As Rear Admiral Kajioka Sadaimichi and Head Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto predicted,

Reporters swarmed the palace to demand answers of the light that was not only over Tokyo but the entire Japanese Empire,from Kurafuto Island to Taiwan.As Prime Minster Hideki Tojo rushed himself towards the 状況ルーム,the situation is clearer by the second.Like every person in the Empire,he also seen the "Aurora" too yesterday.At that moment,he thought it was just an illusion and went to sleep.But the next morning,he got the call from his assistant that something wrong has happened to the Empire.That the entirety of Manchuria and Korea region and the island colonies was displaced and was 250 km northwest from Nagasaki city and 1500km south from Tokyo respectively .Firstly,he thought this was huge joke.

And then,the reports from the army and navy came from Yamashita and Yamamoto themselves regarding the situation.Yamashita said somehow that volunteers they sent to helpht The Spanish Civil War just suddenly came back to Japan with all the equipment they sent with them,like they were'transported in an instant'.While Yamamoto also said the ships also sent to patrol their colonies were suddenly spotted near the Tsushima strait and contacted Nagasaki base.Now,Nagasaki has an entire fleet in the habour.

By the time he finished reading the reports,he knew something was wrong and immediately called a Cabinet meeting in the Imperial Palace and called the Emperor to it too as this might be important.He quickly changed into his formal attire and before telling his chaffeur to drive him to The Palace.He opened the doors and was met by the entire cabinet already in disarray and fear,it even looks like they see an 鬼, and told them that he will hunt Amaterasu down and eat her.

"Your Majesty."Tojo suddenly spoke,quickly silencing the commotion and got their attention."At midnight last night,an "Aurora"seemed to have displaced the Entire Japanese Empire after pilots reported that they saw Manchuria as an island now instead part of the landmass which is China.Our part of Kurafuto Island seems to be displaced here as well and was perfectly below the 50° parallel and was seemingly cut in half perfectly."He said as he took out two photos of Manchuria Island and Kurafuto province in their predicament taken by pilots during their routine patrol after the event."We also found out that we are not alone.We sent our long - range fighters to explore and they seem to find out that there are two unknown continents east and west of our country.Some scientists even theorized that we are on another world or realm."as he also took out two more photos,showing pictures labelled 'East' and 'West'.The picture labelled East shows a Early Meiji Era/19th century city with what seems to be electric streetlamps,roads and buildings made of brick ,while the picture labelled 'East' showed a Late Sengoku Jidai to Early Edo era town with what looks like using African culture for its buildings,lanterns and no electricity.

"As you can can see from the photos,these are two different cities we never seen before with new cultures we never heard off."Tojo continued."This means the Empire could have been "displaced",though we are checking with the pilots that this is no sick joke from the Air Force,but if our scientists' theories are true,I think that these photos show some signs of civilization with primitive technology other than the Empire,but information is limited,so that means we don't know what type of civilizations they are."

"Hmm..this is a very interesting situation,"Emperor Showa remarked."So are there any reports of any "natives" near our country trying to enter?"

"As of the current situation,no.There are no natives trying to enter the Empire."

"Good.Is there any more news I should be aware of?"

"Yes,your Majesty.After the events that transpired last night,the whole airspace are filled with fighters to see what happened.By 1.30 am,I ordered all planes to land at any airstrip or aircraft carrier and to be grounded until further orders.By 2,I have already moblized the Imperial Army,Navy ,Air Force and Kempeitai to make sense of what's going on.And despite the limited information,I have some good news,The Expiditionary Force we sent to Spain has back and awaiting further orders.Also,the entire Japanese Fleet is entirely operational,all combat ships and carrier planes have been accounted for and waiting for orders."

The Emperor listens in attentively to the great news of his army being ready for combat,that will indeed safeguard the Empire.Eventually,he nodded and faced the Finance and Industrial Affairs Minister and asked"I trust that Japan will be now economically isolated,is this true?"

L"Yes,Your Majesty.This will be a problem in the long run like the Great Depression until we find someone to trade with.Until then,we going to have a recession."

"Hmm...we deal with the problem later.Now,Prime Minister Tojo."

"Yes.Your Majesty."

"I want Admiral Yamamoto and Rear Admiral Sadaimichi and their fleets to patrol the Eastern part of Japan and I want Ozawa's fleet to patrol the West and South of the Empire.If the natives seem to come to Japan,please report this matter directly to me."

"As you wish."

"Very well then."said the Emperor as he ended the meeting."This meeting will be adjourned.I will address the empire at 3pm,I hope that I have more information by then."

As the cabinet finishes the emergency meeting,Yamamoto and Kajioka met again and says the only thing they saying,"Looks like we are going to be the explorers then."

"Looks like it.Why do I keep thinking that we are going fight a war soon?"

"I don't know."

Admiral Yamamoto was right.They are going to fight a war soon.

A war to liberate.
