Ponyville Hospital

Streaks of sunlight poured through the window blinds of Fluttershy’s hospital room, providing warmth for the slumbering pegasus. A soft yawn escaped her lips as she slowly blinked her eyes open to see her mate sleeping soundly by her bed. She smiled warmly at him I’m the luckiest mare in all of Equestria to have a loving husband in Big Mac. She sighed softly as she looked down to see the bundle of joy she held in the crook of her foreleg.

Wrapped up in a warm, fluffy, white blanket was a foal who was still soundly asleep. The foal was a filly with a light pink coat, a magenta hued mane, freckles, eyes like her mother, and pegasi wings. Fluttershy leaned down to nuzzle at her cheek “My dear Flitter Sweet, I am so proud to have given birth to such a beautiful filly such as you.” She whispered softly to the sleeping foal as she kissed her forehead.

She lifted her head to look over at her mate sleeping peacefully, but with her free hoof she nudged him on his shoulder “Um.. Big Mac, sweetheart…um… wake up.” She smiled warmly as he started to stir slowly awake.

Big Mac let out a yawn and blinked his eyes open to look over at Fluttershy “Good morning honey pie.” A loving smile crept across his muzzle “How did you sleep last night dear?” He carefully sat up near her bed.

“I slept wonderful Maccy Poo.” A light giggle escaped her lips as a very soft yawn was heard “Oh, look sweetheart, somepony wants to say hi to their big, strong daddy.” She looked down at Flitter Sweet who opened her small eyes for the first time “Well hello my little Flitter, do you want to see your daddy?” She smiled back at Big Mac and carefully shifted the bundled up filly to give her to Big Mac.

Butterflies started to flutter in Big Mac’s stomach as he was a bit nervous of holding his child for the very first time. He was nervous about being a first time father, but carefully reached out his forelegs to receive the filly. As soon as he cradled Flitter Sweet close to his broad, warm chest, the first time jitters suddenly faded away.

He started to rock Flitter Sweet tenderly in his forelegs with a fatherly smile on his muzzle “Hello little one, I’m your daddy.” He felt tears well up in his eyes “I promise my little apple that I will always be here for you and protect you from all the evil that is in this land.” He leaned down to kiss her forehead.

A light knock interrupted the quiet peacefulness “Um… come in.” Fluttershy cleared her throat softly.

The door opened to reveal Nurse Redheart “Good morning Fluttershy and Big Mac, how is the young one doing?” She smiled warmly as she carefully trotted in and saw Big Mac holding his foal “Aww… well it appears that is doing quite well.” She let out a small giggle.

“Um… yes Nurse Redheart, Flitter Sweet is wonderful!” A bright smile crept across the pegasus’ muzzle “Um… is there something the matter though?”

“Oh, no, no, no, nothing at all dear. I just came in to check on to see how you all were doing and also to see if it was okay for your friends to come in and see you? They just woken up and have been asking to come see the bundle of joy.” Another light giggle escaped her lips.

“Um.. of course Nurse Redheart, you can tell them to come in.” She then turned to look at Flitter Sweet in Big Mac’s forelegs “Would you like to meet your aunts?” She smiled motherly at her baby.

“Okay, I’ll go get them.” Nurse Redheart trotted out of the room to go retrieve the others.

Soon the door opened to reveal Fluttershy’s friends “Good morning darling, I hope you slept well.” Rarity smiled warmly as she led the troupe into the room. As soon as she saw Big Mac holding Flitter Sweet, she gasped “Oh darling, is that her? She is absolutely marvelous!” The fashionista gushed with elation at the foal as well did the others that trailed behind.

“Oh, she is so little!” Twilight beamed with joy after seeing the filly “She has your eyes Fluttershy.” She looked at her friend with a warm smile “I would love to give you some of the old stories I used to read Spike when he was just a hatchling. I believe she will love them.’ She fluttered her wings excitedly.

Rainbow Dash noticed the small wings poking out “Oh, look girls, she has little pegasi wings! That is so awesome!” She beamed with pride “Maybe when she gets old enough, I’ll teach her how to fly like I do with you squirt?” Scootaloo stood beside Rainbow as she looked at the filly with a big smile on her face.

“That is right Rainbow! It would be totally cool to teach her some tricks on my scooter as well!” A smile of pride crept across her muzzle.

“Well, Ah’ll be, the little sugarcube is a darn tootin’ cutie.” Applejack chuckled softly as she looked at her brother “Ya know big brother, Ah believe she might have your strength. Ya, she might be shy like her mother, but ya are shy too, but with that shyness comes great strength.” She tipped her hat toward Big Mac.

“Ah can’t believe Ah’m going to be an aunt!” Applebloom smiled proudly ‘Ah am going to teach her the ropes about being a good, strong farmer too!” She jumped in place “Too bad Granny is taking her nap, she would have loved to meet the little filly.” She gave a bit of a frown.

“Don’t worry little sis, Granny will have plenty of chances to see Flitter Sweet.” Big Mac winked as he carefully shifted the filly over to his other foreleg to hand her back to Fluttershy.

“She is so little wittle! I think she is as small as Pumpkin and Pound Cake when they were born!” Pinkie looked at the filly in awe “I can’t wait to throw her a “Welcome To The World” Party!” She beamed as she started to hop in place, earning a laugh from every pony.

“Flitter Sweet is a marvelous name for the little darling Fluttershy.” Rarity batted her eyelashes “I would absolutely adore it if you would let me make her some clothes!” She clapped her hooves together.

“Um… I would like that Rarity. I think Flitter Sweet would like that too.” She looked down at her baby and lowered her head to her “Wouldn’t you my precious Flitter?” She giggled and nuzzled against her nose.

“Maybe I could perform a magic show for her with the lessons I’ve been learning from Twilight.” A giggle escaped Sweetie Belle’s lips as she lit her horn up to levitate a remote on the nightstand by the bed.

“You will not do such thing Sweetie Belle!” Rarity shook her head disapprovingly “You full well that I’ve asked Twilight to teach you how to use your magic wisely, not for show, do you understand?” She looked at her younger sister sternly.

Sweetie Belle grunted “Aww… Rarity, you’re no fun!” She whined “Fine! I’ll perform my magic more conservatively.” She huffed That is what she thinks though.

“Well my dear Fluttershy, the child certainly is beautiful.” Princess Celestia entered through the door with a warm smile on her muzzle “Flitter Sweet is a perfect fit for such a precious little filly.” She trotted over to Fluttershy and the foal, leaning her head toward Flitter Sweet “Welcome to Equestria, your home little one.” She kissed the top of her head.

Fluttershy looked around at all of her friends and family, but there was one who wasn’t present. A curious expression washed over the pegasus’ face “Um… Where is Toby?” She along with the others looked for the young boy.

“Here I am Momma.” Soon he walked into the room with a soft yawn “I just woke up from a long nap.” As he walked in he saw the bundle of joy and gasped “Momma, Papa, is that?” He walked up to the side of Fluttershy’s bed.

“Yes sweetheart, this is your new baby sister, Flitter Sweet.” She smiled maternally at her adopted son as she leaned her head over to kiss his forehead. She then looked back Flitter Sweet “Um… Toby would you maybe like to hold your little sister?”

Toby swallowed a bit nervously, but nodded “Yes Momma, I would like that.” A big smile crept across his face as he outstretched his arms.

Fluttershy carefully placed the wrapped up filly in the arms of her son “Toby, I know that you are going to be the best big brother Flitter Sweet will ever have.” She smiled proudly as she saw him gently take the foal into his arms.

As he held her in his arms, cradled tenderly to his chest, tears started to well up in Toby’s eyes. His smile grew proudly as he looked into the eyes of his new baby sister “Hello Flitter Sweet, I’m Toby, and I’m your big brother.” He sniffled as he looked down at her proudly “I promise to always be here for you and protect you Flitter Sweet.” He kissed her on her forehead as he started to rock her.

I am so proud of him, he has grown so much, maybe not in age, but in heart ever since he came here. I’m so honored to be his adoptive mother. Fluttershy smiled proudly at her two children before her.

A knock was heard at the door “Excuse me, every pony, I apologize for intruding, but I couldn’t help overhear.” A blue coated stallion trotted in with a camera hanging from his neck. He had a brown mane and tail, and as his cutie mark, he had a camera. He gave every pony a warm smile “My name is Shutter Flash, and I was just visiting a relative in the hospital. I am a photographer and if it’s okay with you all, i would like to take a photo.”

“Um.. that sounds nice Mr. Flash.” Fluttershy returned the smile as she looked all around at her friends and family ‘Um… would that be okay with all of you?”

“YES!” They all said in unison as they gathered around the bed close to Fluttershy as Toby cradled Flitter Sweet.

Shutter Flash was setting up a tripod to place his camera on. Once he got it at the right exact angle, he looked at the group with a warm smile “Alright every pony, on the count of three, say cheese! One… Two… Three!” He pressed the flash button.

“CHEESE… SANDWICH!” They all said in unison as Pinkie added the sandwich part. A flash filled the room as the picture was taken.

Satisfied with the picture, Shutter Flash put his tripod and camera back in his saddle bags. He then looked at every pony “Alright, I will make copies of this photo and give all of you one.” He nodded “Thank you all for your time.” He turned to trot out of the door.

“Um… wait Mr. Flash, how much will each copy cost?” Fluttershy looked at the stallion curiously.

Shutter Flash turned around “Oh, it’s on the house. I could never charge such a lovely group of friends for a beautiful family photo like this.” He gave a wink “Let me go make copies of this and I shall return.” He then trotted out of the door.

As soon as he left, Princess Luna trotted in, but tried to keep her worries about the previous night at bay. She smiled warmly “Greetings every pony.” She noticed Toby holding the foal and trotted over to them “Well, this must be the new little addition to the family.” She leaned her head close to Flitter Sweet “Hello there little one and welcome to your new home!” She smiled warmly before looking at Celestia “Sister Tia, if it’s okay, I would like to speak with you for a moment.” She kept the warm smile.

“Alright dear sister.” She turned toward every pony “Well my little ponies and nephew, it was a pleasure to meet the precious filly. We shall see you all again, probably at the party that you are planning, right my dear Pinkie?” She winked at the party mare who simply nodded with a beaming smile. Celestia trotted to exit the room but waved a hoof at her friends “Goodbye my little ponies and nephew.” She smiled at them and exited.

Soon the two royal sisters trotted out of the hospital “Sister, is there something bothering you? I could sense there was something the matter when I looked at you.” Celestia placed a hoof comfortably on her shoulder.

With a heavy sigh, Luna lowered her head “There is something wrong Tia. I don’t know what it is, but I can sense something bad is happening.” She frowns as she lifts her head to look up into her older sister’s eyes “Last night while I was watching over the land, I witnessed the clouds shifting an unusual motion.” She turned to look up at the clear, blue sky.

“What do you think it could be dear sister?” Celestia looked at Luna curiously.

“I don’t know Tia, but I saw the cloud descending down towards the Everfree Forest. I believe we need to go there to find out what happened.” She turned back to look at Celestia firmly.

The sun princess nodded in agreement “I agree Lulu. We shall go back to Canterlot and gather some guard ponies and then head out toward the Everfree.” The two nodded to each other as they boarded the chariot that brought Luna to the hospital.

Tartarus

“For the sake of Equestria, where is the imbecile at Tirek?!” Chrysalis sighed heavily with annoyance as she paced back and forth.

“Just relax there bug lady, he said he’ll be back soon.” Tirek has his arms crossed as he let out a chuckle “Besides, it isn’t like you can go anywhere anyways. I mean doesn’t the princesses have you under watch by that freak, Discord?” He chuckled again.

‘Egh… don’t remind me!” She rolled her eyes, but then looked at Tirek with anger before placing a hoof up to his neck. She leaned her head close “And next time you call me buglady, I will make sure to take a little off the top, if you know what I mean.” She smirked and pointed her horn at Tirek’s own horns as she removed her hoof from his throat.

He coughed some “Alright, jeez, can’t you take a joke?” He rubbed at his neck as he looked around “He should be coming any minute now.” He continued to tap his huge hoof against the stone ground.

“Relax you two infantiles, I have returned!” The dark king steadily trotted in from the shadows with a devilish grin on his muzzle “And I see that my fellow royal has awoken. Did you sleep well Chrysalis?” He snickered as he stood before the two.

“I was sleeping just perfectly until goat boy here had the nerve to disrupt my slumber!” She sneered at Tirek who snorted at her.

“Alright, now that is crossing the line Bug Queen!” He took a step toward her, but Chrysalis didn’t back down as she got up to his face.

“Want to go beardy, I’m not afraid of you!” She snorted as she smirked at the frustrated tauren.

“SILENCE!” Sombra stomped his hoof against the ground “Will you two please for one second shut your mouths and pay attention?!” He sneered “I have returned with two new allies that will help us end the reign of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.” He cleared his throat as he stepped aside “May I introduce The Evil Queen and Rumpelstiltskin.” That sinister smile of his returned as he watched the two new allies enter.

“Well, thank you such a proper introduction your highness.” The Evil Queen trotted in with a proud smirk on her muzzle. She looked at her new pony form “I must admit, I look devilishly stunning as a pony.”

She had a smooth fur coat that had a greyish-purple hue to it, a smooth jet black tail and mane. A streak of vibrant purple could be seen in both as on her flank was the cutie mark of a golden crown representing her as a queen. Her frame was adorned with a royal purple gown with black mixed into it with a laced edge. The gown was topped with white sequins that sparkled beautifully.

“Well, your majesty, if I may be honest, you have always been extravagant, but now I think I might be having second thoughts on who I chose as my wife.” Rumpelstiltskin chuckled as he trotted out with a sly smirk on his muzzle.

He had a light brown coat.a short light grey mane in a buzz cut and a short light grey tail. For his cutie mark, he had a wand to represent that he knows great magic, and also he was a unicorn. Also, his form was covered with a fine, tailored suit.

“Mmm… Well, aren’t you a fine, dashing specimen!” Chrysalis trotted over to Rumpelstiltskin, placing a hoof his shoulder, and traced it along the unicorn stallion’s spine “I never witnessed one as handsome as you Sir.” A lustful grin creeped across her muzzle.

Rumpel simply brushed the hoof off “That is mighty respectful of you to say Queeny, but unfortunately for you, I’m a happily married man.” He chuckled as he looked over at Tirek “And who might you might be?”

“I am the supreme ruler of Tartarus, Lord Tirek!’ The tauren laughed maniacally holding his arms up in pride as lightning flashed. He looked at the others to see unamused expressions “What? I was trying to be serious.” Suddenly a golf clap could be heard and out of the blue Discord appeared.

“Bravo, bravo my dear boy!” The draconequus chuckled “You know Tirek, you have always been the one to be what is the word… oh yeah, a show stealer.” He shook his head slowly “You have to remember Horney that I was the one who invented flash and show.”

“Freakazoid! I was wondering when you would show up. It took you long enough.” Tirek grunted at the Master of Chaos “And the name is Tirek, not Horney, you pathetic hybrid.” A cocky smirk formed on his muzzle.

“Pfft… is that he best comeback you can come up with?!” Discord fell to the ground on his in a fit of laughter “Wow! You have really lost your touch Old Man!” He continued to laugh hysterically until Tirek stomped a massive hoof close to him.

“Shut up you… you… Grr!” Tirek snorted with steam coming out of his nostrils and turned his back toward Discord with his arms folded across his chest in frustration.

The draconequus’ small giggle fit came a halt as he looked up to see The Evil Queen before him. He sat up immediately, dusting himself off. He cleared his throat “Well, and who might you be my lovely?” He reached out to gently take one of her hooves in his paw and leaned down to give it a tender kiss.

The queen simply shrugged the paw away “You may call me your majesty and I don’t affiliate myself with commoners. So if you would be so kind to… GET AWAY FROM ME!” Pure anger formed on her face as she sneered at him.

Discord backed away a bit “Ooh wee… Touchy!” Discord chuckled as he suddenly hovered in the air and started to float around “So Sombre, why have you gathered us all here for, including the new ones?” He let out a sigh.

“The name is Sombra, not Sombre you idiot!” King Sombra rubbed at his head Gah.. I am surrounded by pure imbeciles, but I need them all to work with me to accomplish my master plan. He sighed heavily “As for why I gathered us all here, is simple, we all have one common thing we desire the most.” A sinister chuckle escaped his lips.

“And what would that be my ever so dark, gruesome friend?” Discord smirked as he snapped his talons, making a pink cloud appear as chocolate milk started to rain down on the group “Something sweet?” He chuckled and snapped his talons again, making the cloud disappear.

“If I wasn’t so focused on my revenge against the princesses, I would turn you into a roasted manticore to feast on.” He started to trot back and forth “Power! That is what we all desire to possess, but those royal pains in the flank to keep it from us!” He closed his eyes tightly as his muzzle formed into a scowl “Alas, I have devised a plan that can finally dethrone them and bring us to ruling Equestria!” He start to chuckle wickedly.

Tirek smirked proudly “And I was the first one to learn about it before you two.” He pointed at Chrysalis and Discord sticking his tongue at them.

“Yippee! Do you want a cookie Goat Boy?” Chrysalis sighed heavily and eyed Sombra “So my fellow majesty, what is this oh so well thought of plan you have in mind?”

“That is quite simple Chrysalis, I believe the simplest way to bring down the reign of Princess Celestia and her sister is to unite as one!” His smirk grew wider “Unite to battle the princesses, Elements of Harmony, and any pony who decides to cross our paths!” His maniacal laughter grew louder.

“That sounds delectably destructive of a plan, but where do I and Rumpel come into play?” The Evil Queen crossed her forelegs as she sat down on her haunches.

Tirek cleared his throat “Excuse me, Queeny, but what can you and Browny over there possibly do to make any pony tremble in fear?” He chuckled with a sly smirk.

The queen simply chuckled and raised a hoof as a fireball suddenly appeared in it. She then threw at Tirek, just brazing his shoulder, causing the tauren to gasp in shock “Oh, that was just a sample of what I can do.” She cackled.

“I am sure you don’t want me to show what I can do, but just for fun, I’ll show you.” Rumpelstiltskin held up his hoof causing Tirek to feel his throat tighten. Rumpel curved his hoof a bit to tighten his grip “And I am known as the Dark One, and this is just a taste of the power I am able to extract.”

“O-Okay...I… get...it!” He felt himself being choked effortlessly, until Rumpel let go of his grip “Cough...cough…gah… you two are indeed a force to be reckoned with.” Tirek started to rub at his neck.

A smile of impressiveness crept across Sombra’s muzzle as he watched the displays of power. He cleared his throat “Now, the child that those heroes have adopted into their loving family has the one element that I desire to acquire. The element that will make me invincible, and that is pure love.” He let out a low chuckle as he turned toward The Evil Queen and Rumpelstiltskin “That is why I brought you both here. I understand that you both have the ability to rip the heart of another, is that correct?”

“Of course we can, but we can do much, much more.” An evil grin crept across The Evil Queen’s muzzle “But to rip the heart of an innocent child? That is so barbaric!” She placed her hooves against her chest mockingly “I like it!” Her grin grew into a mischievous smile.

“Sounds kind of, subpar, but if that will grant me true power as well, I accept.” Rumpelstiltskin chuckled as he raised a hoof to check his suit. He felt the dagger of the Dark One still intact Good, it’s still there. I wouldn’t want this to fall into the wrong hands, and in this new land, maybe I can find that fresh and new beginning.

Sombra smiled evilly “And I promise to each of you that each part of Equestria will belong to you. Only I desire to rule the kingdom that was taken from me, The Crystal Empire.” His eyes glew crimson red as he turned to look out the entrance of Tartarus Princess Celestia, prepare for the last day on Equestria that you will ever live in harmony and friendship. I vow to destroy all that you hold dear, until it is I, King Sombra who is hailed as the true king of Equestria.

Everfree Forest

Emma Swan was sleeping peacefully as her chest rose and fall with the calm breaths she took. The calm slumber was disrupted by a nudge on her shoulder “Emma, sweetheart, wake up, but please try to not to panic when you do.” The voice of her mother, Mary Margaret echoed in her ears as she slowly blinked her eyes open.

“Mom, what’s wr...AAH!” Emma screamed as she looked to see a pony standing before her instead of her mother. She backed away immediately, up against the tree “What the hell?! Mom, is that you? You are a… a..”

“A pony Emma, I know.” Mary Margaret also known as Snow White sighed heavily “When I woke up, I found myself like this.” She looked at her new ponified form as she had a smooth, snow white fur coat, a mane and tail that was in a smooth, black curly fashion. For her cutie mark, she had a bow & arrow as she was skilled in using the weapon for self-defense. She was also an alicorn due to the reason she was a princess where she came from.

Emma tried to recollect herself “Mom, where is everyone else at?” She looked around for the remainder of her family, but then looked down to see a sleeping brown-coated stallion. He had a short, shaved brown mane and tail, and for his cutie mark he had a sword, as he was indeed a fine swordsman. Also he was in the form of an earth pony “Oh, I see.” Emma frowned at the state of her father.

Snow nodded “Whatever happened to us, it appears it didn’t affect the sleeping curse that The Evil Queen placed on us.” She sighed heavily as she stroked at her husband’s mane “Emma, I believe this might be a new curse that The Evil Queen has casted, but where in the world are we?” She looked around at the deep forest.

“I don’t know mom, but we got to get everyone together.” Emma had a peach colored coat with a blonde curly mane with tail. For her cutie mark she had a halo, representing that she was the savior she was destined to be. She was also in the form of an unicorn as she had the power of light magic “Mom, this is some crazy dream! We are freaking ponies!” She grabbed at the sides of her head with her hooves.

Snow trotted over to her daughter, wrapping a foreleg around her shoulders “Shh… just relax Emma, we will find out what is going on, we always do.” She pulled Emma close to her in a hug, and kissed the top of her head.

“Grandma is right Mom, you are the savior after all!” Suddenly a young brown coated colt came trotting out from behind the trees, followed by a black coated unicorn mare by his side.

Emma snapped her head in the direction of the voice “Henry, Regina, you guys are okay!” She smiled as Henry came galloping up to her giving her a hug around her neck.

“Yeah mom, mom and I are okay.” He beamed with joy “This is so neat! I’m a pony!” He chuckled as he galloped in place.

Regina chuckled at her son’s enjoyment, but gently placed a hoof on his shoulder “Relax dear, this might sound neat, but also it is very strange to be in this predicament.” Regina looked around at the dense, dim lit forest “I am unfamiliar with this realm, but I can sense there is some strong magic here.” She closed her eyes and sighed softly.

“Well, I’m glad we are all… Wait, where’s Killian?” Emma started to panic as she didn’t see her lover anywhere.

“Ugh… I’m up here milady.” The group looked around until they looked up to see him tangled up in a bunch of leaves on top of the tree “Blasted tree!”

“Calm down Killian, I’ll get you down.” Emma closed her eyes and with hard concentration, her horn lit up in a calm white aura. She then enveloped Killian also known as Hook in the magic, carefully bringing him back down to the ground. She opened her eyes to see him and trotted up to him “Are you okay Killian?”

“Never better Swan, but why the hell are we a bunch of damn ponies?!” He had a smooth grey coat, short wavy black mane and tail, and a goatee upon his muzzle. For his cutie mark, he had a hook for he was the captain of a crew of pirates. On his right hoof, was his silver hook which he had a hard time balancing but was able to manage.

“I don’t know, but we believe it is the handy work of The Evil Queen.” Emma sighed heavily “The first thing we need to do is…”

“Halt! You are hereby under arrest by the orders of the rulers of Equestria, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna!” The group jumped at the loud voice, but slowly turned around to face a line of guard ponies. Behind them was the royal sisters.

Emma swallowed nervously “Guys, I don’t think we are in Storybrooke anymore.”
