Rainbow Dash sat in her room, looking at herself in the mirror. With a sigh she contracted and relaxed her wing. Her stupidity and carelessness almost broke her wing. She couldn't fly for awhile is what the doctors said, meaning she couldn't take her place any in Wonderbolt's performances.
"I can fly...", she gritted her teeth angerly and tried to hover. This resulting in a gasp of pain, she fell hitting the ground harshly,"What kind of Pegasus can't fly..", she looked back over at the mirror. Anger rose in her chest, she turned, bucking the mirror, it shattered all over the floor. A voice in the back of her head started to speak, All pegasus can fly, your dysfunctional, it spoke in raspy tone, one that echoed in Dash's mind.
"I am not! I'm the best flyer in Equestria!", she growled.
Then, why don't you show them? Show them you can fly, Dash froze, her eye twitched as she understood. Sh started to fly, ignoring the pain her in her wings. She bolted to the Wonderbolt academy,she crash landed but, quickly ran and hide. Two pegasus chatted, by the Wonderbolt's bunker.
"You know, I had really wished that Dash would've done a flip before she crashed.", A white female pegasus with pink and blue hair said.
"I know, she would've looked so much cooler!",A light blue male pegasus with dark navy hair, joked back. Dash identified him as Soarin, much rather, her first victim. She laughed quietly, she walked out of her hiding place with a smirk.
"Dash! Your alright!", the pegasus smiled happily.
"Yes.. I am.", Dash laughed.
"Are you gonna fly with us?", Soarin asked.
"How about I fly in charge, of myself?", Dash answered in another question.
"In charge?", Soarin and the white pegasus took a few a steps back,"Dash, your acting strange."
"Range check, I'm in charge now!", Dash laughed manically.
"Get Spitfire.", Soarin commanded staying calm. The white pegasus nodded and flew off quickly. Dash rounded on Soarin, and leaped at him. He hit the ground, looking up to see Dash lunging to bite at him.
"DASH! Stop it now!", Soarin growled, moving a hoof to hit Dash away. He got up, facing her.
"A pegasus who can't fly is dysfunctional, I'm not going to be dysfunctional!!", Dash stopped as the voice returned, Take his wings.... It said to her, she smirked. She jumped, pinning down Soarin.
"I'll miss you Dash..", Soarin mumbled. Rainbow Dash bit onto Soarin's wings and started to pull. She smirked at the sound of crackling bones, and Soarin's empty screams. With a final tug, she ripped the wing out of it's socket and threw it to the side. She licked the blood off your lips, and turned to look at Soarin's face, he gasped for breath, tears streamed down his face.
"I'll make it quick.", Dash mumbled, with those words, she bashed her hoof on Soarin's throat, smashing the wind pipe.
"Now.... where did the pegasus go?", she laughed, walking away.
Innocent Bystander
The white pegasus made it into the bunker, slamming open the door, and then turned closing them, with the plus of barricading them.
"Spitfire!", she ran over,"It's Dash. She's here, but something's wrong."
"Slow down, explain.", Spitfire trotted over, followed by Fleetfoot.
"Me and Soarin were talking and then we heard laughing, we looked it was Dash. Soarin asked if she would fly with us and she said, she'd be in control this time.", she stopped as they heard banging on the door,"She started to laugh, Soarin told me to get you, something's very wrong.", the banging got louder.
"Go take off the barricade, I'll be there in a second.", Spitfire sighing. The pegasus nodded and walked over, taking off the barricade. The door flung open the moment the barricade was gone. Dash bolted in, pinning down the pegasus.
"HELP!", the pegasus cried. Dash put a hoof on her throat, and like Soarin she started to tear at the young one's wings. With a loud snap she broke the wing in half, getting off the pegasus, she left her to bleed out. Spitfire stood, dumbfounded, terrified, and disgusted.
"Dash, explain that!", Spitfire growled, anger rose like fire in her chest.
"Why, should I?" Rainbow laughed. Misty Fly did her best to sneak by to help the White pegasus. She failed, Rainbow turned around, jumping at Misty, and bit into her throat. Misty screamed, going limp very quickly, Dash dropped her. She turned, back to Spitfire.
"Come and confront me yourself, Spitfire.", Dash threatened,"Or, we can play a game?"
"What game?...", Spitfire growled.
"Hide and seek.", Dash said,"You hide in the academy and if I find you, I get you!"
"We'll play, only if we get a 20 second head start.", Spitfire sighed in defeat. The Wonderbolts looked at Spitfire in confusion, they were scared.
"15 and it's a deal.", Rainbow laughed.
"Fine!", Spitfire looked around the room,"Get in the closet and count.", she growled, Dash walked over sitting in the closet. Spitfire looked back toward the Wonderbolts in the room,"Hide good and separated." They all nodded and quickly flew out of the room, out into the academy.
