"Girls and where did the boat sink". asked twilight.
"oh twilight with sink offshore absolutely dreadful place." said rarity.
"Where exactly did it sink." asked twilight.
"Oh oh oh I know Twilight." said pinkie.
"Where did the boat sink pinkie?" said twilight.
"Off the coast of the island of Mako." said pinkie.
"What you were all the way up there? At mako," said twilight
"Well we're else would we bee there is no other island around here silly any way, at the island we fell down a hole Then the moon came over us and now where..." said pinkie. Pinkie Hadn't stopped talking intentionally, but a light blue glow had formed around her mouth stopping her from talking.
"And now you are all" said twilight.
"We are all friend again because of you sugarcube" said Applejack.
"ok are as I sure I loved to stay and chat, but I need to go now sorry girls" said twilight as she teleported away.
" rarity why did you stop me from telling twilight that were merponies" said pinkie.
" come on pinkie do you think, if everypony knew that we were merponies we maybe put in a lab and tested or turned us into sushi" said rarity.
" well guys I don't think we should tell anypony." Said Aj. " your right." Said rarity. " but twilight could have just removed our magic." Said pinkie. "So we don't get turned into sushi?" Said applejack. " no just so I can go swimming in the public pool again.” Said pinkie. “Oh.” Said AJ. “ well I for one just want to know why we turned into merponies” said rarity. “Well the only way that we would know for sure why this all started is go back to mako that is the place we're we first got our merponies powers from right” said pinkie. “Right that is the only way to find out more” said Aj.
Flashback
“You girls made my boat sink” yelled applejack. “Too bad, it was your fault” said rarity. “Only if you hadn't sunk the boat rarity” said pinkie pie. “Well you're lucky I learnt a new spell that I can use to communicate with other unicorns” said rarity. “Well then go ahead use it,” said pinkie. “ I need to be up higher if I want to get the message to twilight,” said rarity. “Well then let's climb up this mountain,” said pinkie. “Pinkie you do know that it's a volcano, right?” Said applejack. “Yep I knew that,” said pinkie.
At bit later.
“Rarity do you know where we are going asked applejack. No just up said rarity. “Hey I think we are really close to the top of the volcano said pinkie. Yes I think you might be right,” said AJ. “Hey girls I found a hole in the ground it looks like a slide,” said pinkie. “Pinkie don't you dare go down there,” said applejack. “ but it looks so fun,” said pinkie. “I said no,” said AJ. “ too late I'm not listening to you bye bye,” said pinkie before going down the hole. “Aww pinkie pie come on,” said applejack. “I'll go get her,” said applejack before going down the hole herself. “Don't leave me in the icky forest.” said rarity before going in after applejack and pinkie.
“Wow it's so big and there's a blue glow down here” remarked pinkie. “ pinkie I told you not to come down here and rarity why did you come” said applejack. “ well it was getting dark” said rarity. “Rarity be useful use your light spell” said AJ. “ ok i will” said rarity. “No need to I found a way out” said pinkie. “Good I want to go home” said rarity. “ or at least I thought it was the way out” said pinkie. “Great now what we swim,” said applejack. “Well what other choice do we have,” said pinkie. “ stay do here forever” said rarity. “I'll go ahead see how long the swim is,” said pinkie before jumping in and diving under.
“What is taking pinkie so long” said rarity. “I'm back” said pinkie. “ does this cave link to the ocean?” Ask applejack. “Yes it does,” said pinkie. “ then let's go” said rarity. “Ready” said pinkie “Ready” said the other two just before they dove under the moon came over and the pool started bubbling. “ what the hay is going on” said AJ. “ it's like a hot tub” said pinkie in gleefully. “Girls do you feel a bit faint” asked rarity before passing out. “ now that you mention it do feel a bit...” said applejack but also passing out too. “Girls are you okay,” said pinkie before she also passed out.
The Next morning
Pinkie slowly opened her eyes. “We're the hay am I? Why Am I On the beach,” said pinkie. “ girls are you okay” said rarity who had also woken up. “How'd we get back to port,” said AJ. “I don't know” said rarity.
Flashback ends
“come on let's go check out the pool of the merponies and the island” said pinkie diving into the water. “ let’s get this over with” said Applejack. “Yes let's” said rarity diving in with applejack.
Twilight Castle
“Umm, where did I put that book,” said twilight. “What book?” Asked starlight. “Legends of equestria, have you seen it,” said twilight. “Yes I was just reading up on the legend of mako island” said starlight. “Can you tell me what the legend says. I've read it before but don't really remember,” said twilight. “Sure, on the full moon magic happens” said starlight. “That's it” said twilight. “ yep that pretty much all” said starlight. “ now wonder I didn't remember it's such a short legend,” Said twilight. “Why did you want to know?” Asked starlight. “ oh because pinkie, rarity and applejack just came back from there. pinkie was telling me something then rarity cut her off then I think applejack lied,” said twilight. “ oh, well I'm sure it's not too serious because if it was then I'm pretty sure they would have told you,” said starlight.
