MLD: Chapter 1: A whole New World... But not in a Good Way!
Tai and Agumon were walking in the forest with everyone trying to find the lake that was in it. While they were walking, they decided to talk about what would happen later.
"So, Agumon, are you exited to go home for the first time in a couple of years? I mean, if it's been this long, I would miss my home, too," Sora asked Agumon.
"Sort of, I guess. Not particularly, no, but I am glad to get to see Gabumon and company."
"Is that so?"
"Well, I've really enjoyed my time with Tai and you guys."
The conversation kept going when they reached the lake. But Joe noticed something unnatural and peculiar.
"Hey guys? Should the lake be purple with a reflection of a giant palace suspended on the side of a mountain?" He said.
(Author's Note: For those of you that don't watch the TV series, he means that the lake is reflecting Canterlot.)
"well, so what? We can still use the lake to swim in!" Tai exclaimed. Then he jumped into the lake.
They waited.
And waited.
And waited.
Tai never came back up to the surface.
Instead, they heard him screaming, as if he was falling, and the voice was echoing over and over again. Matt said "I'm going in to see if he's in here!" Then jumped in as well.
Matt never came back up, either. In fact, the very same thing happened.
Suddenly, a strong wind started to push against them. They could see and feel their feet losing their grip on the ground, and they were pushed into the lake. The lake then reverted back to its neutral state.
"Oooohhhhhhhhhh..."
Tai moaned. His entire body throbbed in pain. He rubbed the back of his head, and settled down. He looked up to see some kind of horse in front of him. Wait, wasn't I going to swim in the lake with Agumon?Tai thought. Not laying around cloud-gazing with him. But when he held his arm in front of his face, he shrieked, because where his hand should be, instead there was a hoof! Tai didn't notice yet, but everyone who had gotten sucked through the portal was lying on the ground all around him. When he yelled, it woke everybody from their coma-like (Author's Note: it was only kind of looked like they were in a coma, but they weren't. They were just all, like, conked out) state, noticed Tai, and also screamed. Well, Sora did. All the others were too busy gawking at each other to scream.
When Tai saw himself, his eyes went wide. A blue mane dropped down parallel to his neck, and it was really spiky. His body, in contrast, was deep orange with a streak of baby-blue down his left side. A short, unkempt tail burst from him. Sora was very contrasting to him- she had a bright red mane and tail with a dark pink body, and a pair of wings protruded from her body. However, much like Tai, TK and Matt both had Blonde manes and tails. While TK had a bright gray body, Matt had a pitch-black one. Tai looked up to see a deep (VERY deep) yellow horn sticking out of his mane. At the same time, Kari was lavender with the same-colored mane and tail, as well as horn. Kari's mane, however, was combed and pigtailed. Her tail was similar. Joe was mostly blue. And their crest symbols were on their flanks, for some reason. So they all just stared at each other until Tai decided to break the silence.
"Hey, I'm not the only one seeing this, right? Guys?" He said. Suddenly, the lake Tai had almost ended up in earlier in the mess of trying to process what was going on shimmered. A picture of Izzy and Agumon appeared. Kari noticed and called everyone over.
"Hi, Izzy! Oh, thank god you have your laptop on you all the time. Do you know what happened, Izzy? By the way, if you were having trouble identifying who's who, I'm Kari," she said. Izzy didn't say anything for a long time, but Agumon was rambling on and on.
"Hey Tai, it's me! I'm fine, but... um, wait, who's Tai? The one with a blue stripe and messy hair? So, we just wanted to say, we-" then Izzy interrupted. "We just wanted to ask if you all are okay, but from the looks of it, you're not," Izzy said with wide eyes.
"Oh, yes! We're fine. But is there any way you can come to us? At least go to the digital world to get all of our digimon instead of just having the one at our side," Matt said. Izzy must have decided that it was just too weird, because then his reflection disappeared.
"Well, looks like we're on our own in this," Tai said grimly.
MLD: Chapter 2: The Beginning of Chemistry
Author's Note
I tried my best to come up with names that sounded-well, NOT dumb and stupid. But even I didn't like some of them in the end. I spent like FOREVER trying to brainstorm names, so I just picked the best-sounding name for each of them. Sorry!

MLD: Chapter 2: The Beginning of Chemistry
Twilight Sparkle was helping out at Sweet Apple Acres for the day. She was fixing the water system when her cutie mark started to glow. She saw Pinkie Pie and Applejack's cutie marks glow, too. So she used a quick teleportation spell to take them all to the Castle of Friendship, including those who weren't there by her but were still being called. Their glowing marks of destiny gathered together and landed at the edge of the Everfree Forest. Twilight gasped. Is Zecora in trouble? she thought. No, that's too close to the border. So the group discussed it, but got nowhere. So Twilight made a decision-
"We need to go check it out! Someone needs us NOW!" Twilight exclaimed. Twilight grabbed her bag for traveling and rushed off to the Everfree.
Tai and his friends were trying to fight off a rather large pack of who-knows-what. They seemed to be wolves made of dead trees. Without warning, the nearest one bit down on his leg and started to run off. The wolf made it out of sight, but a blast of something light-related hit it's target. A minute later, after a lot of shouting coming form where the blast had, a group of six ponies burst through the trees. Tai was laying on some weird carrier-thing, and one of his legs was red. The whole thing was supported by a white unicorn with a purple curly mane and tail. Tai was talking with her, until he noticed that everyone was starring at him. He introduced each of the ponies- Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and the one he was chttting with was Rarity.
"So it turns out, we're not the only magical pony-things...wait, pony, Pegasus, and unicorn? Okay, so we're not the only ones here, guys. When that wolf thing (apparently they're called Timberwolves) dragged me off, she-" Tai nodded to the purple one "-blasted it into oblivion, then fixed my leg. Then, we went off to find you guys," he explained. So they spent just about the next 10 minutes getting acquaintanced. After that, Twilight Sparkle led the group beck to the Castle of Friendship.
Izzy was working on trying to contact Mimi, but for some reason he couldn't find her anywhere. So he called her up on his laptop computer.
"Hey, Mimi! I need your help! Can you come back to my place? I need to talk to you about something," Izzy told Mimi. He packed up his stuff, shoved Agumon back into his bag (much to his complaints), and left. Izzy left his laptop computer by the lake. What he didn't see is that the lake became purple and reflected the mountainside palace once again.
By the point that was the border of the Everfree, Joe had practically shoved leaves in his ears because Tai and Rarity had talked so much. By the point that was the border of Ponyville, everyone had gone insane because of how much Tai and Rarity had talked. And by the point that was Starlight Glimmer coming out to welcome the Mane six back, everyone had been trying to shut Rarity and Tai up so much that Twilight Sparkle had silenced the whole group. So Starlight was really confused as to why nobody could make a sound. Twilight undid the spell, then led the group to the cutie map inside the Castle of Friendship. She told Starlight about what had happened, and shooed her out of the room so she could talk to these strange new ponies.
"So, I'm pretty sure you have no idea who I am and where you are. Well, somehow, you came here via interdimensional travel, which is understandable. Don't worry, I've been there. Trust me. This is Equestria, one of the most magical dimensions pretty much of all. I can help all of you about where you are, but I don't know how to get you back to where you came from. So for now, I'll have my friends show you around," Twilight said. She whistled, and 5 more ponies came in.
"I know you've met my friends, so they will show you around. Also, I never got your names. Except I know you're Tai, but other than that..." Twilight trailed off.
"I just told her my name because she asked,” Tai said, shrugging his shoulders. So they decided to introduce themselves.
After that, Twilight assigned posts, and they all went off on a trip around Equestria.
Izzy scratched his head, dumbfounded. Somehow, his laptop had disappeared without a single trace. Where could it have gone? He and Mimi had searched most of the perimeter of the lake clearing, but had found nothing, meaning they had no way of contacting Tai. Even more, he couldn't get to the digital world, either. Izzy sighed, and Agumon sat with him in a huff. Mimi walked over to the lake. None of them spotted a dark shadow slipping between the trees, rushing to find the lake and clearing. When it got to the edge, it froze. It tapped the area around the lake, then rushed right over to Mimi. When Mimi turned around, she shrieked, and the shadow tackled her. They both toppled into the lake, which once again had turned blue once they fell into it. Agumon promptly jumped into the water, but was not pulled into it. He splashed around quite a bit before giving up. All they could think was how to find them.
Mimi groaned. She had no idea where she was. But when she sat up, she realized she was in a castle, and there was a lot of exquisite tapestries on the tall walls. She wished she had Izzy to help her. And suddenly and without warning, a messy-haired, chocolate-colored pony appeared next to her. Her eyes went wide. Just for experimental purposes, she wished the walls were all pink, and right before her eyes all the walls became pink. A small, evil grin started to rise on her face. IF she had this kind of power, she couldn't imagine what she could do with the world around her.
