"the one with the multi coloured hair shouted.

"My Lord tends to take scenic walks when he is very stressed as he likes the beauty of nature."Takigawa answered to her question.And yes,I gave Bastion a new name because everytime you get stronger, you get a new name.His full name is Takigawa Yoshitomo.

"It is just my slow mindset."I said while going back to the table to continue writing "The Five Rings"

"What are you writing there?" the lavender pony came up and asked.

"The Five Rings"I answered.

"The Five Rings?What is that,some kind of story?"she asked again.

"No.It is not a story,it is more of a book of 道.,or several about the ways of battle."

"Why do write about war during this age of peace?"

"Because I am a samurai, a noble trained in war.Since I am a samurai ruling this place,I am considered the daimyo and turned into part to a samurai clan.Since this is a samurai clan,there is only way to take it back.By force and war."

"Why can't you just give your throne back without resorting to war?"

"Samurai are warriors.If they see their daimyo gave the enemy their lands,they would think that he is weak."

That sentence actually stopped the conversation quite abruptly.And silence remained in the room except the the sound of the ink flowing  into the paper while I kept writing "The Five Rings".Suddenly,a servant came and informed us that dinner is ready.

We were lead to a room, a spacial room in fact with a short table laid with tatami mats everywhere and even a kabuki theatre.

"Wow.How do you even got the money for this?"A white unicorn with purple asked in amusement.

"One phrase.The way of the trader."My answer probably confused her as she probably didn't know about our ideas.

We settled down quite quickly.I quickly asked her what kabuki is playing today.

"かなでほんちゅしんぐら"she answered.It's Fourty Seven Ronin.

"So what  are we going to watch?"the lavender pony asked.

"47 Ronin.Don't worry I told them to do this in the old language."Confusing everyone except my retainers who I have told the story to.

"So..Actually,I dont know your name." She said.

"Oh yes, I am Miyamoto Musashi,an expert swordsman,a noble samurai and now the daimyo of the Miyamoto clan."

"Miyamoto what..now?"the one with the rainbow hair asked,confued of my long name.

"Musashi."

*After 5 minutes of explaining the history of my family,Sengoku Jidai,The upcoming battle at Sekigahara against the Tokugawa and answering their questions*

"Hmm.This Sengoku Jidai looks somewhat like the Three Tribes War I learned about,but more deadier."

"That is why Sengoku Jiai has also another name,"The age of the country at war.""

"Wow.You Japanese have to be the most strangest race I ever seen."

"You have to thank the Mongols for that,forcing us to do this after Amaterasu saved us Japanese twice with kamikaze."

"Kamikaze?"

"Wait.I heard that word when I was at the temple.I think it was "Divine Wind".Hmm. I think that these strangers want to press for infomation of what I have done here.Time to make my move.

"So I answered all of your questions.So you should answer mine."I asked the lavender pony,quite startling her.

"Uh..ok?"It seems the she is not ready to this question,but I will press on.

"I heard these Shining Armor and Cadence have been married recently but there was a problem,in fact a huge problem.What was it?"I heard this from one of my monks travelling 5 to 6 months ago to Canterlot to spread Buddhist ideas there but was turned down by some wedding.

"Well at my brother's wedding,they received a threat and they encased the entire city in a magical barrier,my friends and I thought it was a joke until I found out that someone was impersonating my now sister in law Cadence."

"So who was this someone?"

"When I confronted the imposter,it turned out to be the Changeling Queen when she dropped her desguise,and got my brother on a mind control spell."This was quite useful. These Shapeshifters that can be my ally as ninjas after I killed their Queen.But I will listen on.

*5 minutes later of explaining the end season 2*

"Thank you for giving me infomation about these insects.Maybe sometimes that we can be great allies.There is still so much to learn about each other as long as you don't spread your religion."

"Anyway,lets toast."

"Allies unto ten thousand years."I said while holding out my sake cup.

"Banzai!!"

After the what they call a toast,the kabuki and the daimyo's feast has started.These ponies who worked so hard for me,following Buddhist ways,I should praise them for that.After everything,everybody went back to their rooms to rest and sleep.For me,I was in my room's balcony looking out on New Osaka.Thinking to start expanding the Miyamoto clan's influence into the Badlands in the South they call it.They even gave me a free enemy to fight,the Changelings,it is more like the Hattori clan.Maybe I can use these changelings as they are truely born for,Ninjas.
