Princess Luna has returned from a thousand years absence and after a bit of a rocky start she seemed to be coming into her own. However, a series of mishaps to the ponies around have caused ponies to begin to fear her and what the ramblings of one survivor means: "Nightmare Moon..."

It's up to Twilight and the others to discover what is happening and save Princess Luna, even from her own doings.

I conceptualized this story when I first got into MLP at the end of season one. Due to a lot of procrastination and rewriting it has gone unpublished until now. While it may clash with the cannon of today I've chosen to publish it anyway. I hope people may still enjoy it.
