Nighttime fell over all of Equestria. Deep within the shield protected Canterlot, in a cave, a mysterious temple was standing deep underground. But, it was no ordinary temple, it was a sith temple. The sith were the sworn enemy of the jedi, but we're wiped out completely. But, soon again, the sth would rise again with it new warrior.
Then, a voice broke the silence of the temple saying, "I can sense it. The great surge in anger, hate, and sorrow. She is in pain, but soon she will no longer be in pain ever again." With that, the voice takes off in search of her. The one who will become the most powerful warrior in all of Equestria.
Meanwhile, in a living quarters, a purple mare with a purple mane with pink and purple tail sat on the bed. Her cutie mark was a pink star and five white stars surrounding it. This was Twilight Sparkle, student of magic to Princess Celestia and the element of magic to the elements of harmony. She lived in Canterlot originally but moved to Ponyville and made five friends who are also elements of harmony. But, her mood was bittersweet because originally she and her friends were called to Canterlot to assist with the wedding of her brother. She learned her brother was marrying his old foal sitter Cadence and that she was going to be the best mare in the wedding. But, when she sees that her old foal sitter acted different, she attempts to find out the truth and comes across a dark secret. At the wedding rehearsal, she attempts to expose the bride but is stripped of her title as best mare by her brother and thrown out of the wedding. Soon, her friends and brother follow suit. Twilight then returned to her living quarters and never came back out.
Twilight sat on her bed tear stained because of what happened at the wedding rehearsal. "How could they?" she asks herself. "I stood side by side with my friends through dark times and the moment I need them, they turn their back on me. Well, I guess this must prove one thing, friendship isn't magic and it's all a lie. And even Celestia, she stabs me straight in the back when she was supposed to be my mentor. You know what, she makes a lousy princess and the only thing she's good at is sitting on her rump all while I handled the situations involving Nightmare Moon and Discord."
It was right then that Twilight began thinking back to when Nightmare Moon returned and Celestia disappeared and when Discord returned, she tasked her and her friends with stopping Discord. She began thinking that when Nightmare moon returned, Celestia was hiding from Nightmare moon and when Discord returned, she had the idea that Celestia was at the spa. But then, something caught Twilight's attention, it was her best mare dress. Seeing the dress caused to become angry because of how her friends, her brother, and Celestia betraying and shunning her at the rehearsal. She then uses her magic to levitate it toward her.
She then begins to tear the dress to shreds shouting, " I hate those five traitors! I hate my boneheaded brother! And I hate Celestia! I hate them all! She throws the shred on the floor and stomps on the shreds.
"Calm yourself, my young friend." a voice says to Twilight as she stomped on the shreds of her dress.
Hearing the voice, Twilight stops and looks around for the source of the voice saying, "Hello, is somepony there?" But, she doesn't see anything and says, "'Hm... it must be the moon messing with my mind."
"Fear not, my child. I am a friend." the voice replies. Then, the voice transforms into a ghost of an old man with an object attached to his belt. He had white hair and beard. Twilight turns around and sees him. She becomes startled at first but relaxes.
Twilight stares in awe wondering who he is. She then asks, " Who are you? I've never seen anything like you before."
" I am Count Dooku. And I am here because you called me here." he answers.
Twilight wondered what he meant and asks, "I don't understand. How did I call you here?"
Count Dooku walks over to her, kneels down to her and answers, "It was through the force I sensed your anger and hatred. Tell me, are you in pain my dear?"
Twilight thought for a moment what he was asking and then realizes what he meant and answers, "Unfortunately, yes. My so called friends, my boneheaded brother and my teacher Celestia betrayed me. And the only reason their to stupid is because of his wedding."
"I see." replies Count Dooku. "What if I told you of a great power that can make you stronger than you're mentor. And you can get your revenge against the one who stole you're loved ones from you."
Twilight looks at Count Dooku inquisitively wondering what the power was that Count Dooku was talking about. She shows a look of determination and asks, "Where can I learn this great power and how can begin?"
Count Dooku answers, "Deep in a cave system, in a temple, there is an artifact that contains infinite knowledge of the power." He then makes his way to the door and uses the force to open it causing Twilight to stare in awe. He says, "Come with me. I will take you to it."
Twilight show reluctance at first, but then she makes her way out the door. Outside, the two made their way through the courtyard past every guard and eventually through the garden. Soon, they come to the cave entrance and enters inside. The cave was dark at first but Twilight uses her horn to light the cave. The two make their way through the cave around every corner and eventually arrive to their destination. Twilight stared in awe at what it was. It was the sith temple.
Twilight stared in awe at the temple and says, "Ahhhhh. This temple is amazing. It must be the greatest discovery in the history of all Equestria. This could unlock many secrets this temple holds."
Count Dooku replies, "Hm... glad you like it. In fact, why don't follow me inside and you can learn more about this temple." And he sticks his hand out and the temple began to glow. The doors opened and Twilight and Count Dooku entered inside. The doors began to close behind them.
Meanwhile, on the planet Coruscant, in the jedi temple, a green skinned jedi knight was meditating. This was grandmaster Yoda. The jedi were the keepers of peace throughout the galaxy but it was then the clone wars changed everything. The jedi and the clones began fighting on the front lines, but the wars was brought to a quick end when Chancellor Palpetine was revealed as the sith lord behind the war. The jedi led a planet wide invasion of Geonosis and brought the sith lord and his followers to justice and soon signed a treaty with the separatist leaders thus bringing an end to the clone wars. Rebuilding began around the galaxy and the clones and droid armies joined forces as the grand army of the republic. Then, the jedi went back to keeping the peace throughout the galaxy one again.
Yoda was meditating but he lets out a grunt and opens his eyes. He apparently felt a disturbance in the force. He says, "Hm... a disturbance in the force I feel. Return for revenge the sith will." It was then that Yoda knew what was going to happen.
Back in Equestria, Twilight and Count Dooku continued walking down the hallway of the sith temple while Twilight admired the walls depicting symbols all over them. She and Count Dooku arrive to a large room and in the center was an object floating. It was a red pyramid causing Count Dooku to smile deviously.
Twilight stared at the object in surprise and she says, "Wow. That is amazing. But, what is that exactly?"
"That my dear is a sith holocron." answered Count Dooku. "It contains infinite knowledge of the force which will teach you the ways of the force. And I give it to you as a gift."
Twilight stares at Count Dooku in shock and replies, "Really? If you say so."
And so, Twilight makes her way toward the holocron and she grabs it. But, then something happens. The holocron began to glow and eventually begins to electrify Twilight causing her to scream in pain and agony. She then turns toward Count Dooku and stares at him anger because she thought he led her to her destruction.
She angrily shouts, "You lied to me! You were in league with Princess Celestia! She sent you to kill me!"
Count Dooku calmly replies, "It's not pain, my child. It's a way for you to absorb the knowledge of the force from the holocron."
Soon, Twilight began to lose consciousness and soon after several seconds, everything went black. Twilight was knocked unconscious from the holocron and she fell on her side. Twilight took he first step toward the dark side of the force.

Early the next morning, Canterlot was all abuzz for the wedding of Princess Cadence and Captain Shining Armour. Almost all of Canterlot was going to attend the wedding all but one.
Meanwhile, in the royal gardens, Twilight was lying under a tree asleep. She begins to stir and rub her eyes. She opens her eyes and looks around in surprise that she wasn't in the sith temple. She tries to stand up but feels a sharp pain throughout her body.
"Hm... what happened last night?" asked Twilight. She begins to stand up but lets out a groan and says, "Ah. Jeez. Why does my body feel like it went through a machine?" She looks and discovers the sith holocron next to her and then it comes back to her saying, "Oh, now I remember. I was in the sith temple and this holocron electrocuted me. But that still doesn't explain how I ended up out here." Then, something else caught Twilight's attention. It was some sort of a stick next to her and it came to her. She says, "Oh. It's a lightsaber. It must be another gift from Count Dooku." Then, the sound of chatter caught Twilight's attention and she says, "Hm... looks like my brother's wedding must be happening today. Hmph, its not like I'm invited. In the mean time, I'd better get back to my room before I run into trouble."
In the wedding hall, the mane 5 were in their bridesmaids dresses waiting for the wedding to begin but couldn't focus on the wedding because of their actions toward Twilight at the wedding rehearsal. They even thought about how they not only betrayed her, but may have severed the connection of the elements. They knew they had to make things right with Twilight before it was too late. It was at that moment, Pinkie Pie sees something outside and runs toward the window. The others run too and they knew what it was. It was their friend Twilight and they run outside toward Twilight.
Twilight was headed back to her living quarters with her holocron and lightsaber on her back. At she was almost to her living quarters, a voice calls out to her saying, "Hey, Twilight. Wait a minute." Twilight turns around and sees that it was her five ex friends in their bridesmaids dresses right behind her.
Twilight shows an angry looks and asks, "What do you five want? Cause I thought you had a wedding to be attending."
Applejack was the first to speak for he group ."Listen, Sugarcube, I speak for all of us in saying how sorry we are about what we did to you at the wedding rehearsal." she says. "And if you want back in the wedding, we can talk to the princess and see if she could talk to Cadence."
"Wow. I'll have to admit, that was truly noble." replied Twilight. "But, I'm going to have to decline the offer because I don't want back in my stupid brothers wedding." And so, she continues to her living quarters leaving behind her friends who we're in complete shock.
Rainbow Dash angrily spreads her wings and took off. She lands in front of Twilight, cutting her off. She angrily asks, "What the hay, Twilight? We're trying to get you back in the wedding and you say no." She and Twilight stared at each other and she sees that Twilight's eyes were a different color. Instead of purple, they were an orange color.
Applejack walks over to Twilight and she notices the holocron and lightsaber on Twilight's backs. She asks, "Uh, Sugarcube, what the are these things you have and where'd you get them from?"
Twilight turns around and answers, "It doesn't concern you. Now if you don't mind, I'd like to get back to my living quarters." She turns her attention back toward Rainbow Dash and says, "Now if you don't mind, Rainbow Dash, get... out... of... my... way. Now."
"No chance, egghead." Rainbow Dash replies, "You're not going anywhere until you're back in the wedding."
"You had you're chance." Twilight says in a cold tone. She then lifts her arm in the and in turn lifts Rainbow Dash in the air, causing the other friends to look on in complete shock at what was happening. Then, Twilight throws Rainbow Dash into her other friends and continued to her living quarters without looking back.
The five friends managed to pick themselves up and look on as their friend walked away without looking back. They all looked at each other in complete silence trying to find out what was wrong with their friend. But, the only thing Rainbow Dash thought about was Twilight eyes how they were orange. Soon, the five friends decided to return to the wedding hall saddened because they were guilty for what they did to their friend at the wedding rehearsal.
"Is something bothering you, my subjects?" a voices asks the five saddened friends.
The five friends turn to see that it was Princess Celestia with a concerned look on her face. They all looked at each other trying to figure out how to explain what happened between them and their friend Twilight.
Applejack then decides to step forward and explain what happened saying, "Well, your highness, you see we ran into Twilight and we asked her if she wanted back in the wedding."
Celestia shows a look of surprise and asks, "Really? What did she say?"
Then, Rainbow Dash jumps in and picks up after Applejack saying, "Well, she said no. And then walked away. When I went to change her mind. But, when I looked at her, she was different. Apparently, her eyes were a different color. They were some sort of orange color instead of purple. And then, instead of using magic to move me, she lifted her hoof and just like that, I was floating."
Rarity finishes the story saying, "And then, she rudely threw Rainbow Dash into us and then walked away. She didn't even look back to us. It's like she was a completely different pony."
Celestia was both surprised and confused at what she heard. She replies, "Hm... that doesn't make sense. It's not like Twilight to do that at all to anypony. Especially to her closest friends."
Applejack replies, "Well, yea. But also along with Rainbow Dash's side of the story, I saw some weird red pyramid and stick on Twilight's back. I asked her what they were and she didn't say. I have the slightest idea that pyramid might be the cause of Twilight's different attitude."
"You may have a point darling." Rarity says. "I mean Twilight was in a hurry to get to her living quarters with those things. I mean it didn't make sense at all."
Meanwhile, back at the jedi temple on Coruscant, Yoda was in his private quarters staring out the window at the cities on Coruscant. Then, the door opened and three other jedi enter the room. The first jedi had auburn colored hair in white jedi garments. This was Obi- wan Kenobi. Right behind him was a jedi knight in dark jedi garments. This was Anakin Skywalker, Obi -wan's padawan originally but now a jedi knight. And the third and final jedi was a bald colored jedi in light brown jedi garments This was Mace Windu. All three served on the jedi counsel with Master Yoda.
Obi- wan was the first to speak for other three jedi asking, "You summoned for us, Master Yoda? Is something wrong?"
Yoda opens his eyes and sees that Anakin Skywalker, Obi-wan Kenobi, and Mace Windu had arrived. He walks over to them and replies, "Yes. Come. Felt a disturbance in the force I have. I have felt the dark side of the force. Sense the sith lords identity I could not."
"So you need our help, Master Yoda?" Anakin asks.
"Very perceptive, Master Skywalker. Only together we will discover the sith lords identity and where he is." Yoda responds.
With that, the four jedi sat in their places, closed their eyes, and began to meditate. They knew that only through the force they would discover the identity of the new threat to the galaxy and the jedi order.
Meanwhile, back in Twilight's living quarters in Equestria, Twilight was meditating on the floor and the holocron was on the nightstand. Soon, she began to cringe because she felt something through the force. She says, "Hm... I sense something. I sense a presence I'm familiar with. Someone I've known my entire life." It was then, Twilight knew who it was. She says, "Cadence." She opens her eyes, uses her magic to get her lightsaber off the nightstand and exits the room.

Interlude: Assault of Geonosis Part 1

Hey everybody,
Interlude: Assault of Geonosis Part 1
Somewhere over the planet of Geonosis, the separtists blockaded the planet to protect Lord Sidious from the coming jedi. Onboard one of the separtists command ships, a tactical droid was speaking to Lord Sidious over the hologram communicator.
"Our ships are in position, my lord. The jedi will not reach the planet surface." the tactical droid said.
"Excellent, I hope for your sake the jedi do no reach the planet surface." Lord Sidious said.
"Not to worry, my lord." said the tactical droid. "This blockade is impenetrable. The republic chances are less than .01%"
Soon. the hologram disappeared and the tactical droid turned it attention to the coming battle. It makes it way to one of the battle droids to get a status report.
"Status report." said the tactical droid.
"The blockade is still in position. The jedi will never be able to break it." the droid reported.
Another droid chimed in saying, "Sir, I'm tracking several republic cruisers entering the system right now."
Soon, an entire armada of republic warships came out of hyperspace. Onboard one of the cruisers, in the bridge, Anakin Skywalker and Obi-wan Kebobi were staring at the separatist ships blockading the planet of Geonosis.
"I cannot believe that the war is finally over after all this time." Obi wan says.
"I know. But, I still don't understand how we didn't know that the Chancellor was Lord Sidious all this time." Anakin said.
Then, a young togruta in red clothing entered the bridge. This was Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker's young padawan learner. The two first met during the battle of Christosis and she proved herself to her master. But, she was framed for a crime and after being proven innocent, she left the order to find herself but soon returned and became Anakin Skywalker's padawan again.
Anakin turns around and says, "Ahsoka, contact outer command. We're ready to begin the debrief."
"They're already online and waiting for us Skyguy." Ahsoka said.
Soon, all three began walking into the other room. In the other room, a holomap of the planet was up and surrounding the table were two clone troopers. The first wore blue armour and had a dyed blonde buzz cut. This was clone Captain Rex, leader of the 501st unit and close friend to Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano. The second clone trooper wore white armor with yellow plating. This was commander Cody. Also, there were holograms of several other jedi generals. Over the holomap of Geonosis was Senator Padme Amidala and the newly elected Chancellor Bail Organa.
"First, I would like to congratulate Senator Organa for winning the election." Anakin said.
"Thank you, Skywalker." replied Bail. "And what about Lord Sidious? Any intel on his location?"
Obi-wan then presses a button and the holographic map turns into a topographic map of the planet surface showing a large facility.
"Intelligence told us he's hold up in a separatists installation here."
Then, Ahsoka jumped in pointing out the separatists defenses. From the tanks and cannons outside of the facility to the turrets along the wall.
"I wouldn't be to sure about that. The enemy has several tanks and cannons placed outside the base and the gun implacements along the wall. It might be hard to get past."
Obi-wan then jumps in saying, "She's right. We may have heavy casualties, but for now we need to focus our efforts toward getting past the blockade."
"Yes. Master." Ahsoka says. "I'll head down to the hangar and get prepped. My boys and I will have that blockade taken care of in no time."
Ahsoka turns toward the door and makes her way down to the hangar to get her fighter prepped for combat.
Down in the hangar, every fighter was getting prepped, including Ahsoka's fighter. Her astromech R7 was being loaded into her fighter. Then, she looks over and sees a large group of clones gathered together. Ahsoka makes her way over to the group and sees that it was Captain Rex giving a speech and decides to listen in.
"Listen up, boys. We've been waiting for this day our entire lives. The day we finally bring the clone war to an end. We've lost many brothers in many battles. So today, we fight for more than the republic, we fight for all of our fallen brothers. Is that understood?"
"Sir, yes sir!" said the clones in unison.
"Good! Now get to your battle groups and prepare for combat! Let's go! Go! Go! Go! Go!
Then, all of the clones began running in different directions, leaving only Ahsoka and Rex. Ahsoka walks up to Rex with a smile on her face indicating she liked his speech.
"That was quite a speech you gave, Rex old boy."
"Thank you, sir. We clones have been looking forward to this day throughout this entire war. And now it's here."
"All ships, prepare for launch. All ships prepare for launch." said admiral yularen over the PA system.
"Guess that's my cue. Wish me luck, Rex." Ahsoka says and she runs off to her fighter.
She hops into her fighter and it takes off along with several y wings and ARC-170 Starfighters headed to attack the bloackde. Meanwhile, on the separatists command ship, the tactical droid had made contact with Lord Sidious to report to him.
"My lord. The republic has deployed small fighters to attack the blockade."
Lord Sidious replies, "Do not allow the republic to breach the blockade. Use any means necessary."
"Yes, my lord. I calculate that the republic have a 13% chance of breaking this blockade."
"Let us hope you are right. For your sake."
With that, the hologram of Lord Sidious disappears and the tactical droid turns back toward the coming republic ships.
"Alert the other ships and launch all fighters." ordered the tactical droid.
" Roger, roger." replied the battle droid.
At that moment, vulture droids began transforming and taking off from the separatists frigates to confront the republic fighter squadrons. In front of the squadron was a red jedi fighter. Inside the cockpit was Ahsoka Tano.
"Alright, boys. Get ready cause here comes the welcoming committee."
The two squadrons flew into each other and began firing on each other destroying several vulture droids and even several republic fighters in the process. Ahsoka's fighter blasted two vulture droids, destroying them. Soon, a group of republic fighters made their way toward a separatists frigate and fired on it, destroying the ship. Back on the republic ship, Anakin and Obi-wan monitored Ahsoka's progress in the battle. Soon, the republic cruisers began to open fire on the blockade and the blockade did the same. Several separatists ships were destroyed in the process while the republic ships took damage. All that remained of the blockade was the command ship. Ahsoka led a small group of fighters toward the command ship in order to attack.
"Alright ,boys. Stay tight. Focus all fire on the command ship."
"Yes, sir. We're with you." said one of the clone pilots.
"All cannons, open fire. Stops those ships." ordered the tactical droid.
As the command ship fired, Ahsoka and the other fighters took evasive action. But, only two fighters were destroyed. Finally, Ahsoka and the fighters reached the command ship and destroyed it. The blockade was broken and the republics invasion could proceed as planned. The republic fighters began flying back to the republic cruisers.
"Master, you are clear to proceed to the planets surface. Good luck down there." Ahsoka said.
Anakin replies, "No worries, snips. Obi-wan and I will take it from here. You come back to the ship and gets some rest. You earned it."
"Yes, master. And may the force be with you."
Meanwhile, in the separatists base, a battle droid entered the same room as Lord Sidious in order to report to him the status of the blockade.
"My lord, the blockade was destroyed and the republic are headed to the planet surface right now."
But, Lord Sidious was silent indicating that he was not happy. He sticks his hand out and used the force on the droid, crushing it into pieces.
"How unfortunate that the jedi are coming. But they will not reach this installation alive."

Interlude: Assault of Geonosis Part 2
After the destruction of the separatist blockade, the republic armada began making their way past the destroyed ships and entered the planets atmosphere, thus proceeding with the invasion. Onboard one of the cruisers, clones were getting prepped to land on the planet surface. Onboard one of the clone gunships, Anakin Skywalker, Captain Rex and a group of clones were preparing to launch while Captain Rex assessed the coming situation realizing it was the second time landing on Geonosis.
"Well, here we go again, sir. We're landing on the bugs home planet once again."
"Yes, but I just hope we won't have to take the planet once again." Anakin replies reassuring Captain Rex.
The blast doors close and the gunships carrying the attack groups and the tanks take off for the planet surface. Onboard another jedi cruiser, Obi-wan, Commander Cody and their attack group were in position to launch.
"General, Skywalker's attack group is on their way to the rendezvous point." said Commander Cody.
"As I figured, Anakin is always ready for action. Well, we'd better catch up with him."
With that, Obi-wan's attack group took off for the rendezvous point. The process continued on the rest of the jedi cruisers and soon, the landing invasion was underway. Meanwhile, near the separatist installation, the droids picked up the approaching gunships and began to open fire. The gunships began to take evasive action, but several gunships we're destroyed in the crossfire. Onboard one of the gunships, Anakin was speaking to Obi wan about changing the plan.
"Master, I think we're going to have to change our plan. We need to make an emergency divert or we won't be able to land on the ground."
"Understood Anakin."
Then, the gunships began landing and putting the ATTE's on the ground. The gunships began to open and the clones and jedi hopped out of the gunships. The Droid army continued firing on the clone army, killing and injuring several in the process.
Meanwhile, inside the separatists installation, the separatists leaders were looking at a holographic display of the ongoing battle between the droid army and the clone army. They were in complete surprise at not only the large number of clone troopers, but the republic was advancing.
"The jedi are advancing. We must stop them from reaching this installation." said Rute gunray.
"So it would seem the jedi are determined to end this war. But, they will fail. Deploy all droid forces to meet the republic forces on the front lines. Show no mercy!" ordered General grievous.
Outside, near the separatist installation, the clone army and the ATTE's led by the jedi continued making their way toward the installation, but the droid army began marching out of the base toward the clone army. The two armies began firing at each other. Several clones were killed by the blasts from the droids while at the same time, several droids were blasted.
After several minutes, the droid army protecting the entrance to the base were destroyed. The jedi attempted to open the doors, but to no avail. Soon, the jedi decided to blast their way into the base.
"Rex, we need an entrance into the base." said Anakin.
Rex nods and orders, " Rocket troopers, get up there! Blast down the doors!"
At that moment, several clone rocket troopers ran up next to Captain Rex and Anakin. Soon, they began firing on the base doors. Soon, the ATTE's began firing at the doors. Inside, the separatists leaders began to worry as they felt the entire base shake. Soon, the base doors were destroyed and the jedi and their clone troopers began charging into the base, destroying the droids. Finally, the clone enter the command center, destroying the droid guards and then turning their attention toward the separatist leaders, causing them to raise their arms in the air.
"Where is Lord Sidious?" asks Anakin.
"He is in the next room, master jedi. Will I receive a fair trial? asked Nute Gunray.
" We shall see, Viceroy. Captain Rex, Commander Cody, have your men take the separatist leaders into custody." Obi-wan orders.
"Yes, sir. Boys, put these slemmos in chains." ordered Commander Cody.
Several clones move in and pull out cuffs. The clones put the cuffs on each separatist leader. Meanwhile, the Anakin, Obi-wan, mace windu and Yoda all made their way toward the room sidious was in. This was the moment of truth for the jedi. The Sith lords time had arrived. Obi-wan opens the door, revealing the Sith lord and Count Dooku meditating in the room. The four jedi ignite their lightsabers, ready to fight. The four then enter the room toward the two sith lords, but the two sense the four jedi in the room.
"Master jedi, to what do I owe the pleasure?" asks Sidious.
"Lord Sidious, by order of the galactic senate and the jedi order, you and your followers are under arrest for crimes against the galactic republic." Anakin said.
Soon, the jedi began to male their way toward lord sidious and count Dooku, but the two sith lords stuck their arms out, causing the jedi to do the same. Then, Sidious and Dooku stand up and ignite their lightsabers and get into an attack stance. The jedi do the same but they realize that sidious and Dooku were out numbered.
"It won't do you any good sith lords. You're both outnumbered four against two." said mace windu.
"Think again, jedi scum!"
Then, the jedi are forced to jump backward when an unknown figure lands in front of them. The figure was a tall robotic figure. This was General grievous, general of the droid army.
"General Kenobi, you've come at last. I was wondering if you were coming?"
"General grievous, we were hoping you would be here. Because now, we can bring you and your fellow separatists to justice for your many war crimes." Obi-wan replied.
"Crimes? Is it a war crime for ridding the entire galaxy of you jedi filth?" replied General grievous.
Then, General Grievous' arms detached into four arms and ignited his lightsabers and got into a defensive stance. The four jedi stared at the three sith lords. Soon, the Sith charged at the jedi and the battle began. General Grievous fought Obi-wan and Mace, Anakin fought against Count Dooku and Yoda fought against Sidious.
"You can't win, master Yoda. Once you and your clone army are defeated, the Sith will rule the galaxy!" Sidious says.
The battle between Yoda and sidious makes its way outside of the base along the wall. Meanwhile, Anakin continued to fight Dooku while Obi-wan and mace fought with grievous. As the fight with Anakin continued, Dooku uses the force to lift him in the air and tosses him into the wall. Anakin manages to stand up and clashes with Dooku's lightsaber blade. Soon, Anakin runs his lightsaber through Dooku, thus killing him. Meanwhile, Grievous continued to fight Obi-wan and Mace, then Anakin joins into their fight.
" I look forward to adding your lightsabers to my collection, jedi scum." Grievous says.
The battle continued between the three jedi and the droid general. Soon, Anakin manages to slice off grievous' hands, disarming him. Soon, he eventually opens Grievous' chest and runs his lightsaber into his heart. Grievous throws Anakin into Obi-wan and mace and then clutches his chest. Soon, he falls down on his back. The jedi move toward him, only to see that he was defeated.
"Two down, now only one sith lord remains." Anakin said.
Meanwhile, outside of the base, Yoda and Sidious continued their duel. Soon, the two clashed into a deadlock, but it then broke. At that moment, the three jedi ran outside in order to catch up with master Yoda. Sidious uses lightning to push Yoda on the defensive. He deactivates his lightsaber and continues to use lightning against yoda.
"It's over, yoda. The republic has lost and now you die."
But, unknown to him, Anakin snuck up behind him with his lightsaber active. Then, he runs his lightsaber through him, killing him in the process. He turns off his lightsaber and helps Yoda to stand up. It was all over. The Sith were defeated, the clone war was over and peace was restored to the galaxy. Now the republic had a new challenge, to begin rebuilding the galaxy and restore justice and order.

My little Star Wars Twilight of the Sith
At the Canterlot hospital, in the waiting room, the five friends, Celestia, Cadence, Shining Armour and Spike all patiently waited for news on their friend Twilight. After several minutes, a nurse entered the waiting room causing Celestia to walk toward her with the five friends, Cadence and Shining Armour to follow right behind her.
"Please tell me nurse, is she alright? Will my faithful student Twilight be alright?" Celestia worriedly asks.
"Well, the thing is, Twilight is physically fine, but we made a major discovery in Twilight's magic level. We discovered that it was through the roofs." the nurse replied.
The five friends, Cadence, Shining Armour and Spike all had confused looks on their faces. The nurse saw and knew she had to simplify it. Using her magic, the nurse creates a diagram with two Twilight and a line between the two.
"Here on this diagram are two Twilight's. In the first Twilight, her magic levels we're normal. But, the second Twilight is the one right now. Her magic levels are through the roof. I think there's a slight possibility that she may be infected by dark magic."
On the diagram, the second Twilight's magic levels were maxed out, causing everyone to become surprised once again. They all began to wonder how Twilight was exposed to dark magic and how to fix it. As they thought, Applejack then thought back to when she and the others saw Twilight before the wedding, she had the red pyramid with her and wondered was that the source of Twilight's dark magic.
"You're highness, if I may, do you remember before the wedding I told you about that red pyramid Twilight had?" Applejack asks.
"In fact, I think Applejack is on to something. I bet that pyramid item might have something to do with Twilight becoming more powerful and fighting off the changeling by herself." Rarity says jumping in.
"Hm... if it's still possible, that same pyramid could still be in Twilight's room. If possible, we might be able to use it to turn Twilight back to the way she was." Celestia says.
"Then what are we waiting for! Let's get moving!" Rainbow Dash shouts and flies off.
"Very well, I must coordinate with the royal guard to search for changeling stagglers and then I must get to work on the relief effort. There may be injured ponies from the invasion." Celestia said.
With that, the five friends and Spike all ran out with Cadence and Shining Armour in tow. Celestia began to worry about her faithful student Twilight. She then makes her way toward the front desk and asks to speak to a nurse. Then, the same nurse from before came out.
"Nurse, all I ask is that you take very good care of my faithful student Twilight and please be very careful, we still have no idea as to what we're dealing with here." Celestia said.
"Of course, you're highness. We have the best doctors and nurses here. Your student is in very good hands here." the nurse replies.
Celestia turns and then leaves the waiting room, but at the same time, she couldn't stop thinking about what she said to Twilight at the wedding rehearsal. If she had believed Twilight, Canterlot wouldn't have been subjected to an invasion and Twilight wouldn't have been exposed to a dark power. She knew she had to make things right with Twilight one way or another.
Meanwhile, just outside of Twilight's living quarters, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Spike, Cadence and Shining Armour were just outside the door. Spike opens the door, revealing a darkened room, and the group enters the room. Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash fly up toward the curtains and opens them, letting in sunshine. But, they jump when they here a loud shriek. They turn and discover that it was Rarity.
"Rarity, what's wrong? What happened?" Applejack asks.
"Look at this once proud wedding dress. Destroyed, ripped apart, ruined! How could Twilight do this?" Rarity cries out while holding the shreds of Twilight's wedding dress.
Applejack looks and sees the shreds and realizes that it was Twilight's original best mare wedding dress. She remembers that she's never seen a Twilight like it before. She then had another thought that she and the other five friends were the cause of this. It was because of their actions at the wedding rehearsal toward their friend and knew she had to make things right along with the other friends. After several minutes of mourning the dress, the group began searching the room for the holocron. As the group of friends searched, Pinkie Pie bounces by the nightstand but stops, turns an sees the holocron as Applejack described it.
"I win!"
The others ran toward her and all saw the holocron. They all stared at it trying to find out what it was and more likely where it came from. Some had the idea that it was a an ancient treasure locked away, but Pinkie Pie had the idea that it was from space and most likely crash landed in Equestria. After several minutes of debating, they all decided to take the holocron to Celestia. Soon, they all began leaving the room to head for the throne room.
Meanwhile, in the castle throne room, Celestia was sitting on the throne coordinating the relief effort for the city and the royal guard for any changeling straglers still in the city.
"You're highness, we've combed through the entire city and spoke to several civilians, there hasn't been a single sign of a changeling. There may be the possibility that all of the changelings are gone." said the guard in charge of the search.
"Excellent work, inform all guards they may return to their normal duties. And inform all relief workers, continue to search for any injured ponies and transport them to Canterlot hospital for medical treatment."
"Yes, your highness. We're doing everything we can to help any injured pony in need." said the relief worker pony.
With that, the two ponies left the throne room and at that moment, Princess Luna entered the throne room in confusion at what was happening.
"Uh, sister, did I miss anything?"
But, before Celestia could answer, she then notices Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Cadence and Shining Armour enter the throne room. She then realized what it was about.
"Tell me, did you find anything in Twilight's living quarters that could tell us about her new power?" she asks.
"Well, you're highness, we did find something in Twilight's room that may be what we're looking for. We have it right now."
At that moment, Spike steps forward and shows the sith holocron in his hands. Celestia and Luna both become shocked at what Spike was holding.
Meanwhile, outside of Equestrias atmosphere, three jedi cruisers exit hyperspace, onboard one of the the ships, on the bridge, Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano and Captain Rex stared at Equestria, seeing its beauty and how the clone wars never made it way there.
"Well, here we are. The sith holocron is down there somewhere."
"You know, master. I've never seen a world that's untouched by war. I wonder who lives down there and more importantly, are they friendly?" Ahsoka asks.
Back in the castle throne room, the group of friends, Shining Armour, and the three princesses all stared at the holocron, trying to determine what it was and where it came from.
"So, any idea what it is, guys?" Spike first asked.
"I am a sith holocron." the holocron answered.
Everyone looked at the holocron wondering if it was the one that spoke. Meanwhile at the hospital at the same time, in Twilight's room, Twilight laid motionless in her bed as the doctors and nurses tended to her. But, at that moment, her one of her eyes open, revealing her sith eye.

My little Star Wars Twilight of the Sith
Back in the Castle throne room, the five elements and dragon along with Princess Cadence, Shining Armor, Luna and Celestia all stared in shock and confusion at how the sith holocron spoke to them. They wondered how it was possible but more importantly why Twilight had it in the first place. None of them dared to speak at the risk of the holocron causing any devastation to Canterlot. After several minutes of waiting, Celestia was the first of the group to speak.
"Very well, dark item. I want to know how and why you corrupted her? How did she know about you?" Celestia asks questioning the holocron.
"Her anger called out to me. The young creature was weak and in pain. I showed her a power that can give her strength."
"What do you mean? How was she in pain?"
Meanwhile, back in the hospital, Twilight was fully awake and very angry. Apparently, she not only sensed the holocron, but that it was in the hooves of her brother, mentor, and friends. Before, she was angry with the changeling queen and her army for attacking her home, but now, she was even more angrier and now she had one task in mind, to retrieve the holocron through any means necessary. She attempted to get up and leave, but the doctor and several nurses attempted to stop her.
"Please Ms. sparkle, you are in no condition to leave! You must rest!"
But, the struggle continued as the young pony threw the nurses and doctors all over the room. Twilight manages to get her lightsaber and then make her way into the hallway, but the nurse in the room manages to make her way in the door jam.
"Stop that pony! Don't let her leave the building!"
The other doctors and nurses and security guards receive the message and they run toward Twilight. Twilight turns and sees the approaching doctors, nurses and guards approaching her. The guards restrain her and carry the struggling mare back to her room. The guards place her back in the bed and attempt to hold her down. A doctor enters the room carrying a syringe with his magic along with a bottle of morphine.
"Hold her down and I'll inject her with morphine. This oughta put her to sleep." the doctor said.
Twilight continued to struggle and sees the doctor filling the syringe causing her to become even more angry eventually causing her to hit her boiling point. She uses the force and sends the guards into the wall. Twilight jumps out of bed and began to fight the doctors and nurses. One nurse jumped on her, but Twilight throws her through the wall, leaving a hole . The doctor filling the syringe began to worry as he saw the anger in Twilight's eyes. He drops the syringe and bottle of morphine and ran out of the room. Twilight was panting heavily and she began to take her leave.
Back in the throne room, the group continued to speak to the holocron but wondered how Twilight's anger called out to it.
"Okay, you little trinket. Tell us how Twilight's so called anger called to you." Rainbow Dash angrily asked.
"Her anger called out to me because of you fools. You are the cause of all of this. She told me of how you betrayed and abandoned her for your so called wedding. Her anger and rage gives her strength."
"That explains how she defeated those changelings in the wedding hall." Rarity said.
"I don't care! Either you tell me how to change my sister back to normal or else-" Shining Armor threatened.
"There is no saving her! She is a sith warrior and once you become a sith, there is no turning back!"
"That's it! Until we figure out a way to save Twilight, you will be going into the vault until further notice!" Celestia declared.
Celestia calls for a guard and a guard comes running into the throne room and Celestia hands the holocron to the guard.
"Take this disgusting thing to the vaults and lock it down hard! And gather whatever guards you can and station them at the vault entrance!" Celestia ordered.
"Yes, you're highness." the guard replies and he runs off.
"Um, auntie? Might I ask why?" Cadence asks.
"I to with to know what this holocron was speaking of. What did it mean by you being the cause?" Luna asks.
"It's Twilight I'm concerned about. If this holocron wasn't lying about this so called sith. Twilight will do everything in her power to take it back."
"I understand, auntie. But also, the holocron said that you along with the five elements and Shining Armor were the cause of all of this. What did it mean?" Cadence asks.
"Well, I'm not sure how to explain it but I'll tell you what happens later this afternoon. I promise."
Cadence arches her eyebrow in suspicion at Celestia's reply, because she knew Celestia was hiding a terrible secret. But, she decided to trust her auntie. She, along with the group began to leave the throne room in order to visit Twilight at the hospital. The group arrive to the hospital only to find complete destruction. Celestia sees the nurse on a stretcher and runs over to her with concern in her eyes.
"Nurse, what happened here? Where is my faithful student? Is she alright?"
"Your student. She left an hour ago. We tried to stop her but she was to powerful. I warn you. You have to be careful." the nurse groaned.
"Hold on, Twilight did all of this? That egghead? No way!" Rainbow Dash said.
Meanwhile, in the Canterlot town square, the citizens were going about their daily routines until they spot the republic shuttle landing toward them. The shuttle door opens, revealing Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, Captain Rex and one clone trooper with blue streaks on it. All of the ponies stare at the creatures as they exit the shuttle toward them. The citizens stared in awe at them and eventually several guards charged toward them with their spears pointed at them. Rex and the clone pointed their weapons at the guards, causing the citizens to scream and run indoors.
"Who are you, creatures? If you are friendly, lower your weapons immediately." one of the guards demanded.
The stand off continued for several seconds when Anakin orders Rex and the clone to put their weapons away. Rex puts his pistols away and the clone lowers his weapon as well. Seeing what was happening in front of them, the guards lowered their spears. Seeing this, the other ponies exited their houses relieved that the worst was over. Anakin and Ahsoka both stepped forward in order to speak to the guard.
"My name is Anakin Skywalker of the jedi order. This is my padawan Ahsoka Tano. You've already met Captain Rex and clone trooper falcon. We wish to speak to your leader." Anakin said.
"Of course. If you'll follow us, we'll take you to see Princess Celestia and Luna right away." the guard said.
With that, the guards began to lead the jedi and clones to the throne room. The group make their way past several buildings and ponies. Anakin, Ahsoka, and the clones were surprised at what they we're seeing. The creatures that Anakin saw through the force were real and they did have horns, wings, and were four legged. But, what really surprised them the most was how they saw they beauty of the world they were on and that it wasn't affected by the clone war. The group soon arrive to the throne room, and see Princess Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Shining Armor, the mane 5 and spike. The group see the two jedi and clone troopers in the throne room and were in complete surprise at what they were seeing. This was a very awkward moment for all of them. Anakin knew the princesses were the leaders of the planet and he decided to drop down to one knee. Ahsoka, Rex and the clone did the same.
"Greetings, you're majesty. I am Anakin Skywalker, knight of the jedi order. This is my apprentice Ahsoka Tano, captain Rex of the clone army and clone trooper falcon. We have come to your world in peace." Anakin said.
"Of course, jedi knight. But, I am afraid now is not a very good time for a meeting. My apprentice has gone missing." Celestia replied.
"I understand, your majesty. But, we are here because we are in search of an ancient relic of great darkness, a sith holocron. The jedi council sent me and my apprentice here to find it and destroy it by any means."
Upon hearing this, the group realized what the jedi was talking about. It was the very same sith holocron that turned Twilight into a sith lord. But, Rainbow Dash became angry because she began to think that the jedi were somewhat responsible for Twilight finding the sith holocron. She flared her wing and flew straight into Anakin's face.
"Hold on, are you telling me that you knew about that thing all along?!" Rainbow Dash angrily questioned.
Ahsoka was preparing to draw her lightsaber, but Rainbow Dash was yanked backwards. Rainbow Dash saw that it was Applejack who yanked her tail.
"Whoa there, Rainbow. It's not his fault. He must've had no idea that that holocron thingy was here all this time. Right now, our main priority is finding Twilight and saving her. But, we need figure out where she is first."
But, at that moment, a massive boom scared the massive group and shook the throne room. They began to try and figure out where the explosion came from. It was then, Celestia figured out where the explosion came from.
"That was at the vault where the elements of harmony are kept! We need to get over there now!"
With that, the massive group including the two jedi and two clones began running out of the throne room. They arrive to the throne only to discover the door were ripped off the hinges and look inside to find several dead guards all around. Seeing this sight caused Fluttershy to scream and Rarity to faint. They all look around in search of any survivors but at the same time wondered who was responsible for this carnage.
"Mother of Celestia, what kind of monster could cause this much carnage in here?" Cadence asks.
"Help me." a voice groaned.
The group turn to see a white hoof in the air. They all run toward it to see a white Pegasus guard was alive. Ahsoka and Anakin kneel down to one knee to help him up.
"Guard, what happened here? Who did this to you?" Celestia asks.
"It- it was Lady Sparkle. She did this." the guard answered.
The group of friends were all in complete shock at what they heard. Twilight was the one responsible for the carnage in the room. They never knew Twilight to kill a pony.
"No. It can't be. Twiley's not a killer. Where is she now?" Shining Armor asks.
"She- she's headed for the vault right now. You have to stop before she gets the holocron. Please?" the guard asks.
With that, the group of friends began making their way to the vault following the trail of dead guards on the wall. And there were several guards pinned to the wall by their spears. The group couldn't help but stare in horror at the carnage that Twilight caused. After several minutes, the group arrive only to find Twilight using the force to rip the vault door clear off the hinges. But, Twilight stops and growls because she knew that her five ex friends, Celestia, and Shining Armor were there. She turns toward them revealing her sith eyes causing her friends to gasp.
"What are you cowards doing here and with jedi? Because, I am in the middle of taking back my sith holocron from a bunch of cowardly thieves!" Twilight growled.
"Twilight, listen to me. That holocron thingy is corrupting you. You need to let us help you." Cadence pleaded.
"She's right, sugarcube.I know the real you and your not a killer. You have to fight it." Applejack added.
"Right. Except you're wrong on some things. One, I don't need help from any of you, I don't want your pity and I don't want your friendship ever. And two, before I found the holocron I was weak and broken. And how do you think that happened?" Twilight questioned.
Hearing Twilight's question brought to mind of what the five friends, Shining Armor, Spike and Celestia did to her at the wedding rehearsal before the invasion. But, Cadence, and Luna had no idea of what they did and became confused. They needed to know what it was Twilight was talking about.
"Auntie, what is Twilight talking about? What is it that she's talking about?" Cadence asks.
"You know, sister. That is something I would like to know too. What did happen to her?" Luna asks as well.
Celestia tried to come up with the answer to Cadence and Luna's question. The two alicorns turn toward the five friends and Shining Armor demanding an explanation from them as well. They tried to come up with the answer, but couldn't. Instead, they all hung their heads in shame, causing Twilight to groan in annoyance.
"Oh for the love of, to answer your question, Cadence and Luna, it was at the wedding rehearsal, I tried to expose the changeling queen, but do you know what happened?"
Cadence and Luna shook their heads no, indicating that they had no idea what happened.
"Well, after the impostor ran out crying, bonehead there said it was wedding stress and threw me out of the wedding! Then, oh you'll like this next part, my five so called friends who stood by my side, abandoned me as well and finally, the great and wise Princess Celestia followed suit. If they had listened to me and focused on the unknown threat, Canterlot wouldn't have been subjected to an invasion." Twilight replied pointing at the group.
At that moment, Cadence was in complete shock at what she was hearing. The same pony that Shining Armor loved was tossed aside like yesterdays trash for her. And her friends and mentor followed suit all for a wedding. She became angry and turned toward Shining Armor and the group of friends and Luna turned toward Celestia to demand an explanation from them.
"Shining Armor, I want to know. Is Twilight telling the truth? Was she thrown out of the wedding?" Cadence asks.
Shining Armor tried to come up the answer but remained silent, causing Cadence to become more upset. And Luna demanded the same thing from Celestia but remained silent as well.
"Shining Armor, the truth."
"Yes. It's true. I stripped Twilight of her best mare title and kicked her out of the wedding. But, I had no idea her friends and Celestia would follow suit. I swear."
"I can't believe it. How could you do that to your sister? She was your family and you tossed her aside like garbage."
"Hey, don't blame us, it was her fault because she came barging in there like a mad pony, throwing around false accusations about the princess!" Rainbow Dash said jumping in.
Hearing Rainbow Dash's comment, Cadence wanted to slap her, but instead, Rainbow Dash was sent flying into a wall. The group look to see that it was Twilight who was angry at what happened.
"Don't you ever talk to my foal sitter like that again, Rainbow dash. " Twilight threatened.
"Now see here darling. That was just plain rude. There was no need for that." Rarity says.
"Why not? Big mouth over there talked back toward my true friend Cadence. She's the one who was being rude not me." Twilight responds.
"Ow! That's it! I'm going to pound you into tiny little pieces, egghead!" Rainbow Dash threatened and tried to charge at Twilight, but Applejack grabbed her tail and stopped her.
"Hold on, Rainbow! We're here to help Twilight, not fight her so I suggest you sit a spell and cool off. Besides, all six of us represent the elements of harmony. I was suppose to represent the element of honesty, but I was only dishonest because of that stupid wedding."
"I represent the element of generosity, but the only thing I generous to was that fake bride instead of you." Rarity solemnly says.
"I represent the element of kindness, but instead I was hurtful and didn't comfort you at the wedding rehearsal." Fluttershy says.
"I represent the element of laughter, but instead of trying to make you laugh and try to cheer you up, I was a big meanie." Pinkie pie says and her mane becomes flat.
"Right. And Rainbow Dash represents the element of loyalty, but instead she thought about her rainboom stunt at the wedding and was selfish." Twilight said guessing. "Right, but instead I have my own versions of the elements you represent, Applejack represents dishonesty, Rarity represents greed, Pinkie Pie represents hatred, Fluttershy represents cruelty and finally Rainbow Dash, you get selfishness, because that's what you are!"
"THAT'S IT! I'M GOING TO RIP YOUR HORN OFF YOUR HEAD AND STUFF IT DOWN YOUR THROAT!" Rainbow Dash shouts and spreads her wings.
The group of friends become horrified at what was about transpire right before their very eyes. Twilight sees what Rainbow Dash has planned and decides to meet her half way. She holsters her lightsaber and get in position to fight. The two ponies charge at each other and soon collide. The brawl flies through the window and into the Canterlot gardens. The group run out the door in order to stop the fight and save Twilight from the dark side.
Down in the Canterlot maze, the two ponies landed on the ground and rolled around until Twilight kicks Rainbow Dash off of her and she lands on the ground. Both mares soon get to their hooves and were ready to fight.
"I trusted you like my sister! And you and the rest of those cowards not only stabbed me in the back, but you put all of Canterlot at risk, all for a wedding!"
"Well, if you'd gathered evidence like you did on the friendship express when somepony took a bite out of the cake, we would've listened to you. But instead, you come running into the wedding rehearsal like a mad pony and started accusing the bride just like that!"
The fight continued for several minutes when Twilight grabs Rainbow Dash and throws her to her right. Rainbow Dash crashes through several statues and eventually comes to a screeching halt. She gets to her hooves and turns toward Twilight with an angry look on her face.
"I'm going to break your muzzle for that."
"Then try it, coward."
With that, Rainbow Dash spreads her wings and takes off toward Twilight. She grabs her and takes off into the air. The group of friends arrive too late to stop them. Twilight and Rainbow Dash continued to fly through the air for several minutes and then, the fight lands in on the ground in the city. The other ponies run away while others stare at the fight that was happening in front of them. The group of friends soon arrive and see the fight was still ongoing for several minutes. Rainbow Dash flew up into the air and prepared to do a dive bomb on Twilight.
"Rainbow, stop! Twilight's your friend!" Applejack shouts.
"Not anymore, Applejack! That is not Twilight anymore!"
But, before Rainbow Dash could reach the ground, Twilight draws her lightsaber and throws it up toward Rainbow Dash, cutting off her wing.
"AHHHH!"
Rainbow Dash crashes into the ground and attempts to stand up, but Twilight kicks her down onto her back. Twilight pulls her lightsaber back into her hoof with the force and points it at Rainbow Dash.
"Your parents should've named you Rainbow Crash. Because, that's all you're ever good at, Rainbow Crash. Always have and always will be."
Twilight turns and sees the rest of the elements, Celestia, Cadence, Shining Armor, Luna and the jedi and clones staring at her in complete shock at what she did to Rainbow Dash. They wanted to try to speak but were afraid at what would've happened next. At that moment, Twilight lights up her horn and becomes engulfed in a bright light. The friends cover their eyes to shield themselves from the blinding light until then, they look and see that Twilight was gone.
Back at the vault, Twilight appeared and used her magic to take her holocron and then performed another teleportation spell and was gone at that very moment.
