Consequences

Twilight Sparkle was in her room reading her book. She wasn't planning on going anywhere as she relaxed for the day. Then all of a sudden she got a phone call. She answered it wondering what it was about and who was calling. She then heard Rarity's voice speak to her.

"Twilight I need to talk to you about something. Can you come over to Carousal Boutique?" Rarity asked. Twilight wondered why Rarity needed her to come over just so they could talk even if they could just talk to eachother using the phone that they were now having this conversation with.

"Can't we just talk about it on the phone? It would be a lot quicker and less time consuming." Twilight asked as she felt like whatever Rarity needed to say she could tell Twilight right there. Rarity sighed.

"No Twilight we need to talk face to face. Rarity said in a stern manner. Twilight was a bit surprised by her tone. She wondered what was wrong. She wondered why Rarity needed to see Twilight so bad and why it couldent be done over the phone. She wondered if Rarity needed help with something. She wondered why Rarity sounded like the way she sounded. Maybe she was just upset about something. Twilight needed to find out.

"Alright I'm coming over." Twilight said. She hung up the phone and went over to Rarity's place while her mind raced with questions on what Rarity needed to talk about. She wondered why the couldn't talk about it on the phone. Soon she got over to Rarities and knocked. Rarity opened it up and brought her inside. Rarity closed the door and led Twilight over to a couch.

"Sit down Twilight." Rarity commanded in a stern voice. Twilight was put off by this sudden authority Rarity was using. Rarity sounded mad. Twilight wondered what Rarity was so mad about. Twilight decided to follow her orders for the time being as she didn't want to disobey Rarity and make her angry . She sat down and spoke to Rarity.

"What's wrong Rarity?" Twilight asked in a polite tone. Rarity sat down and spoke to her.

"Twilight do you know where one of my dresses was tonight?" Rarity asked in an angry tone. Twilight shrugged not knowing as she didn't know what Rarity was talking about.

"It was outside and ripped!!" Rarity exclaimed with a furious look. Twilight flinced at Raroty yelling. Twilight thought of what Rarity was talking about and then remembered that she was over at Rarities and admiring Rarities dresses. She now remembered misplacing one outside as she took it outside with her to enjoy the fresh air. She felt guilty.

"Oh yeah...that. Rarity...I did that....I was looking at it and then I brought it outside because I wanted to go out and look at the dress and once I did that I came back inside and forgot it was there. I'm sorry Rarity I promise it won't happen again." Twilight explained while apologizing. She was so embarrassed at what she did to Rarities beautiful dress. She waited for Rarity to respond to her apology.

"Sorry isn't going to cut it. That dress was something I worked on a whole year. Im furious Twilight! What you did was completely irresponsible!!" Rarity criticized in a stern and angry tone. Twilight was so embarrassed at what she did. She deserved being scolded as what she did wasn't right.

"Rarity...I-I really don't know what you want me to say. I-It was an accident!! I didn't mean to do any harm to your business and dresses! I screwed up badly and I shouldn't have ever done that! Please I wasn't thinking!!" Twilight begged while trying to explain. Rarity continued to give her a stern look.

"Saying at it was an accident is not good enough! Im sorry but i'm not going to be moved by that simple half hearted explanation." Rarity spoke angrily. Twilights heart beated extremely fast at what Rarity was saying. Twilight was becoming very upset wondering what Rarity needed from her in order for Rarity to forgive her. Tears started to fall down Twilights eyes as Rarity scolded her for her actions.

Rarity calmed her tone down as Twilight thought of what to say. Twilight stuttered as her face was wet with tears.

"Rarity I didn't mean to ruin it. It didn't do it on purpose! You have to believe me!" Twilight cried in desperation to make Rarity try to understand. Rarity softened her expression and spoke to Twilight in a softer tone.

"I know you didn't mean it but that still doesn't give me what I want."

"When will You forgive me?" Twilight asked trying to calm down.

"After when I teach you the consequences of your actions." Rarity said coming to the part in which Twilight would reject. Twilight became nervous.

"What are you going to do?" Twilight asked her legs shaking with nervousness. Rarity sighed as she was at the part that would be met with resistance.

"Twilight you need to listen to me very carefully. What you did wasn't the first time you have made bad mistakes. You've been acting rude and messing with my stuff. I kept trying to warn you and talk to you but you won't learn. I need to punish you Twilight. I'm not punishing you to hurt you or embarrass you I'm punishing you to make you learn of the consequences for your actions. Once I do that then you can apologize." Rarity said giving a long explanation of what she wanted. Rarity wanted to get this over with so she immediately told her what she was going to do.

"Twilight...Im going to spank you. This is the only way that you are going to learn." Rarity said knowing that Twilight was going to protest. Twilights eyes widened at the prospect of being spanked. She spoke while fearing the punishment.

"Rarity I'm not a baby!! I don't need a spanking!! That's so unnecessary! I'm a good girl I promise!" Twilight begged crying. Rarity gave her a concerned look as she was sorry that she had to do this for Twilight to teach Twilight a lesson.

"I'm sorry Twilight. I can't back down from this. Once after I spank you then you can apologize." Twilight was so mortified about being spanked but she knew that she had to get it done. Rarity pulled Twilight across her lap and then she pulled Twilight's pants down. She then held Twilight close to her and brought her hand down hard on Twilights behind. Twilight yelped out as Rarity produced fast barrage of swats on Twilights backside.

Twilight wondered if Rarity wanted an apology after when Rarity got finished with punishing her. Tears rolled down Twilight's face and dripped off her cheeks. Twilight sobbed with guilt. Twilight felt so stupid messing with Rarities dress. If she never did she wouldn't be laying across her best friends lap getting a spanking. The tow feelings of guilt and pain spread through Twilight. Twilight felt overwhelming guilt and sorrow in her heart. Twilight felt nothing else except for guilt and sorrow.

Rarity didn't let up and would make sure nothing would interrupt her as she continued to spank Twilight realized that what she did was terrible. She knew that Rarity was in the right to spank her. Twilight felt awful about herself. She knew that she deserved all the punishment that Rarity gave her. She deserved the pain as she had ruined a very hard worked on dress that she should have never had messed with.

Twilight had no idea how she did it and why in the first place did she do it. She could have admired it inside and not touch it. But yet she brought it outside with her. She knew that there was no excuse for what she did.

Soon Rarity stopped and pulled Twilight into a hug. Twilight pulled her pants back up and hugged Rarity back as she wailed with guilt. She would never do a terrible thing like that to Rarities stuff again.

"I'm so sorry Rarity!!! I should have never have done such a thing to something you worked so hard on!! I just wanted to go outside and hang out there while looking at it as I loved the dress and the beautiful weather! I'm sorry! I screwed up!" Twilight cried sobbing loudly. Rarity rubbed Twilights back and spoke in a soft voice.

"Your forgiven sweetheart. You can still admire my dresses but for now keep them inside. You can touch them to just don't leave them outside or bring them anywhere near outside. Okay Twilight?" Rarity told Twilight in a soft but yet stern tone.

"I will! I promise!!" Twilight cried. Rarity smiled and continued to hug Twilight until she calmed down. Soon Twilight did and they both hugged in peaceful silence. They both laid there as Twilight grew calm soon Rarity and Twilight looked at each other.

"Thanks...Rarity. I needed that." Twilight admitted.

"Your welcome honey. I only did it because I loved you enough to teach the consequences and I'm glad that you learned what your actions had caused. I love you." Rarity said.

"I know. I needed to learn. I love you to." Twilight said. They stayed there in the warm embrace for a few more minutes and then after a while they both got up. Twilight pulled her pants up and Rarity gave Twilight a tissue and Twilight wiped her eyes. Rarity managed to fix her dress and after that both Rarity and Twilight spent the rest of the day hanging out and talking to each other as they both snuggled.
