A Spartan's Heart

     Jake is a spartan of the UNSC Spartan-II program. He was deployedon Reach during the Human-Covenent war. He was on a supposed suicide mission. His objective was to recover classified Intel that was stolen from the UNSC three weeks before. But during a firefight with the enemy. A plasma grenade landed next to him and without reacting in time it went off, and all he can remember the faint flash that he had last saw.
