Fluttershy was panicking. Angel bunny had a high fever, and nothing Fluttershy did lowered his temperature. She tried all the medicine she had, even the ones that she knew deep down would not work. She was nearing the end of her rope. Her best animal friend was going to die. She had only one choice left. She rushed to Twilight as fast as she could.
"What are his symptoms?" asked Twilight. Fluttershy told her and Twilight looked through a book. She grimaced once she found the illness that matched Angel's symptoms. The disease was an especially nasty one in terms of durability. It was magical in nature and had a high resistance to spells. There was no spell that could cure Angel.
There was hope, however. There was a brew that could cure him. Unfortunately one of the ingredients only grew in the Everfree Forest, "I could come with you..." Twilight offered.
Fluttershy shook her head, "I can do this on my own. I need to. He's my friend. I need to save him."
Twilight reluctantly nodded and showed Fluttershy what the plant looked like and where to find it. Luckily it was near a path in the forest. Fluttershy rushed out. Time was of the essence. If Fluttershy knew what was in store for her, she might've let Twilight come along. She slowed to a jog as she entered the forest. She continued inward for a few moments, following the path. That's when disaster struck.
Fluttershy was far enough in as to not see the entrance to the forest any more. That's when she heard a sound she hoped to never hear. The howl of a Timberwolf. She stopped, considering turning back. She shook her head. No. Her friend was going to die without her. Besides, the howl sounded far enough away. The continued onward.
Another howl, but this time it was much, much closer. So close in fact that...she turned her head and froze. Glowing eyes stared back at her. There were multiple pairs. Her fight or flight instinct kicked in and she made a choice.
She ran.
She ran down the path as fast as her feet could carry her. She heard them following her, but she didn't dare look back. Suddenly, a Timberwolf appeared up a head blocking the path. She was forced to run off of the pathway. Tree branches and shrubbery cut her as she ran for her life. She heard them follow her, and realized that her chances of surviving this was null.
That was until she broke into a clearing. Up ahead as a rock wall with a cave in it. She skidded to a stop as she heard them pursue her no more. They were still there, though. She could see their eyes. They knew she was trapped. So why didn't they move in for the kill? Even then, they seemed to be getting braver, inching closer. She had no choice but to go into the cave and wait until they grew tired and gave up.
She slowly went into the cave. It wasn't long before she heard something. Buzzing. She went around the bend that was in the cave and came to a cavern. What was in the cave cemented her going without Twilight a mistake. There were giant bees everywhere. And they all turned as one to her.
Fluttershy decided that this was the perfect time to see if the Timberwolves were still there. She turned to run away but found her exit blocked by more bees. She gulped, "Um, e-excuse me, but I-I want to leave..."
Their response was to buzz closer to her, "Um...c-can you let me p-pass? I-I won't steal any of your honey..."
The bees drew closer and Fluttershy decided that was enough. She used her Stare. Or at least tried to. She suddenly felt something sting in the back of her leg. She collapsed as her leg quickly grew numb. She struggled to get up before she felt another sting. Her other leg quickly grew numb too. She was helpless.
Fluttershy started to cry, "P-please don't k-kill me..."
Fluttershy later wished they had for what was in store of her. She was suddenly dragged her further back into the cave. She tried to grab the rocky ground with her hands, but whatever was pulling her had the strength of ten stallions. She was dragged to a wall of the cavern and was pulled up in an arc and onto her back. She was shoved against the wall, her pelvis resting uncomfortably on a rock. This later gave the bees full access to her privates. The bee that dragged her quickly spat goo on her wrists that quickly hardened. She now knew why she hadn't been killed. They intended for her to be the mother of their brood.

She watched as a fifth one appeared before resting her head back down.
Six. Seven. Eight. Each one stretched her womb a little bit more. Now a new pain was starting to emerge: the pain of stretching. She let out another scream as number nine and ten entered her. She started to stop counting after the fifteenth egg entered her. The pain was unbearable now, far worse than the penetration. More and more eggs filled her womb. The bee exited her and left her alone and in pain. Her final thoughts before blacking out were of her friends.

Fluttershy didn't know how long she was unconscious when she reawakened. She shifted and was rewarded with the pain of the eggs shifting inside her sore womb. She probably would never be able to have foals now. That was assuming she even got out from this place. She wished she'd been eaten by the Timberwolves. She started to cry when she heard movement above her. She slowly looked up to see two bees crawling towards her. Fluttershy was frozen in fear.

Her eyes went wide in horror as she felt something in her wiggle around. More eggs hatched, adding to the unpleasantness. After a few short and uncomfortable minutes, all the eggs had hatched. She whimpered as another thought crossed her mind. What if they were still hungry? What if they ate their way out?
That didn't happen as the larvae were content to wiggle inside of Fluttershy. She could feel them individually brush against the walls of her womb. That scream turned into a sob as another pushed against the two stuck larva. More bites. They were getting restless. She gritted her teeth as the two finally pushed trough. The duo made their way down. Fluttershy whimpered. It was going to hurt when they reach her lips.
It did hurt. Oh Celestia did it hurt. Her lips tore even more as they simultaneously pushed their way out. Her belly started to deflate as more and more left her. One stopped and bit while it was in her vaginal tunnel. This blocked the others who in turn bit Fluttershy too. She writhed in pain before the front one continued on its way.
Fluttershy was breathing heavily by the time the last one fell out. Now she needed to rest. The bees had other ideas. The bee that came up to her was bigger than the others. Fluttershy's eyes widened in horror and shook her head at the sight of the bug's giant ovipositor. Her vagina was going to be ruined, "N-no!"

She looked beyond pregnant now, the pain sending her unconscious. When she woke up in pain, the bee was gone. She was fed more of that fluid.
It must've been days when the eggs began to hatch. The ones in her ass awoke first. Fluttershy groaned at the wiggling. She felt bites, but was too tired to do anything about it. They were bigger than the previous brood, increasing the discomfort. They wiggled towards her gaping anus. Even then, they stretched her ring, tearing it. They fell out of her, hitting the ground with a thump. Her eyes grew unfocused as the ones in her womb hatched. More bites. More pain. She was their baby factory now.
