Life, what is it? They say life is extraordinary and that everyday is a new beginning. Not for me… everyday is the same and it just keeps getting worse. Who to think that six colorful creatures would soon change my life.

Hi my name is Anonymous, or Anon for short. I have a crappy job working for McDonald's… yeah, that kinda job. It’s not that bad; if you like to be yelled at your boss 24/7 and only get paid five dollars a hour. I live in a crappy apartment with my crappy roommate. Today is the day that I finally step up to my boss and tell him that I’m tired of being treated so poorly. I got up, got ready, got in my car, and headed out. On my way there I saw a bright flash of light; being the curious little cookie I am, I decided to check it out. When I came around the corner to see what it was, I was dumbfounded, right in front of my car were 6 colorful ponies! I got out of the car and we looked at each other, then the screaming.

“Ow, why are you screaming!” I said and rubbed my ears.

“It’s because you’re a monster that we never seen before!” the purple pony said.

“I’m the monster, more like you guys are the monsters.” I said, in a rude tone.

“Oh how rude, who do you think you are creature?!” The white pony said,

“i’m a human, and by the looks of it you girls are ponies.”

“How did you know that?” the purple pony said.

“Well there are ponies on here, but they look way different from you.”

“Really, may I s-” the purple pony was cut of by a cyan pony.

“This is all very fascinating, but can anypony tell me where we are!”

“Well we are supposed to be in manehattan,” the purple pony spoke up.

“Wait, did you say manehattan?”

“yes, what about it?”

“this place is manehattan.”

“Oh sweet celestia, this is extraordinary! Girls, we’re in a different dimension with similarities!” the purple pony said, very excited.

“that’s very nice sugarcube, but how in the hay do we get back to equestria?” the orange country pony said.

“i’ll have to cast another teleportation spell; which might take a couple of days…”

“where are gonna stay till that day comes twilight?” the hyper pink pony said.

“I don’t know pinkie,” They then all looked at me.

“no, there's no way I am keeping you girls till then,” I said, kinda salty.

“it's the least can do, i mean there are no other humans that know us,” twilight said, in a begging manner.

“*sigh* okay fine, but you cannot touch any of my stuff,” they all cheered for me and thanked me, “don’t thank me yet.”

On our way back to my apartment, we all had to cramp up in my tiny crappy car, It worked and we were on are way. When we all got back to the apartment there was a note on the fridge that read,

‘Yo, i’m gonna be gone for awhile. Please don’t trash the place dude!’

Just my luck, With the douche dick gone these girls are safe.

“Okay everyb… er pony, there is food and water in the fridge,” I said and walked away but then stopped, “and please don’t trash the place.”

“Wait anon!” Twilight called out to me and I stopped, “care to hang out with us?”

I never really had any real friends growing up, so this could be nice? Hours passed and I was mesmerized by each of the girls stories. This place sounded so colorful and amazing, granted they said that Equestria had its share of bad guys. Still, Equestria sounded way nicer than earth.

“Wow… I would love to live in a place like that, earth is just so dull and colorless…” I said, in a sad tone and all the girls looked at me with a frown on their face.

Twilight spoke up from the silence in the room, “you really don’t like it here huh anon?”

“I-i go through a struggle everyday and everyday it just gets worse and worse… sometimes I just think of…” I stopped, a tear running down my cheek.

“Maybe he could come to equestria?!” pinkie said, bouncing up and down.(she is really hyper)

“Pinkie… I don’t think so…” twilight, said which kinda hurt a little.

“Oh come on twilight, it's obvious that he doesn’t want to stay here.”

“I don’t know Pinkie, i’ll have to think about it,” twilight looked at me with a smile.

Honestly I felt like she was going to say yes; even if none of them really knew me, they thought that it would possibly be the right thing to do. NIght came and all the girls were sound asleep… except for twilight.

“Hey twilight, you gonna go to bed soon?” I asked, confused.

“Not yet, I have to learn everything about earth,” she said her eyes glued to a people magazine.

“I don't think you’re really gonna learn anything from that garbage.”

“Oh, then can you teach me more about earth?”

I thought about it for awhile then said, “okay, okay, but tomorrow, you need to get some rest.”

“Ugh, fine,” she said and went to the couch, “goodnight Anon.”

“Goodnight twilight,” and with that I went off to bed the happiest I ever been in my whole life.

When I woke up I heard some rustling in the kitchen.

‘Oh no they're trashing the place,’ was all I thought.

I quickly got up and went to the living room to see all the girls with breakfast in front of them.

“Uh, good morning,” I said to them and they all said good morning back.

“I made these super duper pancakes Anon!” Pinkie screamed.

“We were gonna wake you up darling, but you looked so peaceful asleep,” Rarity said, with a smile.

“Thanks Pinke, it looks great,” I sat down with the group and started to eat the delicious pancakes that pinkie made, “wow, this is really good.”

“Aww thanks Anon,” pinkie said with a wide grin.

Some minutes passed and I finished all the fluffy delicious pancakes, then it was time to head out to work.

“I’ll see you girls later, I have to go to my crappy job” I got up and put on my uniform.

“Oh, okay Anon we will be here,” twilight said with a wave of her hoof, then everypony said bye with a wave of their hoofs.

My day went by perfect, I honestly never felt this good in my entire life. Ever since the girls came i’ve felt needed or wanted, i have never felt this way before so it was nice. I didn’t want to tell my boss off, because it didn’t feel needed anymore. When I came back home all the girls were either playing cards or just seeing the good things of earth, like: tv, phones, the microwave, and the toaster. It was funny how their world didn’t really have the necessities like mine, but if I were to go to equestria with them I wouldn’t mind. They also were a weird type of vegetarian; they didn’t eat, but drank regular milk, ate fish, and maybe sometimes ate chicken.

“Sorry about the meat in the fridge… if I knew, there wouldn’t be any,” I said and rubbed the back of my head.

“That’s all right Anon, it’s just a part of your interesting culture,” twilight said, with a fearful look.(expected) “by the way, what about our deal Anon?”

“We could start now, if you want to?”

“I would love to.”

The next hour or two was spent giving twilight all the information I knew about my world. When it came to that though, I wasn’t that smart, so like a performer does in theater, I had to improvise. I didn’t really lie, I just told a half truth.

“That seems a little weird, how is that possible?” Twilight said, confused. I told her how we fought vampires during the civil war and how abraham lincoln was a vampire slayer…

“It’s totally possible, Twilight, we really did fight vampires!”

“Um… okay, moving on?”

When I finally ended on how we got to this point in time, Twilight wrote a whole journal about my world and its history. She was really impressive; the smartest pony I have ever met, In fact she's the only smartest pony I have ever met.

“Thank you for all that fascinating information about Earth and its history.”

“No problem, Twilight, Any time.”

“Maybe one day you could teach me about humans in general, like their anatomy?”

“Um…  Sure twilight, I would be delighted to,” I said, but I was confused...what's the anatomy?

Pinkie and Fluttershy made the dinner and let me tell you, It. Was. Delicious! I have never had anything this good.

“Wow girls, how did you make this so good!” I said stuffing my face in this vegetarian delight.

“Magic, silly!” Pinkie screamed.

“That and the pepper in the cupboard,” Fluttershy added.

Well whatever it was, it was delicious. After dinner everyone took a shower, got ready for bed, got in their normal places they slept at last night, and said goodnight.

“Hey Anon, wait up,” Twilight stopped me when I was about to go to my room.

“Yeah Twilight?”

“I'm close to getting the teleportation spell ready.”

“That's great Twilight, I can't wait to finally see your world!” I said excited.

“Um… There's something I have to tell you,” I was worried now, I knew it was gonna be bad news… “*sigh* I don't think you can come with us Anon… I'm already in enough trouble for coming here and if you come along with us I fear that I'll be in even trouble,” I was in a bit of disbelief, but understanding.

“It's okay Twilight… I understand,” I was trying to compose myself to not cry.

“Thank you Anon, for understanding…”

I said goodnight to twilight and went off to bed. I couldn't really sleep, I was thinking too much about what twilight said. Hopefully there is way to come with them and talk to this Celestia person about me staying there… Hopefully. The next day came and I awoke feeling nice and relaxed. I got dressed and headed towards the living room, but when I got there none of them were here… I felt my heart sink, they left without even saying goodbye, or even thinking of me when they did. I finally just let it all out and cried; for a good minute or two I just sat on the couch crying. I really couldn't believe they were gone, I didn't want to believe it. I heard the door unlock and open, it was my roommate who noticed I was crying.

“Yo why you crying pussy?” he said very drunk, i couldn’t stand that mother fucker.

“Just leave me the fuck alone, please,” I said still sobbing a little.

“Ah, whatever pussy,” he walked to his room.

When he left I noticed a piece of Twilights hair was on the couch. For some odd reason, I was attracted to the fictional creature that I only got to know for just a couple of days. In fact I was attracted to all of them in a friendly way, but Twilight was different somehow. You know the saying ‘love at first sight’, well, I think this was it. This new feeling only made me cry even more; I didn’t want to feel this feeling anymore. I just wanted to end it…

“Okay girls, we’re back,” Twilight said a little depressed, since she had to leave Anon and his colorless, non peaceful world.

“Why did we have to leave Anon behind, Twilight?” Pinkie said, very sad.

“I already explained pinkie… We just couldn’t risk it.”

When the girl were walking through Ponyville, Celestia and Spike saw them.

“TWILIGHT!” Spike yelled out running towards Twilight.

“SPIKE!” Twilight yelled back running towards him; They both joined in a hug.

“I’m glad that you all are safe,” Celestia stepped in.

“Princess Celestia, i’m so sorry I teleported myself and the girls to another dimension,” Twilight said, kinda defeated.

“It’s quite all right Twilight, it was just a mere accident,” Celestia smiled.

Twilight told Celestia everything about her and the girls time on earth: how they met Anon, how he took them in, how he treated everyone like they were family even though he only knew them for just a couple of days, and how he wanted to come with us, but left him without even saying goodbye…

“Why didn’t you bring him Twilight?” Celestia asked, confused.

“Well, I thought you would be even more mad for bringing him…” Twilight sighed.

“Oh Twilight, I wouldn’t be mad, I would actually love to meet this human and have him as a citizen of ponyville.”

“Wait, what!” Twilight said, surprised.

“Yes Twilight, he could’ve came along.”

Twilight was dumb founded at that moment. Anon could’ve came all along!

“I must be off princess Twilight, I need my beauty rest. And i’m sure you will make the right choice,” Celestia winked and flew off.

Twilight quickly ran to her library to find everything she knew about teleportation. She looked into one book and with that she found out a way to teleport instantly.

“Twilight are you okay?” Spike said, coming into the library.

“I have to go back Spike, I have to bring Anon here,” Twilight said, her eyes glued into a book.

“Why do you care about the human so much?”

“Well, because… because I feel terrible for what I did and now that I know that he can come here, i’m gonna bring him.”

“Oh, you like him don't you?”

“As a friend yes, but… nothing else.”

“You paused.”

“I have to go spike, i’ll see you in a bit.”

I stayed up most of the night thinking about why the girls didn’t even say bye to me and why they didn’t even think about me coming with them. I stopped crying, fortunately, but instead just stared at the wall thinking about them too much. This is what I get for ever thinking I could have friends, or anyone that actually cares. When I started to drift off into sleep, I saw a bright light on the wall. The bright light got bigger and bigger until I finally saw something purple. I rose up up a bit to see it fully and when I saw the apparition fully, all I could do was smile.
